Now that summer is upon us food prices have soared. Locals can no longer afford to shop here. So I hope you get all your money cause my guess is the only people shopping there come winter is nobody. I’m sure every store on Caoe is same. You think finding workers are tough now. Wait. All you top 1% BB can’t make your billions without the average workers. !!!

Jennifer from the bakery dept is on top of orders, stays in touch and calls if I'm not there to pick up a special order when I said I would be, etc. She is great!!

Very nice grocery. Produce good. Has a nice setup, spacious aisles, good deli & fish market. A popular selection of product w/o too much selection to overwhelm some. Clean. Very important! Great service in comparison to S&S. In a plaza with Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Michael's, Walmart.

I only go here when there's a good band playing that I know... I'm not allowed to whistle or I'll get kicked out. Yep actually got kicked out for whistling. At 47 years old I was never thrown out or even asked to leave a bar ever in my life... And I went back to apologize, told him i won't whistle again ,2 months later and he still wouldn't let me back in, crazy! Well is been 13 years, I haven't seen him. So i go once in a blue moon .. not my favorite place, I use to work there before he owned it. When it had dirt floors. And you could whistle ..lol

Can only use Special discounts with smart phone. They collect information that exposes you to hackers. Would be better for seniors to just lower prices.

My first time at a Shaws. Not impressed. They are like a Walmart wanna be prices seemed high but inflation has made it hard to know what's expensive ir not theese days.

I had a great experience today especially with the employees. I had never really been shopping here before as I usually go to Stop and Shop but I will now probably stay with shaws. They had a great selection of pretty much everything especially meat which I know keeping things in stock has been very difficult recently but still had a large selection and good quality. The young man working in the service desk this morning was extremely friendly and patient with helping me get the shaws app set up and everything, he clearly knew what he was doing. Checking out was also very quick and easy. Jim was the bagger at my register he was very friendly and good at his job. Overall had a great experience this morning at shaws.

Shopping at Shaw's in Falmouth was a pleasant experience. The store is clean and organized. It is laid out much like the one where I live so I was very easy for me to find my way around. It had everything I was looking for.

This is my go to grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked, and l especially love the produce and deli department. But all the departments are great. And they have the best scali bread in town. I highly recommend this grocery store.

Dear shaws , the way you people work are ridiculous, you give hours to all the younger people but when it comes to older people , you treat them like trash and inhumane and less hours , I hope nobody works for you in the future . People are hard workers there and you give younger people hours that can’t even do their jobs correctly

I love my local Shaw's. Here in Falmouth they have been on top of everything since the start of the Pandemic. They keep a clean store, and today was the very first day that I didn't see someone at the entrance counting customers. They recently remodeled, and I love the new setup. Friendly staff with quality customer service.

I’m not from Mass, but this summer, August I went on cape for vacation and I visited Falmouth store. It is a nice market, but I wasn’t pleased from the manager of their Bakery department. Rude and mean and I overheard how she talked with one of her employees really bad and that stick to me. I wasn’t happy about that, but overall the market is nice. I do hope that the rest of the managers are nicer with their employees. That’s all.

I really like Shaws prices and the store in general , but I can’t go in there listening to the recording from the CDC . If after a year we don’t get social distancing down or following arrows , something is wrong . It’s annoying and it feels like I’m being indoctrinated. Please play some nice music!! I need something other than rules while I shop. Thank you....

Not sure why I don't go there more often! Last time was about 2 years ago. Store is clean, well stocked, logical in layout, and staff smile, helpful, took me to the product I was looking for. And best of all, less expensive with great specials. I won't wait 2 years to go back.

Full service grocery store part of Albertsons empire, so if you're familiar with Safeway you'll see the same house brands here. Decent produce and gluten free products available.

There was a time that Shaws was my go to store . Living in East Falmouth it is convenient / times they are changing / your prices are ridiculously expensive , and the guality is not worth the priceMarket Basket is the trip for price and guality / for instance today I got 5 ears of 🌽 and only 3 were goodI need to express myself cause I am so disappointed and this has been a common problem

It's always a pleasure going to Shaw's. The employees are so friendly and helpful. You always have everything I need. I have to pass Stop &Shop to get to Shaw's. I will always go to Shaw's.

Customer service desk closed at 5p.m. when I was there on a Monday Halloween 2022! It's really sad that Shaws has to get poor review because Democratic leaders want to hand out free money for votes and to keep all those who need it most in poverty staying in poverty.

I love their produce...I love love love...I mean I insanely love their seafood. It is fresh, plentiful, varied, and they even steam lobsters for free. That works for me on a hot summer night....and I don't want lobster steam all through the house...omg what a great seafood counter !!!!!

My first visit to this store today (Mar 19 2021, around 8:30 am). I wanted to find something and saw an employee in the freezer section (he had the door open and was scanning items). When I said "Hello", he did not respond. Then I said "Good Morning." He closed the door, walked away from me (facing the other direction, would not even look at me) and said "Yes?" I asked him where to find bacon and he told me where it was, very flippant (as if I should have known where it was) and then immediately turned away from me again. He was extremely uncourteous and if I were to base my experience at this location on this one person, I would not return. I did not see his nametag, but he was a man with not much hair and probably 40+. I really hope this person's behavior and lack of courtesy does not exhibit how Shaw's trains the rest of their staff.

Wowzers! Great store for fresh ingredients! Originally tried Walmart but they didn't stock fresh food, only packaged and canned stuff. Although Shaw's says it's a pharmacy, it is really a fresh food grocery store. Whole fresh fruit and vegetables, sliced and diced fruit and vegetables and nice ready-made meals. I can't comment on the packaged food as I don't buy it, except for coffee beans, and there was way more choice than any other grocery store I have been to (including Whole Foods Market). I wish there was a Shaw's near my home ❤

Drive to Market Basket and save yourself from this subpar selection of food.I once bought meat here and it was brown the next day.Something is always wrong with something. And you pay half the price at MarketBasket for a better selection of food and better quality.This place is good for convenience and cleanliness.Bad for quality and price.

Nice store very firmly help I love the sales I love the sales they have on meats just a little expensive just a little expensive for regular price but I'd like to get them on sale....good deals on seltzer, they let you fundraise for your local sports teams. They remember who you are as a regular, I go to hyannis from Sandwich to shop.

The kid that does the carts needs to check his attitude he has back headed comments at anyone who makes his job slightly inconvenient he has a snide comment for people that walk by him and just because they're in his area of putting carts in he throws a fit. if he hates his job that much he should quit

Shaw's is my go to store / Just 4 U app. is a must ( Lots of good deals / ESPECIALLY like the "Freebies" / Who wouldn't? ) Been shopping here for 16+ years / Still see the same faces with a lot of new ones mixed in / Employees are friendly and helpful when need be / My only complaint is with the produce section / It's either hit or miss to find something without having to pick through a lot of undesirable fruit or veggies, but I find this true with their competitors too!Farmer's Markets or growing your own is a better choice....

Love this Market. Produce, deli, and bakery are so much better than Stop & Shop. Prices are better and the wider aisles and 1/2 aisles are great. There wasnt a line for the registers either.
