This target used to be one of my favorite targets to go to unfortunately I hate going here now because they have taken away all of the self checkouts and not only have they done that which is a great inconvenience to everybody but then when it comes time to check out now there’s only ever one or two people on the cash registers. while two more people are upfront as well just walking around supposedly helping out but could also be helping out with the lines of people that now have to wait on only two cash registers being open when there could be four.

If i could give zero stars i would-went from such a great store to horrible-every night they shut down the self, check out aisles and have one to two registers open for everyone who shopping which today was at least 40 people in line. It was ridiculous so many people just left.

Wow. What an absolute mess. Clothing all over the floor in every department, spoiled food sitting in the grocery section, carts/pallets filled with stock and go-backs blocking aisles and displays which can cause injury. Shelves of products with no pricing. Not only is the store in shambles, but self-checkout is now 10 items or less. That wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if you had more than one register open. This was the second time I’ve witnessed a single cashier have to handle a line of customers extending passed the cosmetics department. This is ridiculous.

Another Target. Clean store. Definitely worth checking out if you are planning to go to a target. They have almost everything here, including food. Well organized place. It was the end of the night right before they closed so i wasn't expecting employees to ask if we needed help, but no one even said Hi or How are you doing tonight. I had to go find someone to ask them where the item i was looking for was. He was very help full. Over all experience i give it a three star, Pros it being a clean and organized store, Cons would be the employees. They need to be more professional and helpful. A lot of them were just standing up front talking when we were checking out to leaving.

This store has gone downhill so fast. I'm not sure what happened to the grocery area, but it has been horrible lately so I'm not sure what changed. There's never any cash registers open either and lines down the main aisle. I'm not coming here anymore because it takes forever to get what I need and leave.

I will no longer be shopping here until the restrictions on self-checkout have lifted. The lanes close at 5 pm now, and the lines for cashiers are so long that it is no longer worth the trip. I’d rather go to Big Y, where they don’t restrict options like this, and actually have enough staff.

Terrible drive-up service. There should never be 1 person doing this when it's busy. Nobody answers the telephones here. The staff told me they let so many ppl go and only 1 person for each area. Terrible Target. I stopped going to Walmart 2 years ago because I felt like Target was more organized. Now this location is a complete mess!

Zombie apocalypse @ the Easton Target. The cashiers are the slowest people on Earth. If I worked this slow I wouldn’t have a job because people would not want to pay me and I wouldn’t blame them. The place is a mess around the electronics but the worst part is how mismanaged the checkout is. It shouldn’t take 10 min to find bags. Then a guy opens a new register and closes it again after one customer while it’s busy, with no explanation. WHAT is the hold up and WHERE are the managers?

Target has gone downhill at this location. It was once a really great location that was high traffic but manageable. The staff are very nice and work very diligently to help with questions or concerns. The changes have happened over the last 6-8 months. I’m unsure if there is a new manager or some kind of large turnover event, but the aisles are FILLED with pallets of merchandise and the shelves are typically wiped or nearly empty. It has turned into a stressful venture to even get through the store because I’m unsure if I’ll be able to access what I need, or if an aisle is completely blocked. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere but this location is disproportionately affected compared to other stores in the area. Other stores in the area (Taunton and stoughton) are in much better shape, and the Walmarts are more hospitable, cleaner and more organized

This place has become a joke! You can't close all self-checkout registers and then only have ONE register open. I had to abandon my cart by the register today due to the line at the only open register.

This location has to be the WORST! Never enough cashiers, lines are crazy, majority of the aisles you can't get down between the mess and the unpushed product just stored in the aisles. Carts are never in the building, and there's trash and Half eaten or drank items all over the shelves.

Store is always a mess with aisles blocked with carts. Employees standing around talking when there is one person cashing people out. They need to change the self check out back to over 10 items.

There is never anybody working here. Regardless of the time of day there is a massive line with 1 cashier and self checkouts are closed. There doesn’t seem to be anybody working in other departments such as electronics either. A 5 minute trip ends up taking half an hour due to lack of staff.

They’ve stopped using self checkout in the evening with only 1 person on register. 4 other associates watch customers put their goods down and walk out the door because the line at the one register is so long. Pretty ridiculous to witness in person.

So far this is the best target I’ve been too. I love that they give you reusable bags at check out. It’s very clean and well organized. My only issue was the toy isle had a lot of opened toys, especially mystery ones, but that’s a clientele issue not the stores.

Worst customer service my fiancé walked to the customer service desk asking if anyone turned in her ray bans and the guy Devin was his names opens the drawer asks her when she lost them she said December and the guy slams the drawer and says yea we wouldn’t have them from that long ago and she walks away then 10 minutes later she goes back there’s a really sweet lady that works there and she says I’m really sorry that u lost your ray bans and she also said we have this phone that has been here since august so there is a possibility that we still have them so she looks but unfortunately they did not have them she was so sweet if I had her name I would have put her on this Devin u need to work on your customer service appearance moreSociety now a days just isn’t the same people change ur ways and always try to help someone else that is in need!!!

The employees are very kind and usually seem in good spirits. They're super helpful and always around the store. But the aisles are disheveled, the toy sections especially, and they don't have a very big selection of women's clothing items above a size large or 14 pants.

Apparently this location has just given up. Stopped in last couple weekends to this location that we routinely visit 1-2 times a week, and will not be returning. Zero registers open 2 weekends in a row. Employees literally walking the other way when a customer approaches. The store is even hot temperature-wise. Apparently they can't afford staffing or running the AC for their customers. Can't tell if poor new management or cheap cost cutting moves from local higher ups. Guess you just want to promote small orders.Terrible target. Simply terrible. Especially in what is normally a busy store.

Worst Target! Busy Sunday morning and NOT ONE register open! Has nothing to do with staffing since they have 20+ employees, including the MANAGER, stocking shelves that do not need to be stocked. I asked the manager why no registers are open when it is so busy. He said “There is a reason no registers are open.” Really? What’s the reason? You have plenty of workers. I spent $200 and they expect me to scan and bag a full cart of goods. Back to Walmart. At least they have a couple registers still open.

Apparently this location just changed their hours on Sunday and close at 9 instead of 10. I walked in about 2-3 minutes of 9 not knowing that and got hollered at by some woman that told me “I need to leave.” I asked her if they changed their hours because I’ve been there past 9 many times on a Sunday this Summer. She claimed they’ve closed at 9 for the last 4-5 years. Ya, ok lady. You’re rude. Hope you have a better day tomorrow. Your store is trashed, maybe fix that while you’re there.

very easy return transaction. I realized after I got home that I didn't need the coffee maker I bought, so I returned it a week later with the receipt. The only issue I have is the lack of enough open registers, essentially forcing people to use the self-checkout lanes. I know its hard to find employees, but to have 1 open register is never a good look, and I hate using the self check out and feeling like I am putting someone out of a job.

Great experience using targets pick up. We did an order that included household, groceries and a gift we needed and it was fast, used all the offers available and quick pick up. Would do again when I am last minute and busy.

Store closes in 4 hours but they close off self checkout and make 30 customers stand in line for 2 registers while 5 employees stand around customer service doing nothing.

The customer experience has plummeted lately. Inside the store shopping has become challenging since many aisles are always blocked with associates stock shelves from large carts. The number of employees on the floor is astounding compared to how few are available for check out.As for my curbside pick-up this time. There no longer seems to be designated areas for this at the Easton store. The app is not aware of this. It does suggest parking near the entrance if spots are unavailable. So I did. For about 30 minutes.When I gave up and went inside, there was a single girl handling all the customer service/exchanges and online pick-ups. This was on a Monday night, she had a line of people and no back-up. (Note again that the sales floor was swarming with red sweatshirts)
