Clean, friendly, and if you sign up for the loyality program, there are some EXCELLENT bargains each week. Prices otherwise are about the same or a little higher than the bigger stores nearby. Also have a few items you wont find elsewhere.

A fantastic variety of items to choose from, though not priced as well as I wish they'd be. Still a great store!One major issue... someone needs to check the cooler area where the sour cream, cottage cheese and those items are. I think the cooler needs to be cleaned.

Very clean always.very kind staff.just a little story to share my father who is 88yrs old went in yesterday to use his EBT card to get some groceries the very kind cashier rang him up the total was $1.08 after his EBT he pulled out the 1$ and the cashier said don't worry about the 8cents I got it for you he welted up telling me that story he was very moved by her kind heart so to that I say wonderful act of kindness goes a long way thank you for being so kind to my dad he is my hero

Great place to shop the food is always fresh! Something I look for in any store I shop cleanliness, the ability to shop without the hassle of large crowds, and the freshness and quality of food. One thing I will note I did not appreciate at no fault of the store that I was verbally attacked by an elderly customer for my having my service animal in the store leashed and by no means in his space. He purposely took it upon himself to walk by myself and my service dog to comment “don’t you know how to read the store clearly states no animals.” loud enough just for my ears to hear.I responded that he clearly needed to educate himself prior to commenting on things out of his comprehension loud enough for everyone to hear. His comment was completely uncalled for and I made it a point then after to search the store front in regards to having “posted” such things to my surprise is nothing such thing. My “animal” Is a registered service animal therefore I was in my legal right furthermore the post in which this customer was referring to no dogs was a lost dog flyer asking to be returned to owner if found.My only suggestion to this company is that they do post something educating customers with no knowledge of owners rights upon entry of their establishment so customer’s such as myself aren’t harassed due to pure ignorance.

I used to buy all my hamburger here. No more. I watch the sales. The strawberries I purchased were moldy in one day. Cherub tomatoes allso moldy. Watch your receipt! Frequently do not get the sale price!

I love this store because it's so easy to get in and out. They have most of the things that you're looking for and the employees are extremely nice. The biggest downside is the pricing. I know prices have gone up everywhere but this is not the store to do your bulk shopping. This stands from my last review.

Nice clean store. Was able to easily find what I needed. And when I came to cashing out, Emily was phenomenal. Got me out in a timely manner and was able to bag a big order by herself. Highly recommend going through her line

Clean, good selection of meats. The condiments/bread/canned good you need to be careful, I've found lots of expired product lately. But this is my go to place for the meat department and deli. Oh and the bakery is outstanding!

I don't shop here a lot. But whenever I'm going through Dudley and I need groceries, this is where I stop. The Meat and Deli prices are very affordable and the selection is great. The store is well organized and clean. They also have a great selection of beer and wine.

Over the years, like anything else Park-Shop-Shop has gone through many changes.Because of the prices, I rarely shop there anymore, other than a quick pickup item, but I hadn't been in there for quite sometime.OMGOSH, who's bright idea was it to put fake, ugly, cheap, will be slippery when it gets wet,already coming apart flooring down???On top of the outrageous prices. It's very sad that our beautiful little market, has turned into this.

I was headed back to Southbridge and I wanted some N.A beer and I thought oh what the hell. I should go here and see what you have in stock for it.First of all your selection here is amazing for a grocery store whether n.a beer or regular stuff or wine and more. There is like everything here(Big Bunny's in Southbridge can compare variety wise buy, not quantity wise. Also this store has that local feel to it almost like a Mom and Pop style grocery store and I like it. From the wood floors to the carpeting to the low surprising prices, this place has it all. The staff(Gabe was very patient with the guy in front of me who was having issues with his transaction and Lindsey came right over and sorted it all out and had me go to the customer service booth where the girl was also very friendly. This is how all grocery stores should be when it comes to how your staff treat customers and go about their jobs. Thankyou for being a role model!

Sometimes I just want to go to a smaller, less crowded, different than my usual store to pick up some groceries! Normally I do the bulk of my grocery shopping at Price Chopper. But when I don't have a ton of items to get, and want a more relaxed shopping experience, this is where I go. They have a great bakery dept too! The only negative is that they can be a bit pricey compared to the bigger grocery store chains. Which is why I don't do my big biweekly shopping here. I often find items here that aren't available at other stores. Ex who knew there's such a thing as chocolate brownie or birthday cake Cool Whip! Yum!! If you're in the area...stop by and pick up a few things.

The big markets cannot begin to compare with the customer service of Park n Shop! Anyone can sell me groceries, but their employees are so nice, helpful and respectful. I DO NOT get that at those big stores. TRUTH!

I love this place. They're always so nice and helpful. Even when I run in the store with 5 minutes till closing (and I do this all the time lol) time. They always know what I'm there for. It feels great like a family oriented place.

Wacky Wednesday! Hamburg is 2.99 lb.! There's a kiosk near the deli. They have sales for members, just enter a phone number. They do not share it! Awesome old-fashioned interaction at register at check out. Love the sales here.!
