The staff is helpful, when you can't reach an item that is too far back on the shelf. The lady went and grabbed the ladder and brought the product forward for me. The girls are very friendly! And that's one reason I continue to shop here they have a good attitude towards the customers!

Good prices! Great selection! Convenient too! Reason why only 4☆ is the wait @ checkout. The 1 person in front of me already paid, and was waiting for 1 of the 2 employees to fill her balloon up. Then they had to look for a string or ribbon to tye it to. The 2nd employee just stood there until that was all done. Other than that it was great like usual!👍🛒

Its ideal for everyday needs/wants in a nutshell for all sorts of individuals with all kinds of interests to be sought(bought?)Nothing too big or fancy therefore not ever (yet) crowed or hectic,.Great prices and superb employees.Usually only 2 or 3 needed if that to help whoever,for whatever suits the need on the interests at this store and its purpose.Last Christmas,or yr before,.low and behold there was a Lego game for PlayStation 3,.my son wanted so much,and when I seen it,what a gift at a low price! Was a rare item not typically sold there but grateful it was!

This DG is pretty good and if you go in at the right time there is plenty to find. The only problem I see is that there isn't alot of help in that store to really keep the shelves stocked more often which I'm sure it's difficult for the people already working there to keep up.

I bought 2 medium size storage containers and had a very hard time finding the lids. There were 3 of the size I wanted but could only find 2 lids. And it was very disorganized. But the store was pretty clean.

Store clerks always seem happy to be working at this particular location.Transitioning from Valentine's items now to St. Patrick's as well as Easter so stocking shelve items are scattered throughout aisles making it hard to walk through.

If you're going to spend 20 dollars make sure you go on a Friday or signup for text message coupon alerts on your mobile phone so that you can use coupons to get extra savings as well as other useful info and coupons that you can use by just giving them your mobile number or printing out the coupons. Unfortunately, a lot of the products they advertise that are eligible for the coupons... these products are hard to find if you find them at all....

-1 star for horrible managers; -1 star for their ridiculous cigarette sales rule; -1 star for their inventory issues. TWO STARS FOR THEIR TWO ACTUALLY GREAT REPS.Note that this store is open until 10 pm. However, not everything can be bought until 10 pm. Should your schedule have you going there late, I hope that you don't plan on buying cigarettes near closing time. It's simply too much work for this surly manager to handle counting them along with the rest of their closing procedures. She has stuff to do, you guys!The official rule that is helpfully posted on the doors informs you that they won't sell cigarettes past 9:30 pm. However. depending on who is working that night, this rule could begin as early as 9:20 pm. Because the cigarettes must be counted BEFORE their arbitrary time frame begins!Google's handy tool shows you that the last hour of the day, ANY DAY YOU CHECK IT, is the quietest in terms of customer traffic. So really, guys? 9:30-ish? SMDH

Always out of anything that’s on sale. Placed an order for pickup if I ordered 20 items and you only have 1 item in stock don’t even both packing it I won’t be picking up. Totally ridiculous. It’s like this every single week.

This store is always clean and organized. Still a bit pricey for being a store that's supposed to be cheaper. I compare prices in sales papers and most of the time dollar general turns out more expensive then rite aid and other stores.

This is a cool store good deals and selection. To bad they hire racist ex family dollar employees that accuse people of things they have no proof of. Other than that person the staff is great.

I visit Dollar General at least 4 times a month if not more. All of my necessary items I find there. This store has all kinds of home items, clothing, even all baby items, not just edibles.😄

This store has been remodeling, it's really becoming more of a mini convenience store with lots of food items, cleaning and convenience products, some refrigerated cases including Frozen items too.

I love dollar general in Dudley! ! Smartest thing they did was put that in right there!! Conveniently located everyones polite nice helpful and the prices are great.. I love dollar general cause i can go there its close to home they have anything i need including milk and i dont have to stand inline forever or fight for parking or break the bank when i buy something!!! Only complaint is when theres alot of customers there should be more than one register open !! Usually your inline waiting for quite a while on a busy day until another employee opens up a register.. And sometimes ya gotta chase one down to check you out.. Been many times ive stood at the counter looking around waiting for someone to notice me and check me out yelled hello a few times lol.. But its okay cause its still worth it than going to walmart kamart or stupid pricechopper when i need something
