I came into the store in Falmouth mass store 1063 to purchase some frame making supplies so I could make frames, write on frames and give them as gifts. I asked Toni TONI, one of the floor consultants to point me to the pens and instead of pointing me there, she walked me there, gave me a full understanding of what different pens do for different types of wood how they fit into stencils or don’t. I ended up spending over $100 to put the right solution together that I was looking for. I could not have possibly done this without Toni. She was very kind. Did not have to give me that much help but walked me through a ton of different craft ideas for building frames and got me even more excited about my new hobby.

Horribly run store. My mother went in here and the staff were incredibly rude. They made up excuses of why they couldn't help her whenever she'd show up, they insulted her while assisting her, and made her feel like a burden. Completely unprofessional, we will not be going back. But, if you really need a Michael's, you're in luck, because there is also one in Hyannis and one in Wareham. If you're thinking those are too far, I'll assure you it is worth the drive to not be treated poorly.

Annmarie in framing is awesome! My name is Beckey Randazzo and I had a picture a HUGE picture framed today. It was of my Husband's father and Italian family. It was a gorgeous photo and since my mother law was coming to visit and she gave it to me I wanted it framed. Annmarie in framing deserves an award. You hardly see people like her anymore. She was so incredibly kind, helpful, and just so incredibly personable. Felt like a sister. I didn't know what I needed she helped me. I didn't know how to do it she helped me and she did it all with a smile. She went above and beyond! People like her make the world feel like a big helpful compassionate family. Thank you Annmarie I hope you see this review. You have made a difference in this crazy world and my husband and I appreciate it😊

Be careful! If you are into anything artsy I would bring a small amount of money. I imagine you could spend a weeks pay with all of things this store has to offer. From puzzles to paints, from crafting to repairs. Buttons, and canvases, and woodworking and so much more. I have spent way too much money here. Avoid bringing your children if you can. I love this place. Easy parking, helpful staff, busy in the summer.

I was at the register to buy a gift card. The woman said “I’ll be right with you.” Then she went outside. I looked out there five minutes later and she was at a Jeep talking to a man and smoking It was despicable. Ten minutes later another woman waited on me. If you see the woman with the curly died hair, good luck. I will never go back.

This store is well organized. Make sure you get the app and bring your coupons to get extra good deals. I always feel like I'm getting the best value for my money. I love the quality and variety of crafty stuff! :)

Decent place. Staff isn’t the best but not bad enough to make me not want to come here. This place gets the job done and provides what I need from it.I don’t hare my time coming here and I love how they always have a coupon.I’ve had two slightly unpleasant employee run-ins. One was the girl at the framing place, I asked her how long custom framing takes and with the biggest attitude she replied “ 2 weeks “ rolled her eyes and then looked away from me.The next was a time at the counter when I asked for a military discount and the woman was like “ugh, it’s already on sale” awkward pause...: “fine I’ll look anyways”.

They used Coronavirus as an opportunity to drop the 40% off one item coupons you get when you shop. The customer service, down hill & they just chase trends, now- not listening to what is artists need & TV very are grossly overpriced. Shop online before you resort to Michael's. Also-JoAnnes & Hobby Lobby not much different

How was Michael's? What do you mean how was Michael's? It's only one of the best stores in the world. It's fun for the whole family. I went to the Falmouth, MA store and it was AMAZING!!! laughed, I cried, I lost 5 lbs!! The manager Anne marie is awesome!!! I still haven't met Michael though. I don't feel as though he's putting enough sweat equity into his business. Seems kind of lazy to me

Everyone that knows Michaels is one of the best craft store's. They have everything you can possibly think of from Scrapbooking to Finger painting. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.
