Stacey and Chad have really improved the level of customer service in our local store. I really used to avoid going to our local store because it was always such a pain, a long wait, and grumpy employees...usually only one working at a time. Both Stacey and Chad have a high level of understanding of the processes so they are able to help fast and efficiently. Keep up the great work you two.

Stacey and Chad have raised the bar for customer service well above normal expectations. Always willing to take the time to see to it that questions, issues or concerns are listened to and then constructive suggestions offered to resolve any issue. Upbeat, friendly and always smiling, these two deserve strong recognition for their brand of customer service.Heck, they even stagger lunch times between them to keep the office open at all times to the public. That's indicative of their attitude in keeping the customer first. Nice work!!

I have been wanting to write this review becase they deserve it. Working on the Island can be very hectic during the summer and having guys like Chad makes everyone's life much easier. With someone who understands Island economy and challenges that people are facing this store came to the top with customer service, knowledge about products and needs of end users. It is way better organized compared to years before when it took at least 45 minutes to replace a broken box or even more to get a new modem. Whatever was done now, it is done right and everything is more streamlined. My last visit took 10 minutes with 4 people in front of me! That is fast! Good job and keep up the good workP.S. I went to the Xfinity store in edgartown because I was having issues setting up my phone. Chad and Stacey were the most kind, fun, and helpful people to deal with. They went above and beyond to make the experience as pain free as possible especially because I had my 4 year with me (who I might add is not always easy to bring into a store). It was quick and my daughter and I actually had a really wonderful time (imagine that going into a place with technical issues and having FUN?!?) I can’t rate my experience high enough! Chad and Stacey are THE BEST!!! I will be continuing using the Xfinity service for many years to come! Thanks again Chad and Stacey for your excellent service!

After several frustrating attempts to resolve numerous issues I was connected with Chad who was able to fix my problems. While I’m sure the problems were minor, to me they were exasperating. I am so lucky to be on MV because u walk in and there is no line, if there is there is a comfortable place to sit. People working there Ched and Allison I think her name is, so professional, I practiali r there because I have to keep starting and stopping services at my properties. I see them being insanely patient w our large elderly community , explaining g technology and helping them get their needs met whi h I love too!

I had a problem with my comcast box.. I spent several hours on the phone with whomever you talk to when you call.. no help.. I went to the store in Edgartown the next dsy and Chad resolved my problem in 2 minutes. He cared about my experience and was super kind and understanding.. I'm so grateful to know there is a local office that can help and is so kind and efficient.

Waited outside for 30 minutes along with 9 others. Sign on the door said “Out to lunch, be back at 3:00 pm”. I left at 3:30 pm. Someone left through a side door by taxi. Xfinity is notorious for abysmal customer service throughout their organization. Would change service but there is no other cable provider on this island. Awful

They know nothing, nothing. Upstream signal power 6db too low, their response, reboot your modem. They know nothing and the corporate culture prefers it that way.

Xfinity need to ask them to re-teach their support staff.... these two women know their stuff and they are able...they are sooo able XFINITY please note your phone support needs retraining ..bring these 2 women in they are fantastic.

Terrible service. Guy came to install the system and couldn't finish the job due to a wire issue outside the house and then Comcast didn't come back, call or schedule anything for over a month.
