Our pup Maverick absolutely LOVES it here. We only live about 5 minutes from here but as soon as we pull out of our drive way and start heading towards Secret Garden he starts screaming and howling with excitement! We have been so happy since we started bringing him here…we know he is in good hands, has the best time and they adore him just as much as we do.

I can’t say enough good things about Secret Garden! Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for about a year and a half and we always feel that he is well taken care of. The staff is great and are always closely supervising the play groups. It is a bit pricey but I think is well worth it considering the peace of mind I have knowing he is in good hands. He always comes home happy and tired and wants to nap the whole next day! Highly recommend them!

This place is unbelievable. We’ve been bringing our dog daisy there for two years now and she always has an amazing time!! Secret garden is passionate about the animals, amazing at communicating, and are always posting pictures of your furry friends while you’re away! The staff is so friendly and loves our pup like she is theirs. We feel confident our pup will have an amazing time whenever we drop her off. It makes going on a trip easier knowing she’s in good hands! I can’t recommend them enough!!! 100000/10

I researched many boarding facilities and this one was the best I found. Our dog doesn't look back at us when we drop her off. She knows she's going to get play time with her friends and walks on the farm. They post daily photos on Facebook for us to view.

I boarded my dog with secret garden for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the initial evaluation to be sure my dogs would feel comfortable staying there to the daily pictures i got to see while i was away i will absolutely be back and thank the team for being so wonderful with my fur babies.

Second time we brought our dog Max here. I was very happy with their work. I’ve been to other places and the shampoo was to aromatic for me and the cutting was choppy. But the people here listened to my husband and used a shampoo that had no odor. And the cut was awesome for a golden retriever and not shaved to close. 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is great, large spaces and a nice setting. Unfortunately their pricing policy is such that they always charge an extra night for boarding. So if take your dog for 1 night and pick up the next day the second they open they still charge you for that night, so its 2 NIGHTS. Not a daycare fee, a whole other night, so really, 1 night is 100.00 not 50.00. This makes it hard to book here. They also have a no phone policy, you can only email, which makes it hard to communicate. There are so few places for boarding that have both inside and outside access in Mass though.

Incredibly disappointed. My mom and myself have been bringing our 2 rescues here for years. Both of them are far under 10 years old! When we called to make a reservation they turned us away, citing 'they don't accept senior dogs'...our dogs aren't senior!!! (May I add they're small mutts)One of our dogs has behavioral issues and this is the only kennel she knows. Such a shame to be treated this way as longterm return clients.

Needed to board my Rottie for 6 days a couple weeks ago. I’ve had dogs all my life and never had to board one. So I got a referral to Secret Garden from a friend who uses them. They made me and my dog very comfortable about the whole thing. Their operation is clean, professional, set way back from the street, nice grounds saw daily pics of her on Facebook. Friendly staff. I’ll definitely use them again. My vet asked where I boarded her. She was glad I used secret garden. Spoke highly of them. Which made me feel even better. Highly recommend.

Decent pricing and good staff. I was told when I came in that my dog would likely be kenneled the entire weekend as they had kennel cough going around. That is something it would have been nice to know before I showed up so I could pick a different kennel. When I picked up my dog he had a slight limp that I didn't notice until I got home... that resolved in a couple days, but now he is coughing. Overall not a great experience. Not necessarily saying it's their fault, but I belive there is a number of things they could have done better.

Needed to board our dogs for the first time in 2014 for a two week trip. Researched five places(thoroughly) as well as visited in our local area. They were also the furthest from our home but they won hands down! We can't say enough about the Secret Garden. The staff and the facility are top notch! More than satisfied and we've used them several times over the past five years. No complaints!! The Kilcups

Just had a tour today. I'm boarding my beagle in June for 9 days. I had done a lot of research on finding the right care for my dog...It was pretty scary, until I had found The Secret Garden Pet Resort ...I loved what I saw... Facility was very clean and the staff was super friendly especially Laura...Thanks Laura so much for making me feel better about boarding my dog with you....🐕 I know Parker will have so much fun....

Love the Secret Garden. Prior to my visit here my dogs had rarely been boarded. I had concerns since my older dog is medicated and shy. Secret Garden put all my worries out the window. My dogs now love going here. My nervous old dog comes out of his shell here and comes home wiped from constant playing. The staff here is incredible. You can tell they live what they do. I look forward to the daily Facebook pics that they post of the dogs. Thank you Secret Garden for taking care of my pups!!!

One of the best boarding resorts. The pictures they upload of all the dogs playing make you so happy. Very caring staff and a great facility/ property!!! Always a pleasure. They keep outperforming themselves.

Have 4 cats, all get nail trims. Going there for about a year now & bring two cats at a time every couple months. Go on a Saturday, no appt. needed. Cat groomer there until 3pm. They do a great job. Quick and easy and charge only 8.00 each well worth it we always give a tip. So glad we found Secret Garden Pet Resort.

We've been boarding our dogs here for many years, and always feel confident that they will be cared for as well as possible. They offer walks, playtime with the other dogs (and pictures on Facebook!) and grooming. I can't recommend the Secret Garden enough.

I used to go to petco to get my cats nails trimmed ($10) & I always had to call the day before to make sure there was someone available to trim her nails. They only have 1 cat groomer (plus she went on maternity leave) Upon research I found Secret & gave it a shot. As you walk in they instantly come out, take her & clip & boom done. 5 minutes at most. Only cost $8 so I always leave a $2 tip. A little out of my way but well worth it.

While everyone I spoke to was very pleasant I find it hard to believe that they can determine if my dog would be a good fit for their daycare without even spending any time with him, hell, they never even met him. He has done well at other daycares, has basic command training and loved the daycare at Argos in Boston. Very disappointed.

We love Secret Garden and so does our shy RR. There are many things we appreciate about SGPR - they respond very fast through their text app which is REALLY nice when you're traveling, their boarding kennels are in ac, and we noticed our dogs come out glad to see us, but not freaking out which tells me they enjoyed their vacation too. We loved watching the FB page for daily photos - we can tell by our dog's posture in these photos that she is happy and relaxed which is exactly what you want to see when you're away. THANK YOU!

I have been boarding my two Yorkies here for several years, and I love how safe they are there. They weigh them regularly and call you if their weight is changed in any way. They take pictures of them regularly and post them on Facebook.
