I had bought a Karl Lagerfeld handbag and had it for less than two weeks when the handle broke. I was upset and disappointed because I loved the handbag so much. Who would have thought a brand name such as Karl Lagerfeld would have a defect? The only great thing about the entire process was the manager on shift, Brian. He made the entire return process smooth and stess free. Thank you, Brian for all of your help!

Appallingly horrible customer service. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. Save your time and save your money by shopping anywhere else. When you go to check out there is nobody to be found. If you search hard you might be able to find the group of employees standing around the back of the store doing nothing, just chatting, flirting, and hanging out with each other. Actively blocking the aisles, ignoring customers, and getting paid for it. It took nearly half an hour to get somebody to ring up my purchase and I was the only customer in line. I would never get away with that behavior at any of my customer service jobs. I guess if you’re looking for a job where you don’t actually have to work you should apply here.

The store was okay, cleanly nice. But the staff specifically "sam F" I believe I read on his tag was really rude. He repeatedly called me annoying and mocked me with his female colleague, as if I didn't notice. He passive aggressively said "thanks" and rolled his eyes as I left. All I did was return a shirt.

This is a wonderful store! The only thing that made my visit 4 stars was one of the managers was pretty curt and rude. The way she addressed customers and her employees made me really uncomfortable, and I could tell that the employees didn't like her either. The employees themselves are wonderful, but this particular manager was really rude.

I am reaching out today because I was racially profiled and treated disgustingly because of the color of my skin. I walked into this store with the intention to return a product I decided I no longer needed. While being within the return window, having 3 forms of proof of purchase and having a physical receipt I was treated like a second class citizen and disrespected. Both the manager and cashier at this location called me names, pointed in my face and proceeded to look down on me. I cannot believe this company would allow such employees to represent their brand. I will never walk into this establishment or spend my money with TJMaxx again. I am disgusted and the Easton location should be ashamed of how they handled my situation.

Love this location. Loss of one star because for some reason they have an employee who takes almost ALL new Rae Dunn releases for one of their family members. Which, as a collector, I find crazy. There has been little to no selection there since the summer. As a mom of three littles I can’t always drive out of town to other stores. I wish management would have a small policy on this. The staff is great though and they seem to have everything is order for precautions due to covid.

I went in TJ Maxx for kitchen and bathroom curtains. All I could find were "84" and 93", nothing under, and the styles weren't very appealing if I wanted to hem them to fit. Very disapointed. They need more variety. Downsize on the longer lengths and bring in at least a few shorter lengths between 51 + 60. I had to go elsewhere.

Covid-19 procedures are down pat. Everything is clean. They ask you to sanitize when you come in. Fantastic experience and I felt safer than the grocery store.

Whenever you go to TJ Maxx if you see something on the rack that you want you better grab it. Because the next time you go there it will be gone. That's the way TJ Maxx is first come first serve

This is one of the better TJMaxx stores in the area. They have a much nicer handbag selection than others and seem to have more options. Staff is very friendly and store is well kept.

Overall it's an okay T.J.Maxx but it's not my favorite. Most days I go I find something missing a price tag (like today). It's a hit or miss as with most T.J. Maxx's. It's not the messiest one I've been to, but I can use to use more housekeeping as far as placement of items in their areas and such. The only major complaint I have is the way I'm looked at when I shop at the store. Being in the area it's located at, I tend to get "looks" (something you wouldn't understand unless your different/minority) and somedays I feel I'm being watched more than others (not just by store employees but by customers, who think they are of a higher caliber) depending on what im wearing. I still shop there there and just look past the ignorance for the most part. There tends to be a variety of things at the store and the stock changes quite frequently.

TJ MAXX has great deals on otherwise expensive items at other boutique stores. The store is very clean but sometimes difficult to find what you're looking for especially in the men's section, but I guess this is part of the "hunt" to find that item that nobody else will get at this price. You can find some genuine deals here on a weekly basis as they receive new items weekly.

Ok selection of clothes compared to other T.J. Maxx locations. You can find the basics here, and they do have a good selection of beauty products. Pretty minimal selection of plus sizes.

Worker was pulling people out of line and she asked me if these 3 items were all I had while she had pulled me out of line, I showed her 2 other items and she told me never mind because it was too much and I lost my spot in line.
