Amy and crew are just the best! My dachshund mix is not a fan of nail trims, but the staff is so patient with him and he LOVES the people and other dogs. Highly recommend this small local business and thank them for the care they show our pets.

As always, the owner and staff at Woofy's is top notch!! Their professionalism, customer service, and the care they take with the pups is great! Our 5 year old German Short Hair was not treated kindly as a pup and is timid around strangers. He has become our "good human" indicator and won't approach anyone who isn't kind. As a result, we try to be very hands on with his care and handle most of his grooming needs ourselves. But we are getting older and wrangling with a wet, soapy 70 pound boy is becoming increasingly difficult. The good people at Woofy's (pre-pandemic) allowed me to bring him in and let him sniff around a couple of times before his appointment. The day of his first appointment a dog from our training facility was there and the transition was easy. We haven't had many appointments, but each time our boy is always happy when he visits. The staff is ever so caring and good with him.

Love this place! They do a great job grooming and take good care of our fur babies. They do not put the dogs in cages but rather let them roam freely while they wait. Its more like a playdate and Lilly loves it!

I have been bringing my dog here for many years now. I was always so happy with Amy and staff. The last 2 times I have brought my dog I was very disappointed. I am not sure if it is under new management or not but I don't recognize any of the staff. My dog leaves there shaking and they cut his eye last time. Today I went in to get him after 6 hours and he looked the EXACT same as when we dropped him off. When I went in to get him, they said they couldn't find him. I found him in a corner shaking. He always loved coming here but the last few times he has been scared to death. We will NEVER go back to Woofys.

I brought my 14 yr old pug in for a bath today. They are extremely kind and great with the dogs! My dog came out looking fantastic! I also love how the dogs don't have to be in the cages. Highly recommend:)

This past week, I brought my Cavalier Spaniel Myles in for a complete shave. I've always brought him to a chain groomer in the past, but Woofy's is right down the street from my house- I am SO glad I gave them a go! Firstly, Myles' haircut is so well done. Second, the owner/groomers genuinely loved having him there. We will be back :)

This "message" (review) is in response to Eric Langevins review... I have been employed at Woofys Grooming for over 7 years and have always done Mosley. I became pregnant and was out mid pregnancy on due to high-risk issues. Therefore, everybody had to take on all of my dogs plus their own. That being said... This incident you're referring to, that just happened, I am truly apologetic for. However, I just ask that you look at the facts before attacking us especially since within 7 years you've never had an issue until now. Regardless, here's a bit of the reasoning to why things happened the way they did, acceptable or not... The owner of Woofys, Amy, was very recently diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive form of stage 4 lymphoma, along with breast cancer. Her whole world got flipped upside down and changed overnight. Needless to say-- things, yes, have been perhaps a bit chaotic at the workplace due to the fact we're trying to make everybody happy and take as many dogs as possible, safely, to ensure everybody's satisfaction, and to make ends meet. Mosley has always kept to himself, whether it be in a corner or at the window... unless he in fact finds a buddy that day. Which is true with a lot of dogs. He was never unhappy or upset, just doing his own thing. I can't speak for yesterday as I had left already for the day by the time any of this happened. I just ask that you please understand that mistakes happen and nothing intentional was ever done to upset you or your pup. I respect your choice to not come back, but again I would just like to add this clarification for anybody else who reads on.That being said, and this is coming from my own mouth and has nothing to do with Woofys whatsoever... in the short time that all this has happened, I'm amazed at the LACK OF compassion and humanity I have seen in the majority of the population. It makes me disgusted and it makes me hurt for the future and for anyone who is affected by similar circumstances. Please everyone in general take a step back and look at the big picture in life and please think before you act or speak. Take care to anybody who takes the time to read this.

Would not take my dog a little early this time around due to the last time he was groomed and needed to use the restroom and kept barking. So because of that we had to cancel our spot and have to look some were else.

This has been the first time we brought our dog "Goldy" to woofys, we left her happy, she was calm, But when I brought her to the house the dog did not want to leave the cage she did not want to eat ,she looked as if we were strangers,she even looked sad, she was shaking, I do not think my mom wants to bring her dog here again. 👎👈
