I have epilepsy and online my prescription at the Wareham cvs said it would be filled today. I go there and they say tomorrow! So I get nothing. CVS pharmacist said tomorrow they can fill it. So if I have a seizure it’s on them. Don’t say something will be ready when it really won’t be.

Stay away if you want prescriptions filled. Extremely lazy pharmacy team. I have given them my sons info countless numbers of times and they always tend to lose any sort of information on him. I’ve been told multiple times things would be ready at certain times to arrive for them to tell me they don’t have it in stock and to come back at this time for me to go back and start at square one with them. Take your business elsewhere if you don’t want headaches

By far the worst CVS around. Pharmacy never has anything in stock and the pharmacists are the least caring professionals I have ever seen. Their lack of empathy ans ability makes this a location to skip. Even if you chose this location, you will need a backup as they won’t have your prescription and won’t assist you in transferring it. Horrible staff especially the woman at pickup- not sure what is worse, her attitude or the roots in her hair, because she looked as competent as she was. Do not go here. Go anywhere else.

Erica the store manager is extremely condescending. If you hate people you should not work with customers. She was curt and condescending when I asked her a simple question. It is a shame because the other store employees seem reasonable.

I don't write reviews very often, but I can't believe how deplorable the woman working at the pharmacy was. They were unable to fill a time sensitive prescription and turned us away with no solution. When I called the next morning she gave me INCORRECT information and proceeded to hang up in my face. This person was the most incompetent human being I have ever dealt with on my life. If there is any other pharmacy you can use, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

CVS prices are outrageous- and not just for medicine but make sure to check Goodrx because Walmart, Stop & Shop and many others almost always beat their prices - sometimes by 100% or more. Shop around - it’s the only way drug prices will come down!!!!

Not only is the customer service here TERRIBLE, but just as an added slap in the face, they rejected my application more than once for the positions they're always complaining they can't fill. Best of luck, I'm giving Walgreens my business. Couldn't be any worse.

I am giving a big "SHOUT OUT" to CVS on 2992 Cranberry hwy in Wareham. Thank you all that work there.This particular CVS in my town is the BEST! The pharmacy staff and store staff are exceptional, they help you in any which way they can. They are courteous and helpful. Being almost an everyday customer I find that they treat me with the up most respect and they always greet me with a smile and kind words. They meet all my shopping needs. It's nice and caring people like you that keep me coming back. Thank you all again.😁

The ONLY good thing about this CVS is ANNE the Pharmacy Thec.she gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars from me. I've had terrible problems with my medical insurance and she's the only person in CVS who was willing and able to get me my RX . I was so grateful I cried. Thank God for Anne If she leaves so will I.

My review is solely on the HORRIFIC service at the pharmacy. I had a really bad experience tonight and I’m sick of pharmacy techs thinking they know more than doctors. So, I had my doctor fax over two of my scripts this evening. Unfortunately, he faxed them to Walmart but he IMMEDIATELY cancelled them and then refaxed to cvs. I wish I got the girls name that I spoke with because she was extremely rude and didn’t know how to do her JOB. When I called, she asked me if I was aware that my doctor faxed my scripts to Walmart and I told her yes he did but as I’m sure you can see,he cancelled them and faxed them to you. She then tells me that she has to call the insurance company and ask, this was at 8:58 pm. I don’t drive and my friend drove all the way across town to get them for me as a favor. The lady told my friend they were waiting on the insurance company and that they couldn’t be filled tonight, okay that’s all well and fine, even though they are both meds I need to take every single day and should not be missing ANY doses. I called the automated line at 9:01 and was informed I have two ready for pick up and that the third will be ready tomorrow morning at 8:01. Translation? That foolish pharmacy tech withheld all three of my medications and could have filled them tonight and SHE LIED. I will be finding out her name and I want her fired.

Can I give it a zero rating? I would love to switch pharmacies but supposedly cvs is the best one! They constantly screw up. CONSTANTLY screw up. Every month they screw up.

Very helpful staff! I walked in obviously looking for something and I was reading the signs. The staff member at the cash register pointed me to what I was looking for without prompting him. Then I went down the isle he pointed me to and couldn't find what I was looking for. So the other staff member that was behind the counter said "did you find it yet" then pointed it right out to me. Very helpful and I would still be looking if it wasn't for them.

45 mins to pickup one prescription with one car in drive thru. By far the worse pharmacy in wareham. Time to switch. Walgreens, target, Walmart

Went here for our vaccination and had a very nice pharmacist (Karen) and a pleasant 2nd vaccine appointment! Bathroom was really in need of some service so losing a star for that.

Pharmacy is very poorly run. Drive thru is usually either closed or ignored. I understand they are busy, change or increase staff, no other locations are this blatently incompetent.

I'm not sure about the other CVS stores in the area but I know this one is bad. I have not gotten my prescription refilled at all since the first time I used it nor have I received any information of them even knowing that I needed a refill in the first place
