Very nice and helpful people generally. I live year round in Eastham and go to this store often. One problem though; they sell EGO products but don't service them and "have no idea where to go to have them serviced". I bought my mower and a string trimmer at this store and am very disappointed that I can't get help with this issue.

Love this store. a great inventory of stuff for such a small place! Employees here seem to know EVERYTHING and anything you could ever need to know. Bought a tire repair kit today and the employee took the time to show me exactly how to use it, and was friendly the whole time. Seeing lots of younger faces behind the counter lately, makes me happy ACE is giving opportunities to the younger people in our community. This establishment is great.

I popped in to get a couple of small items for a project at work. I was greeted at the door,, and when the guy in the aisles saw me looking around,, asked me if I needed help,, and walked me over to the item I needed! When I went to ring up my purchase, Nate the cashier, was very friendly, and fast. The place had the feel of a small hometown hardware store, very welcoming, but with an excellent selection. This place will be my "go to" hardware store from now on!

The hardware store is great. They have implemented COVID precautions. They have a good inventory of items. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. The staff were very helpful directing me. I have driven by 1,000 times and I’m glad I finally stopped.

This has been an amazing family owned business for decades (now second generation) and as soon as you walk in the door there is someone there to remind you of how much they care about their customers. They always have what you need but on the rare occasion they dont, they will do their best to get it for you asap. They are very competitively price, so you dont need to shop around. Darren, Seth, Brad and the staff they keep are the kind of people you look forward to seeing because they are so friendly and you can feel confident in their product knowledge. It's like a home away from home if you live in Eastham!

You know what they say "Ace is the Place for the helpful hardware man" I think this place was the model for that slogan. Buy local! May be a chain but individually owned and operated by local people.

Seth, Darren & Team are the best. I've never found a hardware store with so many helpful people. Their service and friendliness cannot be beat! Their knowledge and willingness to help is unsurpassed. If you don't have someone asking you if they can help within 1-minute of walking in I'd be surprised. Love this family and what they do for the community.

I called ahead in advance of driving 30 minutes to get there, to rent a floor sander and inquired that it was there and able to be rented which was confirmed by phone. When I arrived I was told that they would not rent one to me if I planned to use it on an exterior surface. I was told that I should have said what it was to be used for when I called, but it seems to me that's something they should be ASKING right off the bat if it's something that matters. When I asked for their recommendation on a piece of equipment, they said "maybe pressure wash".... .... pressure washing and sanding are not the same, nor do they serve the same purpose. Ultimately it cost me an hour I couldn't afford to lose this week to find out this"policy" . I hope for customers sake they aren't really telling People to use pressure washers for stripping decking.

Ace Hardware saved my vacation. I am truly amazed at the service I received by the staff. On the surface I have a very insignificant problem in that my beach umbrella was broken. It is a very sturdy beach umbrella and I didn’t want to throw it away. So I went to Ace Hardware to look for a few parts. .....fast forward, the staff not only provided me the parts but also engineered a solution! They actually repaired my beach umbrella and I walked out of the store with a sun umbrella that is as good as new. I can attest that service at this level is unheard of! In addition, they only charged me for the parts $2.79, but stayed with me for over 40 minutes to make the repair. I attempted to pay for their time and they would only accept the cost of the parts. Who does this anymore? They are a great staff, knowledgeable, and treat you like a neighbor who you’ve known over time. Again, I cannot believe how helpful they were, truly went beyond the expected level of service anyone could expect. THANKS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!! We’ll enjoy our beach time for the remainder of the week.

I had the pleasure to go to this store today. It was a refreshing customer experience. The store was neat, clean and more than adequately stocked. But more importantly the staff was attentive and also had an old-school mentality of assisting customers and being able to fulfill their needs. The staff went out of their way to help me solve a small problem but it was not so small for me. Thank you again !!

Every visit amazes me with the "old school" ethic of customer service. If you ask for the location of something, it is most often that person that walks you to the exact location of you search. I don't thiink I have ever heard, "Well that's in aisle 6 or 7, I think?"Truley wonderful staff.

These people are so incredibly kind and warm. Add to that, they are so knowledgeable, and willing to help. Unbelieveable. They helped me so much. I went in to buy some things for a project I had looked up about on the internet. When they asked me what I wanted to do, they explained that I had chosen the wrong item for my job and they explained how to do it better. I put back the item I had in my hand, and bought what they suggested. It saved me a couple of dollars...but mire importantly.... It saved my project. These people are fabulous.
