EVERYTHING HAS GONE UP IN PRICE. candy, snacks, water, soda, juice, Tylenol. You name it. I don’t understand how people survive anymore just really don’t. If working at that Walgreens and you decide to go on a break which is unpaid I’m assuming how go do afford a drink and snack. It’s Pathetic. All of my have always been about to quality of service cleanliness of the store etc. but this still I couldn’t help it. We got candy two drinks. The dang price zmeas almost 30 dollars. This is pathetic and will never change. I feel for our country collapsing and dreams vanishing. Our children are in trouble and our country is crying for help.

Had an issue today and I have to say the Pharmacist working was extremely helpful. I feel bad that they are understaffed. And that everyone gets on them for that. I do think they are trying their best.

Horrible experience trying to get my meds done switched from CVS to the Walgreens do to being homeless and my situation changed but I have not been able to get my meds for almost a week now don't understand why they are not able to put My name and information into the computer and get my insurance card info should have sent it with the transfer of the medication but not how it works Gotta be Difficult

The wait time in the pharmacy is ludicrous. There are only 2 cars in front of me, and I've been here for over 15 minutes with no end in sight

Spent the entire morning getting my pills and then realized I was charged wrong for them so I went back and the amount was not the 90 day supply. Meanwhile elderly people coming in for flu shots in a store that's filthy. Others leaving empty handed meanwhile the pharmacy was struggling. In the front of the store a bearded guy with bunny ears eating and on his phone wandering around. Corporate HELP

Yo who ever is low balling this place is on heavy drugs. That’s ridiculous the people here always have a smile and the products are top shelf. I love this Walgreens and I hope it continues thriving. 10/10 experience!

45 minute wait. 7pm-so not straight from work, completely Understaffed. Feel bad for the I literally moved from CVS to this Walgreens because they are understaffed up in Shrewsbury near my work. Guess I’ll try Rite Aid or somewhere else.

Called to refill a script and was hung up on twice. Called later around 4:30pm stayed on hold for 1hr and 11mins and got hung up on again. Ridiculous

Most people here at the pharmacy are nice. The lines can be long for the drive thru pharmacy but if you arrive at non popular times it’s not usually too busy. :) I pick up my meds and meds for my family here at Walgreens.

The pharmacy manager actually called my cellphone because someone reported her strore automatically thought it was me, and said and I quote " you hurt my feelings" " with everything that I've done for you".. what have they done for me? Besie be rude . And be so immature that they call me because they get reported 🙄. If I could give them a zero star I would. Not only that I've shirted pills and given to many some may not complain but this puts me a problem. I can't fill on my due date. They also don't allow me to fill or pick up on the due dates. It's really old. So I am so done. My mom asked to switch to to another pharmacy but the pharmacy manager put the blame on me yet again. 😒. I'm disabled I have learning disabilities she just doesn't understand me. AT ALL

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever been too. Drive through time takes a minimum of ten minutes until they talk with you, and that’s not including the time waiting in line. Inside isn’t much better either. I know this sounds like an angry customer, I’m not mad, just disappointed. I think I’ll just switch to the Oxford one and add the 5 minutes to my drive. At least there they are friendly and quick. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Dudley Walgreens is not worth the wait.

I always shop at Walgreens in Dudley. I usually place my online order and do curbside pickup. I've always had the best experience! It's such a wonderful service and i always find great deals. I never shop elsewhere.

Pharmacy does not carry a lot of common medicines in stock. They then call you and tell you it’s ready and when you get there you find out it’s not ready and won’t be for a few days because they don’t have it in stock. We will be switching to CVS.

In Dudley, MA. 01571 .....Always seem to have great deals/clearances going on, on decent items.Also are Open (except actually pharmacy) on Christmas Day til "Only 6pm" but atleast they were open today!

I do not recommend getting Covid test here. We are on day 5 waiting for results. Staff were friendly.
