All the products are marketed to abuse and behaviorally condition the customers. They have a pharmacy and get their money from dirty big pharma. And the have cameras and mass surveillance all over the store. I want a better ahopping experience.

this store is like walmart,bunch of registers only 2 open,huge line of people,amd always have to do self chekoit,i move into town 2 years ago,and always do it myself,never receive my paychek from S&S for doing their job,never saw one sibgle employee with a smile,either store management is very bad and people not happy,or just rude people like ex-concvicts,at the deli the tall black guy is the knky helpful guy,there was a skinny dude he asked how he can help,i told him what i want and he goes “nope” is 8 oclock cant cut anything,well why you ask how you can help?i was already in bad mood,i turn around to walk away he said hey im just joking,well screw you and your jokes,i literally fo there every single day,ilive right behind the store,so why store fiod at home when i can walk over,but now i dont mind walking across the street at shaws,sorry S&S you just list 400-600$ per week customer

Asked 3 employees for directions to find maraschino cherries and was told that I am on my own and that they don’t sell them. Fire alarm went off while I was shopping and again no help from staff.

I would give a negative 5 if I could! This is the second time the lady at self check out (employee) has made me feel like a thief! I have purchased hundreds at this store. The machine weighed the jalapeños at 0.45 she said that I WEIGHED THEM WRONG and now the machine says 0.98 when I only purchased 5! So I cancelled my whole entire order and walked out. The last time I was there she went through everything in my bag after I told her what item didn’t ring up and embarrassed me in front of people. I’m a travel nurse and I don’t need to steal! I will shop at shaws or drive to another town before I set foot in this store! This happened Wednesday at 10:54am. Never again will I spend a dime in that store! U rather embarrass a customer over $1 for a $50 purchase! Shame on you! The attendee light came on because it asked me twice to place it in the bag and I was tying the bag closed. You don’t need to rummage through my whole bag and make a scene!

One of my favorite places if not number one favorite place to go grocery shopping usually. I get everything there from produce to my meats and seafood. Usually has good prices but it's also nice you can earn reward points after you spend a lot of money there that can go to gas or grocery savings. But like I said u have to spend a lot of money at stop and shop to get those rewards.

I didn't like all the doors on the dairy & vegetable isles. The real disappointment was discovering a 10 cents/ bag surcharge. I didn't discover this till check out. The fresh chicken selection was poor. Perhaps a lot of cook outs?

I had a great time hanging with the employees of Stop & Shop, while we were outside on the picket line. I learned about John, Vicki and Chris; their stories with Stop & Shop, how the company is disrespecting their employees by not looking out for their best interest. Instead the company is looking out for their purses vs the people who are their back bone. So I did not shop there, I was there to help support the employees who are just wanting to be treated with value.

Even though I my Giant card from my home state wouldn't work, the assistant was very nice and let me get the discount. It's crazy because Giant & Stop & Shop are under the same parent company!

My family has been using this Stop an' Shop for more than 28 years but with the increase in prices and automation of cashiers we've been switching to Shaws and sometimes Roche Brothers. The staff at this location have always been great, it's awesome that this store hires a diverse group of people. But having to pay more for less service (no cashiers) isn't acceptable. You can't automate away everything.

I tend to do pick-up for my groceries and have been quite impressed with the service at this Stop & Shop! I have used pick-up for 9 years at many stores and am very impressed with the customer service here.The workers who do the shop and bring out the groceries are always very friendly and prompt. They also quickly got to the point of recognizing my order and would ask about substitutions I make routinely. I see this often at small local stores but was quite surprised by that attention to the customer from a larger supermarket chain.My dad was sceptical about doing pickup because he worried they wouldnt pick the best product and they would be out of everything, but he is now convinced that this store does a great job!

It used to be my go-to store because the prices we lower than the local competition. They no longer are. They also renovated and made the aisles narrower so that two carts can barely pass each other. The rearranged aisles seem to be designed to make shopping more difficult. I have switched to Shaw's, it is a much more pleasant shopping experience, and the produce is of higher quality as well.

Expensive and less then stellar experience with self check out. I'm accustomed to the ease and speed of Hannaford self check out and this store needs to update their technology. Considering the cost of items you'd think the technology used would be commensurate to the price of goods.

They started having only self checkout open at 530 pm on a Sunday. Absolute chaos. Management needs to take a hard look at their choices as people in line said they won't come to this one anymore as the lines are horrid.The Shaw's across the street next to Walmart has better lines! I'd recommend going there until they figure out how to open enough registers.

Very dirty bathroom. I try not to use public restrooms but I didn’t have a choice today. I will never again that was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever had to use. I hope that’s not the rest room the employees use them come out and work with the food we buy

Falmouth Stop & Shop is the worst. I've been here for over 2 years and I unfortunately have to say that I decided not to shop there any more. Store is disorganized, produce dept terribly lacking and I've had to return many items including cut fruit (unripe), terrible quiche, tasteless blueberries, strawberries,& mangoes, and spoiled half & half. Lately there has been a lack of cashiers, long lines and self checkouts that don't work. Thank God for Shaws.

A. 9o percent of employees make it clear they hate their jobs.B. Customer service. LMAO, there is noneC. No cashier's, no baggers,it's all do it yourselfD. And now, they charge you a dime per bag.E. Just figure out where something is? LolWait a month and they will rearrange the store again.And is there a discount for all your self service. Hell no. You can't even complain without going to a website. I do not go there anymore. Roche brothers may be a bit more pricey but I leave feeling satisfied rather than wanting to scream at people. I HATE STOP and SHOP. It is pure torture shopping there.

It’s a super market. For the size I wish they focused more on food and less on other items. If I want hardware or tools I will visit a hardware store. Personally I’d prefer less prepared items be available. It’s nice they still have some in store butchers who understand meats and cuts.

The prices are fair. The staff are busy and things are easy to find. The food is always fresh. I personally like the self check out because it's quick and easy. Most of the time the store is moderately busy and not too hard to get around. It lacks the personal touch that smaller mom and pop stores have, but it does make up for it with reasonable prices and accessibility.

Stop & shop was beautiful today, everything was stocked well. Meat paper goods fresh vegetables were well-stocked usual customer service was great and I love the early morning for seniors. So thoughtful. This stop & shop has been great during this whole covid-19 event.

Referred to dairy mgr to see whether they stock Almond Breeze Banana milk so I don't have to go to Market Basket, which is farther away. Manager very abrupt, saying, "We haven't carried that for many years." I was told I couldn't make requests, they had no control over inventory, and there was no one else affiliated with Stop and Shop I could speak with about it. Not customer-oriented. Not polite, and didn't seem to care.

The store was clean and had a wide selection of products. It's handicapped scooters were clean, charged & in good condition. The staff were friendly & helpful. I will continue to do my food shopping there whenever I am on the Cape.

Never have fresh organic fruits and or vegetables in stocks. Let alone other foods. Staff doesn't help you they just say they don't know.

Run down and dirty. Honestly the freezers are in terrible shape. The store is tired at best. I don’t think anyone’s cleaned the bathrooms since we were there a week ago. If you can’t keep your facilities clean what are you doing?

Honestly we understand that there is a shortage of workers during these tough times. Everywhere you go people are understaffed and we understand that but that is no excuse to offer poor customer service as well as a lack of communication or even greeting your customers. I stood at the customer service desk today. A few staff came in behind the desk and left without as much as a "I'll be with you shortly" I was left standing there not knowing what to do or where to go or if anyone was ever going to return. Step up the communication guys especially if staffing is tough right now the least you can do is greet your customers and show a little customer service by communicating. Thank you!

Went to Stop and Shop a little after 6 a.m. this morning for the senior shopping until 7:30 a.m. Big mistake and I won't do it again. It was a mob scene - worse than shopping before a storm. First, it was hard to find a parking space. Then it was so crowded that you could barely move. Many of the items were limited or gone. The check-out lines were so long they went the length of the store. I thought this was a good idea, but now I don't think so.
