My dogs are my babies so it’s important that the groomer is good with them. When I tell you that my dogs immediately ran to Heather and smothered her with kisses upon entering… I was like “who are these dogs?” My dogs have never liked any groomer and it used to give me anxiety having to take them! Seeing them love her from the start instantly put me at ease dropping them off. Even more so that Heather said she loves grooming corgis.When I picked them up, Heather said they were great! My Maisy can be a stubborn diva so, again, I was pleasantly surprised! I also learned that Heather was a vet tech so she was able to answer my questions. I’m writing this review hours after picking them up and I am just still in awe over the entire experience.Thank you so much for an amazing experience! We finally have a groomer we love!!Ps. While Carina didn’t groom my dogs, she was also lovely! I saw her grooming another dog when I picked mine up and she was gentle when lifting its paws. The dog seemed completely comfortable!

The level of care at the grooming pawlor exceeds even the highest expectation. Heather always does an amazing job with my dog and I know my dog is going to come out looking amazing. They are also very flexible when making appointments and are very accommodating.

This is by far the best groomer I have been by far. They take their time and deliver the best grooming for my golden retriever. He is happy to go and still happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend The Grooming Pawlor.

We so appreciate Carina and how patient she is with our boys. We have 1) a very shy dachshund who was abused and doesn’t like new people. Yet she lets Carina hold her. 2) a feisty Corgi puppy who she has charmed and 3) a new rescued Cowboy Corgi who hates having his nails cut. She’s worked with the three of them with love and patience. And today, she didn’t need a muzzle for Max, the Cowboy Corgi. She’s amazing and my boys just love her.

I have a very large GSD/Husky that has been shipped home still damp, unfinished and not thoroughly brushed by other groomers. The grooming pawlor (Carina) Did such a fantastic job on my dog. I will definitely book again! My boy doesn't like being brushed, and can be difficult, and she was able to remove all his undercoat, trim his feet and butt, and thoroughly dry my boy which has never been done before. The day at the salon for him was also very quick considering his size and fur. He was ready in 2 hours and wasn't stressed out when I came to pick him up. This was by far my best grooming experience!

In 23 yrs of having dogs, this is 💯 the best place i have ever been. Heather is not only an amazing groomer but she was a vet tech for many years and it shows! Professional, clean but more importantly so patient with my animals especially my female who needs extra love to calm her nerves 💕

Brought my 80lb GS who had long nails, shedding like crazy and hasn't been groomed in over a year. They did a great job and she was absolutely beautiful. So glad I could get her an appointment.
