Very rude cashier asked her politely about trash bin . She denied which was ok I left it outside for few minutes till I pick up the prescription. Enitre time she was watching trash that I make sure to pick it up. Instead of having a trash watcher cvs can put a trash bin to throw trash.

Always some issue here ....with meds insurance or in stock items . Would suggest using a different cvs for medicine / prescription. I feel they may enjoy or get some kick or rush from the trouble they put you through ... save yourself the aggravation š

Do not use this pharmacy. The lack of empathy of its employees and their lack of concern for the well being of its customers whom are depending on medication is extremely concerning.

Robin in the Pharmacy is AWESOME. I made the end of her day so much harder than it had to be. But she still went above and beyond...and never let me know it. I would of even gotten mad at me! Which I was BTW.Still, Robin's customer service skills are incredible. I hope cvs appreciates her for all she does, and has to offer. She made this visit a total turnaround and I definitely will be coming back, bc of her!

My husband got his Covid-19 booster and flu shots yesterday. Although he had a scheduled appointment, when he arrived there were three walk-ins being served. This evening I stopped by to get my flu and Covid-19 booster shots as a walk-in. I was greeted by a very unfriendly female pharmacist who rudely told me that the schedule was full and she had no time to help me. I was surprised by her aggressive reply particularly since the pharmacy was quiet- there were no individuals in queue and there were no individuals receiving shots when I arrived. I was turned away because this employee chose not to perform her duties as a healthcare worker. Shame on her!

Scheduled a covid test here for 10am. Called at 901am and discussed my upcoming10am covid test and transferred my inhalers from a different cvs so I could get everything done here at once especially since I may have covid. Show up at drive thru. Press call bell. Twice. Call them at 1020am. On hold for over 8 minutes. Press call bell again. Someone comes over and asks am I waiting for my prescription. I said I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for 10am covid test. Girl says we don't have anyone here to do that. I said well why wasn't I told over the phone when I transferred my inhalers here. I asked for my prescriptions. She told me I'd have to come inside. I asked you want me to come in when I might have covid?? HELLO. She came back to tell me I'd have to transfer them somewhere else and schedule my test somewhere else. I can't even get another cvs to pick up their phone! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM SO PPL STOP SCHEDULING THERE. Some courtesy would have been nice. I would have helped by asking hey can I make the transfer for you..maybe call another cvs for you. What a way to treat a patient with low lung capacity from being a nurse contracting covid at work now left with lung issues, who needs their inhalers and may have covid. Cool. Thank you. I then go online to schedule at another cvs and it tells me I can't because I already have one scheduled here. What a way to leave a patient alone, helpless and unable to retrieve inhalers and a test.

consistently bad service regarding pharmacy script ordering and pick up.Provided constructive criticism to corporate over issues. No change in store behavior.scripts called in via Dr.pharmacy confirms scriptpharmacy messages ready for pick uparrive at pharmacy, no script ready asked to return in 20 minutesreturn in 40 still no script. Asked to comeback laterCall pharmacy ahead (takes @ 15 minutes to reach someone) no record of script.We have 4 family members associated to this pharmacy on a monthly basis. I cannot recall one smooth transaction over the last 6 months.Have already moved meds to another pharmacy. too frustrating. Corporate needs to provide better training and more help.

Will never go here for the pharmacy again. The phone takes at least 20 mins to be answered every time.The pharmacist works with a very bad attitude and not is getting things done. Come on, what do they get paid for? Throwing tantrums and not doing any work?Called on Friday to get my pharmacy transferred to the location because my usual pharmacy was out of the medicine. CVs told me it would take up to 24 hours, and I was told by my pharmacy on Sunday that CVS never called. Wish the pharmacist here will never have the situation of needing the medication urgently in his life. š

Incredibly rude pharmacist. I called to make an appt for a Covid Test at noon, the woman I talked to at the pharmacy confirmed they were doing Covid tests and told me to make an appt online. I did that and showed up at the CVS (with an appt) at 2:45. I arrived and she yelled at me āTHERE IS NO COVID TESTS TODAYā I tried to ask a follow up question since I had literally just talked to someone. She continues to raise her voice at me and wouldnāt let me finish a sentence. Never been treated so poorly. Horrible, horrible CVS.

I am a regular user of the Walgreens store across the street and I will definitely continue after today. I have a strained anterior deltoid muscle in my shoulder. Along with the ice and heat treatments I thought I would try a CBD cream. I have never used any type of CBD lotion but so many people I now have raved about the benefits I thought I would give it a try. Online I read that this CVS carried these products. I mistaken thought CVS was a quality store and would have a good selection. I went there mid day on a Saturday and searched all over the store extensively. I could not find any CBD products. I also could not find any store employees to ask. There were two up at the registers but there was a long line . I went to the Pharmacy to ask and their gate was going down just as I got there. What is that all about? I eventually went back up front and asked a woman at one of the registers if they had any CBD lotion or cream. She looked at men like I had 3.5 heads. Her reaction was strange, bizarre and ignorant. She insisted she had zero idea what I was talking about and insisted she had never heard of the "initials" ever CBD before. She said she had worked there for 10 years but I believe she has been living under a rock for 10 years! Not surprised to see so many one star reviews for this store, too bad I can not rate zero stars. Big stupid waste of time at CVS.

Hate the pharmacy! You wait forever then your medications are all wrong. It's not just me, many people have received the wrong medication. The line will have 6 people and you get ignored. The store is good. Nice and organized at the front and I love the cashiers! If the pharmacy wasn't so horrible I would be giving a 5!

You have a girl working the pharmacy register that needs to learn how to speak louder and not move like a turtle. I was in there for over an hour waiting for a prescription and just watching how understaff your store is. Maybe you should pay more to get bodies in there to work. I saw 6 people waiting over a half hour just to covid shots because you have one Pharmacist, one person ringing the register and one technician.

Iām very understanding of being short staffed and busy, but that doesnāt mean basic customer service interaction goes out the window. Pharmacy tech was extremely rude and service skills were non existent. Same issue at the Washington location as well. No matter your stress level it takes 0 time to be a decent human and speak to someone how youād want to be spoken to.

Reading People Magazine instead of reading the room...Normally, the cashier's here are efficient and understand that customers want to give them money for their goods. Today, not the case. As I approached the checkout, I knew I was in trouble. The person in front of me had a basket full of items, fair enough. As she started to check out she is also going through her coupons and trying to mix and match, then questioning the cashier about what applies to what. Note as all of this is happening, the 2nd cashier (who closed her register) behind the counter is reading a People magazine and commenting to herself out loud how this one or that one still looks good. Meanwhile we are about 5 minutes into this person at the only open register now trying to use her debit card (which she had to try multiple times), but finally, she checks out, but wait for it, she now wants to purchase gift cards (3 of them all separate). We are now almost at the 8 minute mark...it was at that point I put my items on the counter by the register of Miss People magazine in a way that she would notice. She didn't even look up from her reading. It was at that point, I walked out. Lost business for CVS because they seem to not be able to train certain cashiers to understand gossip magazines do not take priority over paying customers waiting in line for 8 minutes. The happy ending is I wound up going to Shaw's across the street for some groceries and found the same items at a cheaper price!

The pharmacy here is horrible you call and refill your prescriptions they tell you they're done at a certain time drive out of your way to go pick them up and guess what they're not done but they can expedite them for you and have them done in an hour. If you can expedite them and have them done in an hour why can't you have them done at the time you're quoting. They never answer the phone. They never seem to be able to get anything right whether you go through the drive-thru or go in. Save yourself the time and headache and go across the street to Walgreens million times better.

It's a CVS, and it does that it's supposed to well! The pharmacy people are nice and helpful and if there is a long line at checkout, it usually moves quickly. I got my passport photo taken here and they did it quickly and well. Overall, a nice, clean, bright store.

Never staffed. Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Sometimes the drive through is closed sometimes itās open. Hard to imagine their district or regional staff care about the store to leave it staffed so poorly.

I called the cvs on depot st easton this morning and spoke with Alan the pharmacist around 10am,he told me both my prescriptions would be ready after 2pm,i went to the drive through around 4pm and i waited about a half hour on the right side of drive through, when i got to the window i gave my information and then was told there was only one script ready,i explained there was two i was told would be ready for pick up after 2pm,The woman with the red hair and glasses spoke with the female pharmacist and i was told to call my doctor and see if i can have my remaining script sent to a different pharmacy to be filled,i said no my doctor is gone for the day and i need it filled here,at that point i was rudely talked too being told they had customers to take care of like as if i wasn't one and theres nothing they can do i have to go and i was hung up on,not once was i told sorry for the inconvenience and will work to get it filled..Never in my life have i been talk too so rudely and hung up on.they are very unprofessional there at the pharmacy and everytime i go there now i see new people working that seem to have a hard time doing there job sufficiently and quick. I've been a long time customer but today treated like i wasn't a customer at all by a newby rude crude person that shouldn't be working with the public.the new pharmacist seemed to be having a hard time and there was only 5 people in line inside,but only a few outside at the drive through waiting because i had been in it for a long time only to be sent away. I will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy other then cvs after todays awful experience. You don't tell someone there scripts will be ready for pick up after 2pm and you go out of your way,wait in a three car lane that took almost a half hour to get to your turn and then be told we only have one script,don't know what to tell you,call your doctor and have your doctor call it in else where, told they have customers to wait on as if your not one and hung up on..They don't know what there doing there specially since they started doing covid 19 testing and newbys that don't work well with customers because there busy.I only give one star for the store manager who i ended up talking too and pulled me away from the pharmacy so the other customers wouldn't here how awful people get treated there but before he did that two customers i was talking too told me they have had bad customer service there too at the pharmacy more then once, the store manager worked in a professional manner to see what he could do unlike the pharmacist and woman working the window all though he obviously went by what the pharmacy told him which curtainly wasn't how rudely they treated me. This ain't the first time i was told my scripts would be ready or are ready for pick up and they weren't,its been multiple times and too wait in a three car lane for almost a half hour and there was no one in the next lane thats for covid,there was about 4 people in line when i went inside, they obviously don't know what there doing there as theres always someone new working there every month and have a hard time at it.this all took place yesterday but refreshed my review this morning. I am now waiting for the store manager to get back to me about today's pharmacist getting my script filled that was sent in by my doctor rwo days ago.will be back to post about that.just got off phone with store manager,He doesn't have a clue and I'll just leave it at that because he was nice to call me back. Definitely will be looking for a different pharmacy,ive had enough of the incompetents at the depot st cvs pharmacy.

I took my mother here to get a COVID test and the lady at the window had such a bad attitude and was extremely rude.I had my phone out to look for the confirmation number and the lady yells at me saying I canāt have my phone out because itās a HIPPA violation. When she gave me the test kit at the drive through window I rolled my window up out of concern for her and she yells āYou gotta stop putting your window up, I donāt know why youāre putting your window up, you wonāt be able to hear meā.I understand these are stressful times but you canāt be treating patients like that, weāre all going through a difficult time you donāt know what the other person is going through. Iām never going back to this CVS again.

Not only the store is amazing for having such a huge variety of brands and for being very organized but also the Pharmacy in the backā¦The girls back there are just amazing they go above and beyond to help you!They are all working super hard, running around to fill everyoneās needs, and really giving their best in what theyāre doing!Iām very thankful!

Giving 5 stars to the depot st Easton Cvs. I believe the pharmacists name was Liz. She was the most pleasant, helpful person o have come in contact for a long time. I saw her yesterday at cvs and spoke to her on the phone and I had to let someone know how lucky they are to have her. I had a horrible experience with Washington st, and Liz on depot street was a absolute 360. She is the type of person that makes you leave the store smiling. Gives a little hope that humanity still has compassionate people. Thanks Liz, sometimes just talking to someone so happy is needed. Little things can make someoneās day a whole lot better. She is awesome!!!

Would leave 0 stars for this pharmacy if I could, I believe the issue is with the same pharmacist as the other complaints in the past few months as well because I have had multiple issues with this person in particular, she is always very hostile about answering questions and today I mispronounced a medication I was picking up for my ill Grandfather and she was almost making fun of me and telling me it didnāt exist instead of trying to help me figure out what I was trying to findā¦her name was Nada.

I switched our prescriptions from the Washington Street location in Easton to here a couple of years ago, and it was the best decision I couldāve made. What a night and day difference! The store is very clean, bright, and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
