Love the staff in this store. They're very friendly and really love animals. It's very refreshing. I always love to take my dog for a browse, and she loves the low down aisle for a good sniff shopping experience. 5 stars for the staff. 4 for the overall store.

Advised my fiance that I was placing an order online so he can swing by the store and pick up the item we needed for our pet. My fiance arrived shortly after placing the order granted it was not that long after placing the order. Instead of the manager letting him know that the order was not ready yet she called him a liar about how long ago the order was placed and was extremely rude to him. Also made him go and grab the order off the shelf. Not very professional when speaking to customers.

Staff is very pleasant, my only complaint is the lack of stock in the store brand canned cat food. It's an excellent product line there just isn't much on the shelves.

Excellent variety of doggie bedding especially for large size dog. Store was well organized had training & grooming areas. I even saw camping gear for the Ulta pampered pet.The only thing they missed the mark on was de-skunking spray

This is a good store to go to it's got a good variety however if you are looking for a Caesars filet mignon dry food for dogs they do not have it it's not carrying in a lot of places and this is also one place that does not carry it they do have the wet food same brand but not the dry food

First time I think ever visiting a PetSmart while actually owning my OWN furmember. Me and my dog came in for a fish tank as a Christmas gift and walked out with more stuffed animals toys for my dog. The impulse buy layout is SMART! 😎😆😉

I went to this location because I happened to be in the area. This store was extremely clean and the pets they had for sale seemed well cared for. The day of my visit they had many types of fish, a few cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs and a small reptile section. The store didn't seem to be busy during my visit but there were a few groups inside shopping. They had two or three cash registers open. The groomers appeared to be really busy with dogs arriving and leaving. Even though this location is about 35 minutes from me it may be my new go to store due to the fact I had such a good experience here. The only downfall to this location is the strip mall was really busy during my visit. Many of the cars don't yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk. That being said they also don't want you to pull out of the isle to get onto the road out of the parking lot either.

PetSmart is an amazing place to shop for all of your pet needs! I recently visited my local PetSmart store and was blown away by their extensive selection of pet supplies, food, and toys. The staff at PetSmart were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and making great recommendations for my furry friend.The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find everything I needed for my pet in one convenient location. PetSmart also has a fantastic grooming salon where I was able to get my dog a much-needed bath and haircut. The groomers were gentle and caring with my dog, and he came out looking absolutely adorable!One thing I loved about PetSmart was their commitment to pet adoption. They have a special section in the store where they host adoption events, making it easy for pet lovers to find a new furry friend. It's great to see a company that cares about the well-being of pets and helps find loving homes for animals in need.Overall, I had a wonderful experience shopping at PetSmart and would highly recommend it to any pet owner. From the excellent selection of products to the friendly staff and adoption events, PetSmart truly is a one-stop-shop for all of your pet needs. Petsmart was the only place to carry the freshpet for cats. Walmart was out for weeks but this place had multiple kinds. I supplement my cats food eith some of this at night and it has helped there stomachs so much! No more throwing up after eating.

Usually I do not have any issues with this location. Today I went into the store for food and there were no carriages. I mentioned it to the cashier and all she could say was “ok”. I carry my 120 lbs of food to the register and mentioned again that they really need to get some carriages. Blank stare. I cash out and mentioned again that they really really need carriages. Maybe try the radio you are wearing? Nope. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My Boston Terrier and I have taken both Beginner and Intermediate training class (so far) with gracious trainer Jill V. We always learn alot & both of us have a great time doing so, because of Jill' s patience, knowledge and love of pets. My pup adores her! There is a nice booklet she gives out too which lists everything in the class so you can easily remember, review and practice! We plan on continuing to the next class with Jill too.

Always well stocked with brand name and specialty food and pet supplies. The store is always clean and the employees are always knowledgeable and happy to help with various questions. This location also has an adoption center in the store so it makes for a wonderful time especially for a little one eager for a pet.

Poor refund policy. After purchasing a dog charm/tag and only have it on my dog less than 1 & 1/2 months complete engravement has been rubbed off. Went to Petsmart in Fall River, Ma where I purchased it and Julia the manager said there’s nothing they can do for me because I should’ve never purchased it for a puppy. When I purchased it, they knew it was for the puppy. I had her in my hands. They were quick to sell it to me & take my money but when a refund is required… nothing I can do for you.They just lost my business permanently. Poor Business Practice

So many different types of cat food to choose from. Wasn't sure which one to buy. Looking for the best ingredients for my fur babies. I want them to live a healthy and long life. Staff was very helpful and offering assistance. Store was very clean. I will definitely return here when we run out. The only thing I would recommend is to have a section specific for kittens. Rather than having to figure out all the different cat foods and which ones are kitten friendly.

Everytime I shop at this store my time is well spent. The store is very nice to shop in because the store is so clean and organized and easy to find the items that you are looking for. The staff has also been very helpful when you need something. I don't mind going a little out of my way to go to this location. I'm a very satisfied customer!!!!

The store itself is good. I don't recommend the groomers. Staff is nice but they don't listen. I have taken my dog there a couple times and I won't be going back. My dog has severe skin allergies and cannot have scented shampoos or sprays of any kind. They knew that. We told them. They said that's fine. We picked our dog up and I couldn't even breathe around him, he smelled SO perfumey!! After 2 weeks AND going to another groomer, he STILL smells of whatever that place used on him! And because they didn't care to listen to us, he has been in agony!!! Scratching and chewing his skin! He was finally doing better and they set him so far back, I'm just appalled. I will never be taking my dog back there and if yours has a skin allergy, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!!! Go to Sakonnet Grooming in Tiverton. They did an amazing job with my dog, got most of that smell off him (they couldn't get it all off, it was that bad) and they are just so kind and gentle.

Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful with any questions you may have! They also do price match in store to their prices online, some of which are cheaper than in store. Keep that in mind! You just have to have the live feed of their website up on your phone when showing them the price match. No screenshots. Happy shopping!
