My girlfriend and I went here for sandwiches today. She had the Italian sub and I had the shaved roasted pork loin sandwich. Both were amazing. We ended up leaving with some dry aged steak for dinner too. Amazing food, and service this will definitely be a regular spot for us now for lunch.

Where do I start? This is a love letter....Corsello is a special place. You know it, the second you open the door. This is the very definition of craft and artisan. Longingly looking through their cases, I almost became emotional. These were things of beauty, made by people who care!The people who work there are warm and friendly and when they found out it was my first time, took the time to show me around.Now let me tell you about my Italian Beef sandwich. It was amazing! The bread was soft and delicious, the quality of the beef was insane, the au-jus was so good I could drink it, and the spicy giardiniera was crispy and spicy. Together this made an amazing Italian Beef! Is it the same as in Chicago? No! But it's the best you will have in New England (and frankly the quality is way higher).As I sit and type this I have convinced myself it is time to go back and do some shopping. So gotta run... I am on the way to Corsello!

Everything about this place speaks old world charm combined with your local friendly butcher shop. I have always enjoyed the food, from sandwiches, to dinner. I have always been pleased with the food purchased as gifts or brought to holiday parties. My pets have enjoyed their tasty treats too. ❤️ 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for quality, local meats from friendly knowledgeable butchers.

The sandwiches are perfection. The meat, the cheese, the bread, everything is so fresh. You can’t go wrong grabbing a quick bite from Corsello’s. Their meatballs are perfect for nights you don’t feel like doing all the work too, and the pasta they carry in store is amazing too.

I actually saw this place on social media just days before working a job close by. The place has a great look and feel and the staff was abundant and helpful.Customer saw it was my first time in and recommended the hot Italian beef sandwich. You cannot go wrong. Top quality food.This is not the type of place to throw you a sandwich with an inch thick slab of processed deli meat. This is a reasonable portion of HIGH quality food.I will be stopping back in for more!

Someone commented about this gem of a place on the western ma eats fb group. My wife and i wound up getting the Italian sub with mozzarella added on. I am from queens ny and always had my comfort “hero” sandwiches. I have been living in western ma for 18 years and have yet to have found a comfort sandwich place. This is it! The search has ended. The spicy Italian sub I had was such a unique magical experience and so fresh tasting!! I cannot wait to go back and try the classic beef and shaved pork and all their other offerings. What a gem of a find!

As legit as you can get when it comes to a local butcher in the Pioneer Valley. These guys are actually breaking down whole local animals, not ordering vacuum sealed cuts from purveyors. Be sure to try the porchetta sandwich, or the Italian beef. Both are incredible and made to order every single time. You won't regret a visit to Corsello!

I come here roughy once a week. They have fantastic quality meats, and I’ve become obsessed with their meatballs and their ham. The delicious sandwiches have become a ritual for us, and I especially recommend either the cubano or the club sandwich! Overall a great butcher shop with awesome 🥩

My husband and I love this place. We’ve stopped in for sandwiches which were amazing. We’ve also purchased meat on many occasions to bring home. I appreciate the fact that the owner knows exactly where his meat comes from, and the quality of his product speaks for itself.

Old world feel.. friendly and accommodating staff! Completely impressed with the selection!! One stop shop for lunch and your dinner. Sandwiches: Loved the Italian beef, Italian cold cut, and cubano. Especially fond of the hot pickled relish!! Took home sausages, bacon, and meatballs for dinner!! All were exceptional and we will be back very soon.

Great cuts of meat and the most friendly service. They always explain the cut of meat and will even give us suggestions on ways to prepare it. We have been buying from the Easthampton location and now from the location at the Urban Food Brood in Springfield which is very convenient. Good prices, fresh selection, great service...what else can you ask for?

We are lucky to have Corsello Butcheria here in Easthampton, MA! Incredible sandwiches and meats expertly prepared. Try the Italian Beef Sandwich with the hot Giardiniera. Insanely good & like nothing else around. Solid mozz and prosciutto sandwich. My favorite roasted veg sandwich around as well. Don't pass this gem up if you're near Easthampton/Northampton!

I’ve been coming here since this wonderful family opened the place. Even though I live in Georgia, I try to stop by while visiting my son, and get the most amazing sandwiches I’ve ever had. This butcheria is one of the best things to happen to Easthampton. I only wish we had one in Atlanta.

We are lucky to have this place. Everything you want from a butcher and more. Awesome sandwiches- the Italian cold cut and the Italian beef are two of the best sandwiches you’ll find in all of Western MA. The meats are amazing. The prices are fair. When you’re there, you can feel these are people that care about this business, this product, this work- there’s high quality- and there’s care- for the product, for the local farms, and for the customers. Vincent is the best.

Growing up around many Italian restaurants and delis. I was disappointed with the sandwiches. The sandwiches were small and uninteresting. Very little dressing, lettuce and meats. They were dry and too simple. My past experiences with a fabulous Italian deli has included generous sandwiches with lots of toppings and dressings. What a bummer, not as advertised

Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent products that triumph over their equivalent grocery store selections. Their sandwiches are amazing, it was suggested that I try the Italian beef sandwich and it was very flavorful and overall a 10/10 sandwich. Nothing but good things to say about this local business.

Great selection of meats at this Traditional Butcher shop. The owner is so educated and skilled at cutting the best parts. Great homemade meatballs and bone broth. I love the sandwich meats as well.

Meatballs are the gateway meat. Get some and talk to the staff about your next selection. Aged beef cut to preference only minutes from my house. Excellent. Thank you.

Believe it or not, I don't eat meat. Still, I went to Corsello, to get some meat products for my parents. And, I was compelled by the 'Vegetarian' sandwich. I wasn't expecting much, but I figured, "How bad could it be?" Suffice it to say, that sandwich was PHE-NOM-EN-AL!!! It was one of the most delicious mozzarella sandwiches I've ever eaten--and by far the best I've ever eaten in THIS country--and I can still taste it in my memory. Focaccia was crispy and chewy. Roasted peppers flavorful and moist, but not wet. Basil, balsamic, olive oil. I had that sandwich an hour or more after I picked it up. And it could have been waiting for me for some time. Unbelievably delicious. I can't speak to the meats, but fear not, my veggie friends. Corsello's Vegetariano is SHOCKINGLY delectable. Oh, and the customer service is also beyond compare. You really feel like you're in a cozy, European, family butcheria. Sign me up for many return visits!

Visited this week after hearing about the butcheria on NPR. I picked up some cheese and smoked roma sausage, which I have not tried yet. I am writing this review, though, because of the absolutely insane Cubano sandwich that I got. I love Cuban sandwiches and will order one every time it is on a menu. Yesterday, I had the hands-down best Cuban sandwich of my life. Great ingredients perfectly prepared. It's a non-standard Cubano because of the mozarella, but even a purist would love this.
