Disappointed there’s no online ordering for pick-up available in Edgartown, MV. It should be, as it would make vacationing here easier and more pleasant. Spend less time doing a chore and more time vacationing. Delivery wasn’t available either, because availability was filled.

The people make the place and over the last year or so I'd say the people here have been helpful and kind overall. Barring the odd exception of the jerk having a bad day. Vineyard pricing is and will always be difficult even here but overall a good place for the basics and essentials, if you can hit while its not busy.

I have had the pleasure of visiting all the grocery stores on MV Island this week. Believe me when I say, the Edgartown Stop & Shop is head and shoulders the "best". I like the store Manager at the Vineyard Haven store, but, that is not enough compensation to come close to all of the good things that the Edgartown location has to offer, including a great produce department, deli, seafood department, well organized aisles. Usually well stocked given the constraint of ferry schedules, high volume of summer shoppers, and shortage of workers, etc. Also, all the workers are helpful..... And busy!! Occasionally, shopping there can be frustrating, but, when you look at the Island competition, (and prices) you won't walk, you will run back to Edgartown's Stop & Shop for groceries..... Everytime! So a 5 rating easily attained and deserved!

This place is terrible. Every thing they have is out of date and the customer service is horrible. If you come here from off island you should expect better than this. And not to mention that you pay a premium price for the same as you would get off the island and it is fresh and not out of date.

Fresh veggies and nice meats etc. Smaller place than Edgartown but they stock and do what they can. Friendly helpful staff.
