Rudest most miserable (which makes me feel bad her husband Richie R. has to wake up and deal with HER) MAYBE if you wasn't so rude, and miserable and ignorant you wouldn't have to put ALL that stuff back your miserable self! She talked to me like I was a child, worse experience I've ever had in CVS, not really sure HOW you're STILL working AT CVS?! Matter fact, in the 30 years I've known of this in particular cashier NEVER SEEN HER SMILE ONCE!! not sure if the corners of her mouth CAN actually turn up. Will NEVER go there while DAWN is working. MY opinion and IDC who doesn't like it!!!!

Great crew, pleasant and efficient. Pharmacist knew of a alternative med. my insurance would cover. They contacted the Dr. to get it for me.Hesitant to talk about how fast the drive thru is. Don't want it to be my fault if I ever did have to wait in a line. :-)

I have auto fill on my prescriptions (which works great!) and although I've had some issues with getting mine filled the pharmacists were always polite and willing to help me to navigate the difficulties of American health care.The rest of the store is often well-stocked and very clean. Photos have always been good for passports and printing with the computer is easy. Sometimes the items can be a bit more expensive here but sometimes you can get a good deal with coupons. In the end you are paying a bit more for the convenience of the location and being able to also get some household items while you are picking up prescription medication.

Dan at the pharmacy is unnecessarily rude every time I go in. I asked him if I could puck up my second medication and he just said "no." I then asked if I could get it filled and he said "not from here you can't." I asked him what I should do and he said "you need to go down to consultation." Which was the next register down. He then followed me to the next register and was the person I had to talk to there too. He looked it up and said I can't get it filled until next month. I told him I missed the window for picking it up and need to get it filled. He then said "it probably got put back into stock."Eventually I was able to get him to admit that it can be filled again, but if I didn't know I could do that already, I would have gone a month without my psych meds because he just refused to help in any way.

My husband and I were able to make appointments here for our COVID19 vaccinations and can't say enough good things about our experience. The store was clean, bright, well-organized, parking was ample, and the people involved with the vaccination program could not have been nicer! They were efficient, pleasant, and seemed eager to ensure that our experience there was a good one. There were chairs so people could sit down during the short wait if necessary, and bottled water was offered if needed. Great job all around!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The CVS in East Falmouth is run so poorly with the worst customer service, one suspects that the entire operation is run by raccoons wearing trench coats, except that the raccoons could probably do a better job. The final straw with this store is putting in a prescription on Wednesday to be told it will be filled by Friday and, surprise surprise, it’s not filled. Mind you, the prescription is for syringes which is probably the most basic, fundamental object that shouldn’t take a pharmacy 3 days to fill. Then the waiting on the phone for an 1.5 hours on Friday and the final straw of calling the main line and the customer service representative saying all they can do is transfer me to back to the pharmacy. When I asked to speak to the manager, I can literally HEAR the manager in the background tell the person tell me that she is busy. That’s exactly what a manager is there for. Total incompetence. Transferred to the pharmacy and only to wait another 25 minutes and still no one answers. NEVER going to CVS again. I am happier with Amazon and Walgreens.

My first review. The is the worst CVS I have ever used. Pharmacy staff is rude and appear to need training. Many be over worked or just over their heads. I am now checking for other pharmacies in the area to change.While the front counter staff is pleasant and eager to help the store has stock everywhere and is unkept.

Rudest TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS THERE MISTAKE MAKE CUSTOMER COME BACK TO TELL THEM NOT FILLING THEIR PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE OF THEIR BEHAVIOR TOTALLY NOT THEIR FAULT FOR READING THEIR PRESCRIPTION WRONG NOT OWNING UP TO THEIR MISTAKE THEY ARE THE HEIGHT OF NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OR PROFESSIONALS DEALING WITH SICK CUSTOMERS

The customer service in the pharmacy needs a complete change when it comes to the drive thru pharmacy and also calling the pharmacy. I've waited in the pharmacy drive thru for almost an hour each time I've used it...i believe 37 minutes is the shortest time I've ever waited. When myself and my husband have called the pharmacy to speak with someone, we either wait for minimum 40 minutes or we get so aggravated with waiting that we hang up. It happens way too often and I had to say something about it. I've moved pharmacies because of the inconvenience every single time.

The woman hazel in the pharmacy is so slow, it's unreal, I just spent 20 minutes trying to drop off a prescription and I was the only one in line, like come on people it's my only day off and I don't wanna spend all day here, and not to mention every time I try to fill a prescription there is a problem with them not having enough of the pills that I need. I swear every time I go in there I know there's going to be a problem and then they make me pay for my prescription out-of-pocket just to call me back two hours later and tell me that my insurance did cover it and I have to come back to get a refund. this place is unreal I suggest you do not go here go to the one on Davis trades it is way faster and more efficient .

One of the older cashier women not sure her name was talking to another cashier about how her cash drawer came up short by hundreds of dollars. This old woman cashier just kept talking about it to her coworker while I waited to be acknowledged so that I could pay for my items and leave. She then accuse me of “staring”at her.It was the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had with an employee at any retail location. I was just waiting to cash out and listening to her story so yeah there were only three of us there so yes I was looking at her listening to her story about the missing money from her cash register. Very odd behavior. Somebody should send these miserable women home for being Generally awful people.

Get soaked at CVS- What difference does it make who pays for your prescription drugs. CVS prices are outrageous compared to Stop and Shop. Do you part and stop supporting CVS just because they are convenient. Do an internet comparison search on prices and you'll see for yourself.

I recently moved to to area and had my prescriptions transferred here. The pharmacy completely changed the prescription my Dr. had provided them with, giving me a prescription with different active ingredients than what I am prescribed. This led to some pretty horrible side effects for me before I called my Dr and had them confirm that the pharmacy has given me the WRONG prescription.

They are always extremely rude!!! I called to check the status of my script an hour after I was told it would be finished, it wasn’t ready and I was scolded for daring to ask. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence at CVS. They’re just angry people I guess.

This has nothing to so with the employees. I am a very peeved about how CVS will sell you a types of gift cards and take any payment for them. However when it come to paying for things other than giftcards they do not expect Visa or Mastercard gift cards as payment. Its pathetic actually.

CVS somehow generally the worst for filling prescriptions sent electronically to them - no updates on when ready, no way to ask them to expedite, hard to talk to a person and the person hung up as double checking that phone # in system is correct.

These people are so slow @ filling prescriptions, we dropped off many prescriptions to have filled @ 10:00 a.m. & we went to pick them up @ 1:00 & they weren’t even filled yet.

Great spot in the center of east falmouth. Good place to get souvenirs of cape cod like paper postcards, magnets, and keychains.
