I used Roche Brothers for my wedding flowers (Sept 2023) and they came out absolutely stunning. I was honestly shocked when I saw them. I worked with Lynn and Matt in the floral department and they were both professional and a pleasure to work with. Matt adjusted my order several times as my needs changed, and Lynn knows what she is doing as she previously owned her own floral shop. Lynn recommended which type of flowers would go great for my burgundy theme, and knew what would be in season. Everything came out beautifully, they delivered the flowers on time, and were great to work with! Would definitely recommend.

Easiest way for a supermarket to earn a one star review from me is to install a self-scan that doesn't accept cash. After the skimming incident at other store I woul think you would wan the security of cash payments at these registers. Doesn't make sense. Don't like it when cash customers are excluded from self-scan.

So excited, they put a self check out with six registers, yet all only 20 item lines😩🙄 I go to self check out because I don’t wanna be bothered by a human I wanna bring my own stuff and bag my own stuff so it’s done right and I’m faster than them anyway, plus you get home and they’ve packed meat with vegetables and you want to scream. So middle-age gatekeeper that works at the self checkout said to me oh man it’s 20 items or less. I’ll let you go this time because we’re not busy but next time it’s only 20 items because people steal well that is my problem.? Why does it matter when those six registers open nobody was waiting? Why can’t I scan all of my items without being hassled? Waste of six self checkout registers, so dumb.

These reviews are either love or hate. An honest review would be the prices are a bit high, (maybe 30% higher than elsewhere) but it's Easton, so, that should be expected. I imagine Dover and Sudbury are as well. Go to Market Basket in Brockton if you want a deal and have fun waiting in long lines surrounded by a chaotic mob scene. Roche Bros is a quiet place with a nice vibe. Great music and yes, a convenient liquor area. I don't go there often because of the cost, but it's a nice little treat on occasion.

Let's just say if you want to buy a box of All Bran bran buds it'll cost you $7.29. Go to a different market and pay $4.79 for the exact same product. Wow...

Very high prices when compared to other markets within 2 to 3 miles. The place is hardly ever busy. The buffet food looks nasty. People in the meat department were friendly but cashiers and baggers were busy talking trash to each other instead of doing their job. I was not interested in hearing their date stories. They have a nice wine selection in the store. Bathroom was dirty when I was there.

Good overall. Betty at the customer service desk was not very pleasant. If I have to go to the customer service desk. I wait until she is gone. I'm probably in the store at least four times a week. Overall, the store is very clean and well stocked.

Prices are ok. I usually get sushi. This time I got a poke bowl. The description on the bowl is as pictured. However, this bowl included imitation crab meat. Yuck!!!! Mostly lettuce & rice. Not much tuna. Disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. Went to return a product because my wife and I got food poisoning and was sick all day on Thanksgiving. However frustrating that is, it is not why I am writing this review. I understand accidents happen and I just wanted my money and go home. Instead they gave me the 3rd degree while the entire time they just shook their heads dismissively, and repeatedly stated you did not get sick from our product. Did not apologize once or show any sympathy being sick never mind on a holiday. Very snobby.I explained to them that only my wife and I got sick and my daughter who did not eat the product but did eat the rest of the meal with us was fine. Manager's response was we could have both contracted a 24hr stomach bug. I am a doctor it is highly unlikely that my wife and I who were not in contact with anyone sick recently. Somehow we contracted a stomach bug with no fever, developed symptoms simultaneously 14hrs after we ate the product, and then felt better within 24hrs. Mind you our child was perfectly healthy. People are to worried about being sued. I took my money and will never be returning.

3 stars might be high, considering prices are no better than anywhere else, and in some cases higher. Which would be ok if the service were better. The two girls at the register were a couple of drips. Didn't say a word till handing me the receipt and mumbling "have a good one." How lazy and disconnected can you get.

Sept.6th, 2022 went to Roche Bros. In Easton, MA. I was looking in the fish dept.for Foley's scallops and met this very nice gentleman Michael. He was so knowledgeable about the scallops- shared with me about bay and sea and showed me also the frozen ones. Also knew all about the clam chowder which the next time I will purchase since the scallop purchase will suffice for now. His service for Roche Bros. Is impeccable.

My kids Love The sample cookies. The store itself is very pricey but it's nice and clean with no nonsense. Is rather buy less and have a better shopping experience. We shop by the sale flyers so it's not that bad.

What was once a reliable grocery delivery has gone downhill. The drivers are as exemplary as always but the in-store shoppers are either incompetent or do not care. I will be doing the shopping for my grandfather in future as until Roche Bros resolves the problems with their employees, they cannot be relied upon

They really should stop moving everything around so frequently. I've been in a few times since the big product move and people have been angrily raging in the hallways including myself because no one can find the items they always come to the store to buy. Really not a good marketing tactic when the entirety of the customer basis is regulars coming to get groceries for their household. Food is always of a good quality (which almost certainly means high price, not great against competing stores). But staff is friendly and it's close to home. Convenient located for grabbing a few things.

2 stars, with the bar set low. Most of the store reeks of harsh cleaning products. And it would be great to see this Roche Brothers get self checkout. For the obvious reasons; faster checkout, minimal person to person contact which is especially important during a pandemic, other Roche Bros have them, etc. Also beacuse one of their cashiers seems to have some condition where there hands are red and swollen. As a regular I have noticed that the condition has been present for atleast 6 months.

Always a pleasant experience at this Roche Bros. location.All the selections are fresh and well organized. I enjoy the fact that they do have local options for a lot of items. In addition the staff is friendly and helpful.Definitely worth a trip if you have not been.

It’s our local grocery store and minutes from us so we go here for quick things but it’s just too overpriced. It’s not Whole Foods or a wegmans so not sure why it’s so expensive. They do not offer anything out of the ordinary.

A rather pleasant surprise on my first shopping experience; a Sunday night...I was observed by a gentleman across the store, eagerly approached and asked whether I needed any assistance at the meat counter after I had casually glanced and discovered the counter was shutdown; mind you it was ten minutes to closing...This guy reopen enough to get me a couple meat items of which he weighed out and wrapped up for the taking...I had the exact courtesy extended by the deli team...I was amazed by their attentiveness and assistance at such final moments upon closing...I would have sworn these guys were all the store manager... However, they clearly were employees of high morale which speaks to Rouche Brothers as an organization... Know that you have a lifelong customer and an advocate of your quality service; not to mention my bacon cheeseburgers were very delicious... Understand that we live in an age where customer service is literally hard to find because workers hide from the customers...Hats off to the butcher and the fellas in the deli...

Clean and very neat, easy to navigate. WAY to over priced. 51.00 dollars for 3 bags. No meat. Just fruit apples, a bag of chips, milk, one package of cookies, chicken nuggets.....I stuck to the list of 10 items because of the prices. I was being lazy and went there because it was next to an appointment I had. Should have driven home and gone to Market Basket.

Outstanding experience with Roche Bros. of Easton catering department. Everything was delicious and easy to serve on paper plates. The presentation of each item was beautiful, well packaged, and ready to go in a cart at the time specified for pick up. The order consisted of two full sandwich trays (deli and a combo), large tossed salad, edamame salad bowl, fresh watermelon boat (Backyard BBQ), and three 50 oz bar cakes for an outdoor group birthday party with 27 guests. The hosts served food wearing masks and tongs for pandemic safety. Slicing the bar cakes was a breeze (Chocolate Fudge, Strawberry Shortcake, and White Chocolate Raspberry). The Easton store was very accommodating and able to write a Happy Birthday Message on each cake. Next time will specify sandwiches are all made with Dietz and Watson gluten free deli meats instead of the house brand just in case someone has a food allergy. A big thank you to the catering staff that prepared the order!

I ordered a cake smash cake for my daughters birthday with pink and white frosting and a bunny on it. I was given an Easter cake with a yellow bunny and Easter eggs. It also had a happy Easter sign sticking out of it. When I told them this was not what I ordered the woman was very rude and said she wasn’t sure what she could do for me. I will never order a cake from here again.

Originally perceived when they opened to be more expensive however a great bakery. an impressive prepared food section , good fish ( hard to find) and delicious bourbon marinated steak tips and bourbon chicken kabobs make this place a winner to me on Rt 138

The visit was extremely positive. The quality of food is excellent. I use to go to Sudbury farms on Randolph, only 2 miles from my home. Now I have to travel about 10 miles to Roach Bros in Easton MA.
