Their cashiers are never happy. Good forbid you need them to cash you our. Their try to push you to self checkout or give you the "look". The place is clean and have lots of good snacks. Pharmacy workers are very friendly and helpful.

Place is Ridiculous see why the rating are low had a package come here unwilling due to missing my home delivery. literally had everything The tracking ticket For the package, I.D card with home same address. But was denied package due to using alias name on package. to mention as well Showing them the alias name from the Amazon account matching on the packet. Would rather have you jump through loops instead of satisfying customer. Literally had everything verifying I was the one receiver for the package. As a manager how hard is it to make executive decision. Ratings says it all honestly.

This place is awful. Rude pharmacist rude cashier. Hung up on multiple times. I’m sorry but to ask a question if my sons (who’s an infant) prescription is filled so I don’t have to bring him into the store is not unreasonable. Complaint filed w cvs corporate and I will never come back!

Best CVS I have ever dealt with. The woman with beautiful accent at pharmacy is ALWAYS helpful, resourceful and has now twice resolved issues that two other CVS locations could not do. THANK YOU ♥️

The worst CVS I have ever had the unfortunate experience trying to resolve an insurance issue with for meds. My son went to pick up medication there and they would not give it to him because they claimed there was an insurance issue. I made sure that was all set and told them so but they hung up on me twice when I tried to explain the problem was on their end. They refused to accept that and told me it would take days to get it cleared up. I then decided to cancel the prescription and had it called in to another CVS near my home. Well they had absolutely NO problem filling it. Total inconvenience because I must now mail it to my son. They did not care one bit that it was an emergency. So incompetent, rude, and plain awful. Wish they could all get fired in the pharmacy there. Please just go to another CVS!!

If I can give no stars, it would be just that. The words that this Employee used was baffling. Her exact words to my international wife were " we do not sell international products at this location because it does not sell well in this area." (eco gel) We would never!!! DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST!

The German woman or whatever her accent was at the pharmacy register was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any CVS. Very condescending. She wouldn't give me time to ask a question. She was in such a rush. The pharmacy was dead so she had no excuse. Looks like you have a long line of customers who are never coming back to this store.

You should instruct your cashiers how to say \"Hello\" and \"Thank you\". Was just NOT greeted by one of your cashiers. Couldnt even say \"Hello\" let alone make eye contact. When he handed me my change, no \"Thank you\". Correct me if im wrong, but shouldnt the CUSTOMER be thanked? Not the other way around? He looked at me as if waiting for me to THANK HIM. I could've used the Walgreens next door. Sheesh Im spending my money in YOUR STORE and not even a THANKS!!!

Very unorganized in the pharmacy department. Will receive notifications that a script is ready, only to be told at the counter that it was ready 2 weeks ago and has been put back. Pharmacy staff tends to be very condescending and rude when they're are questioned about these issues.

Just moved to the area and needed a local pharmacy but this will not be it. The pharmacist was rude and impersonal. The associate who rang me out was also very rude and impatient, rushing me to "respond" to prompts on the pin pad that were not even there like I was doing something wrong or taking too long. First and last prescription filled here.

Due to a power outage at the CVS located at Roche Brother’s Way, I contacted this CVS to refill a prescription for my dog. I waited on the phone for five minutes and twenty-two seconds and then was placed on hold yet again. I reviewed with the male pharmacist in detail what was needed, and I was told by the male pharmacist on call today that I needed to contact my veterinarian for a new prescription for that specific medication. I did as I was advised and I had the animal clinic in Bridgewater call in a new prescription.Around 8:20 pm this evening, I stopped by CVS with my spouse to pick up my dog’s medication, and I was told by that same male pharmacist that the prescription could not be filled due to a shortage for that specific dosage of the medication. To be frank, I was very surprised and angered by this situation- which to be clear, was created by this non-compassionate and inefficient pharmacist. When I asked the male pharmacist why he chose not to inform me earlier today that my dog’s prescription would not be filled today due to a shortage- he simply stood at the window, looked at me, and said nothing.Had I known earlier today there was a shortage of that particular strength of the medication, I could have asked that the veterinarian rewrite the prescription for a higher dose and then cut the pill in half, which would have equalled the original dose. Or had I known their was a shortage, I could have simply called another pharmacy to refill the prescription.A consumer-friendly pharmacist would have attempted to resolve this situation, or at least apologize for such negligence, however, this male pharmacist offered nothing at all. I found his attitude and demeanor to be extremely unprofessional and indifferent. Shame on CVS for employing such an uncaring employee. The dilemma for me following this interaction was that the animal clinic was closed and there was no way to get yet another prescription for my dog’s medication.I rarely submit reviews online, but I feel compelled to do so today.

I went today to get some last minute Easter shopping. I have question about my receipt and extra care coupon. Cashier didn’t know much about it and he called “so called his MANAGER “ . He came and gave some directions to the cashier and infront of the customer ( me) he said “I hated this type of things “. Very unprofessional . Instead of apply coupons finally I have to pay extra 2$ . I am very disappointed.

Not sure what’s going on over there but they are rude and unprofessional uncooperative and even my insurance company has spent over a half hour on hold trying to straighten this out, very very frustrating been with them 30 years but now I’m going to change to Walgreens I guess

My experience with the pharmacy just now was terrible. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech Jen was rude and unpleasant. I was already not feeling my best and needed my prescriptions. They were not helpful in expediteing my medications. I asked them for the numbers so I can call the prescribing doctor and their response was we don't have it. If they didn't have it how could they have called and left a message? I had to google the doctor's office and have them call to verify my prescriptions. Unhelpful and rude!

I went to pick up a prescription for Xanax as I am an EMT and have PTSD the manager came over and told me she would not fill my prescription because there’s 28 days in the month even though she may be right she treated me like I was a drug addict Instead of explaining why I couldn’t fill them.she was the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with do not fill any prescriptions there because the supervisor is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life and threatened to call the police on me for asking questions like “ you do know benzos are one of the few drugs you can die without?” To Which I got the window in the drive-through slammed in my face. never ever ever again will they get my business completely unprofessional rude and zero empathy. I take care of people everyday and have never met anyone with such unpleasant unprofessional manners. If you hate your job and are unbelievably miserable, you probably should get a new career you should not be dealing with people or even animals that I wouldn’t trust you with my dog. You lost a whole family of customers. Good job pharmacy manger. Do you need to go to school where they teach you about manners not about drugs. Wrong field for you and I bet many others will agree.Mind you I called before I came to fill my prescription and she said no problem they’re in stock come on down and get them I gave them my name and date of birth and everything and this happened when I got there worst CVS in Massachusetts, To the pharmacy supervisor on staff March 25 2019 at 11am. As I work from my community in Massachusetts and I have my national EMT license I think I deserve a phone call from a real manager not a rude woman in a pharmacy. She knows my name therefore you can find my phone number I expect a phone call by the end of the day with an explanation apology or something to fix this because like I said I will tell everyone not to go to the CVS and you just lost a whole family of customers I also come in contact with hundteds of people who fill medications there . It’s sad one woman is going to cause you to lose so much money. I am a field training officer at my job I would fire her because of the way she deals with people.If I get no phone call by the end of the day I am calling headquarters and reporting her . As will my mother who has been a registered nurse w a masters degree for 40 years and was sitting in the back of the car and heard the whole thing absolutely disgusting she said and she’ll never go back in there ever again she also comes in contact with hundreds of people a day and so does my sister who is also a nurse have a good daySincerelyPo’d national emt

I live very close to this CVS, but drive to the location at Five Corners in Easton instead. I've had so many problems with the pharmacy, and there have been several who work in that department who have not been very courteous, either in person or on the phone. After several issues, I decided it's time to make the switch. If you have a long-term prescription to fill, you'd do better going to another location.

I had the best experience of any visit to a CVS in this location. The shift supervisor on hand, Corin I think, was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect product for my needs. I will definitely be returning to that location in the future if she is there to help

I hoped to print copies of a picture texted to my phone. Janelle was asked to assist me. Her knowledge and patience made this a highly successful experience. She had to relocate the pictures before we could proceed. I would not have been able to do that. Janelle, thank you very much !
