The new location is beautiful, very spacious and clean, the CVS employees are amazing and extremely kind and are eager to assist! However, the pharmacy has to do better. Mary the pharmacist is extremely rude and lacks common courtesy along with customer service skills! When working with the public, this is highly important! While expressing a specific situation, Mary rudely responded and hung up in my face. I was very polite and understanding of the fact that it was 15 minutes prior to closing but was in the middle of speaking when I the call abruptly ended! She didn’t demonstrate leadership skills as the pharmacist on duty, lacked empathy, and was not apologetic even when I was present in the store. I have lived in East Bridgewater my entire life and I’ve always used this CVS, my family included. This disservice provided was completely unacceptable and uncalled for. We should treat each other the way we wish to be treated no matter what time it is!
