I couldn't love a shop more. The people are genuinely nice, they're very knowledgeable, they care about the birds and it shows, and it is very clean. Also, they are extremely reasonably priced. Both the owner and the girl who works there sometimes are super friendly and seem to actually encourage questions. I have 2 canaries from them and I wish I could have more birds just as an excuse to visit. It's a great place. Buy from local people, especially when they really, really deserve it!

Purchased a sweet 5 month old Cockitiel. Joe was super helpful with the purchase.It was several days after we lost our Cockitiel of 16 years. First 2 days were a bit stressful for our Frankie. 1 call to Clair, and a lengthy conversation made all the difference. JJ's birds is fantastic. I have gotten 4 birds from here, 3 different species. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The store is small but don’t let that put you off. They have wonderful prices. The cages and animals are clean and healthy. They seem to specialize in small birds, mostly finches. Which I’m totally fine with lol. This is one of the birds I’ve gotten from here! Such a sweet boy.

They recently moved into our neighborhood. We went in just to see what was inside. We left buying 2 Zebra male finches, a cage, food, and supplies. They are amazing, super friendly, welcoming and compassionate about their birds. They know everything you need to know about birds. They have the best prices you'll ever see. If you need a bird or any supplies I truly recommend them.

Stopped by last week with my two children who really, really want a pet. The person working was truly outstanding! She answered my practical and prices questions and took nearly an hour to show the kids the birds and educate them. She was patient, kind, knowledgable, and really went above and beyond.

Went to this place a couple days ago for my birds nails to be trimmed. Drove a far ride, but it was absolutely worth it!! The owner is very sweet. He shows a lot of passion and genuiness! I wish the best for him

Sold me a sick parakeet with a broken leg. Didn't realize it till I got home and since I didn't have the heart to bring her back to suffer as they were letting her do, I took her to the vet and he confirmed her leg was broke and she had a respiratory infection. He put her on anti biotic but sadly she passed. The only thing that gives me comfort is she died knowing love and she was not alone 💔

My girlfriend and I were driving by and stopped in to see the birds, wasn't planning on buying any...when we went in this 7th month old Conure flew on my shoulder it was love at first sight, went in and bought him the next day. I highly recommend buying from them over any other pet store, you can tell there very knowledgeable and love there birds

Came here today and got a female cockatiel who’s around seven months old, was parent fed but was genuinely so sweet and not nippy. She’s going to be a perfect addition to our family.As for the owner/workers there, he is fantastic and super well orientated when it comes to customers. He is kind and goes out of his way to make you feel safe and content with your purchase while also giving you knowledge on the bird in your care. I live an hour and a half away but will be coming back whenever i need bird items, thank you so much!

Drove an hour and a half to possibly buy a bird here. Girl at the front desk wanted absolutely nothing to do with us, looked at her phone the whole time. We kept asking questions about the birds and if we could see one to be told none but the $2,200 Caique were hand fed. Two birds we had asked about had been in the shop for over a year and not been handled and were $90. Needless to say did not but anything here and would recommend you steer clear too.

I want to say thank you for the service that was given to me and my bird Pearl. I went there for help since i was given a bird that was not really well taken care of. I went here not ever hearing from this location and was educated on how to care for my bird. I have a 7 year old cockatiel. I felt comfortable and my bird even more. I left with a happy bird and left with an extra one for companion lol.. I recommend this location and honestly i would not go anywhere else. Please don't give it a second thought. If you want your bird well taken care of by an experienced person, this is the place to go. Very humble and patient. And honestly i am very happy with the level of care. You won't regret it. ;) God bless you!

I went in because I drive by all the time, and I love birds so I just wanted to check it out! I ended up leaving an hour later because of the welcoming atmosphere Joe creates. There is an apparent point of treating customers as family in this store, I will certainly be returning to say hello!

Very rude! I called to ask if they had a certain bird and the guy had an attitude, almost felt like he was annoyed I was calling, he said he was buisy at the highschool and out the shop, why leave that number as a contact if your too buisy for your customers who want to make a purchase, makes no sense. He did say they had what I was looking for to go on Facebook and check, when I go on Facebook I see another number to call, I call and they said they do not have any of the birds I was looking for, so that guy was clearly trying to rush me off the phone, I do not recommend this place and I've never even been there!! I'll take my money else where.

Hello! We got our Cockatiel from jj birds and supplies 4 months ago. Since the first call we made they were super nice and very knowledgeable and help us with all the process to get our beautiful bird. When it was time to go and pick it up they help us to choose the right one for us and our family. It’s been four months now and we couldn’t be happier. Domino is an amazing fun beautiful cockatiel that came to us hand raised so it was super easy to tame. Thanks again for all your help!If you are ready for a new bird pet for your family this is the place to go.

Visited here today from Cape Cod, I have to say this place is great and I will be back. Didn't have large parrot cages but all other food, treats and toys I was looking for. The girl was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very good way better than any other around!#

Jj's birds is the ONLY place to go for all your bird needs, the staff and owners are so incredibly kind and helpful, the cages are always clean and the birds are always happy I have gotten 4 of my six birds here and I'll never go anyplace else now, they all are well kept and healthy, have never had any issues, you will not be disappointed jjs goes above and beyond with such reasonable prices!!
