All I can say is every single time I go here. They don't have simple stuff I even called 1st to find out if they had assorted rubber washer's in a bag they said yeah I drove down There my round trip is 40 minutes. They didn't carry that, everything there is overpriced and they don't have simple little stuff, You will not be wasting your time going to home depot or Lowe's.

Best hardware store experience in years. This place is amazing! I went to see if they had ball bearings for our bee spinner. The guy at the register told me exactly where these were! It's an old style store you have to see to believe!

I went in looking specifically for a few items. I had difficulty finding an item, but I did not ask for help so that is not on the store. The associate rang me out was pleasant and friendly. Store was clean and organized.

Ran into the Wells Maine location many times over the last 3 days for small items here and there, as we have been working on our new home purchase. Everyone, each time, was so pleasant and ready to help me find each little thing and make recommendations. Both resident cats were also a sweet touch!

Bought a bag of potting soil here and it was infested with ants. I did not have a receipt but they were happy to swap it for another ant-infested bag or I could get a refund/different product only if I signed up for their rewards program. I refused because I don't want to be on another mailing list, so I'm out $20.

When I went to Aubuchon a couple of days ago, I was not really hopeful of finding the corner brackets I needed to fix a window screen, but Jon, a young customer-service rep COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. He spent almost 30 minutes looking through the back-office bins for the parts I needed. They were a couple of bucks each, but with my $5 reward, they were practically free. I appreciated Jon's expert help. KUDOS!

There were only two people working when I went to the store. The second person was on break. The man on the register was able to tell me exactly where to go to find what I needed to buy. As soon as the other person came back from break the man who had been at the register came and found me to see if I needed more help. Aubuchon is excellent. Thank you.

Brought my patio sliding screen door to have the screen replaced. Wasn't even a full week and it was ready. Perfect job. I had the plastic nylon replaced with metal mesh. Awesome job reasonable price. Highly recommend their service.

Aubuchon is rarely not great, but the Northampton St. store in Easthampton is especially awesome. The staff is fun, diverse, engaging, and always super helpful. Their recent expansion including a large paint department has greatly improved their variety. They've come to recognize me as The Guy Who Buys Weird Fasteners. They've got everything from ladders to spark plugs, drills, garden trowels, and SC Johnson Paste Wax. Even though it's part of a large chain, this is your classic Good Hardware Store of Old.

I've always been treated with respect and gratitude as a customer. Staff and management do a nice job, for area of the store is turning into Higher volume of traffic traveling on a MA state Rt.10. The buildingand front door , is literally within 40-50Ft. From the state road. There is plenty of parking for the volume of customers to park, in front or pick up on the North side of the store.

Great local hardware store! Awesome selection, wonderful people. Always there to help if you need it, or give you space if you want it. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. Never again will I waste my time chasing some jerk in an orange apron. Aubuchon for life! Also, they have a cat. What more could you want.
