Maureen has been great over the years with grooming our Basset Hounds. Top notch care with providing quality service and looking out for the dogs needs. Highly recommend because it very hard to find someone like her that you can trust with your pet.

Maureen is a caring and compassionate groomer. She grooms my special needs Lhaso and he absolutely loves it . I have never seen him happier when he comes home now. I had a groomer prior to going to Abby's and my baby always came home shaking and would mope around. When he gets home from Abby's he so playful and happy!!!! They are very professional, caring and take very good care of your animals even wellness checks. I would recommend them to anyone . Wish i had found them so much earlier !!!!!!!

My dogs are not easy and Maureen does a great job with them. She is great with animals and even though I moved 40 min away, I still go there. Bring your dogs in early for an early exit. Fast and efficient!

Love Abbys Dog Depot. People are wonderful, clean environment and my dog is very well taking care of. They always try their best to work with my schedule and get my dog done in a timely fashion. I had tried a previous groomer and it just didn't work out, Abby's listens to my request and cuts him to exactly what I like! I strongly recommend Abby's Dog Depot, Maureen and Toby are wonderful groomers !!!!!

Horrible will never go there again. First of all the place reeks of dog excrement. Second, I brought my 2 small dogs in at 8 a.m. I called at 11 to ask when they would be done and I was told they would not get to them until 3 or 4 p.m. I told the woman on the phone that they are not used to being caged and that I wanted to pick them up and that I would bring them back at 3. When I arrived I was informed (very rudely) that I would not be able to bring them back at 3 to be groomed. If I don't want them to be caged for 8 hours then I need to make a private appointment at night for an additional cost. I was also told that one of my dogs had already been bathed and I had to pay $20 for that bath.She said that they groom the dogs in the order they are dropped off but when I was picking up my dogs at 11:15 there was another dog getting picked up (already groomed) that had been dropped off at the same time I dropped off my dogs. Their attitudes toward customers are just horrible.

Very professional however, the owner told me she couldn’t take my Golden because she don’t sit still and it is true, and no longer could groom my dog. So if you have a little tiny dog which I do not your out of luck unfortunately.
