Run by the nicest people. They’re the closest pet store to me and they have my dog’s food at the same price as online. They’ve got a huge selection of treats which made it easy to find his favorite. They were also very understanding when he accidentally knocked over a display. SUPPORT LOCAL!!

Louie is great too, always offering to help carry my big bags of dog food out to my car.Two awesome people and a great place for all your pet needs. They try to keep their prices low too, which is helpful since I spend $150 week on dog food lol

If it's not in the store, ann will order you it. Prices are reasonable. Staff is amazing. You get in and out much quicker then if you go to bigger places. Shopping local is the best.

Went in to get my cats food for the first time (didn't want to drive to PetSmart anymore when Pete's is right down the street) and not only did they have what I wanted, but it was cheaper as well. They also ordered my cats dry food as they didn't currently carry it. Would definitely recommend if you feed your animals how high quality food.

Absolutely the best pet store I have ever been in. This is a family owned business that has been in business since at least 1890 if not longer. They truly care about everyone of their customers and pets. The woman, Anna, who works there always goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, she will try to find it. This is a mom and pop shop and I could never even think about going back to a chain store like Petco or Petsmart ever again.

Pete’s Grain always has something that I need for my dogs. Also, when I had rescue rabbits and chickens, they had all the supplies that I needed. Ana is knowledgeable and experienced and has given me excellent advice. They also have really nice plants. Highly recommend!

Granted, I was not here for pet food. I was using their neighborhood dealer service to rent a U-Haul for my upcoming move.However the woman who helped me (and I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't catch her name) was so wonderfully helpful and polite. She assisted me with everything, all while balancing other customers who were there to purchase pet supplies.This is a wonderful local business, and I hope everyone will consider them.

Had my puppy for 2 weeks. Came in to grab a few different types of food. Was greeted by the owner, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Left with a few items, but the owner was kind enough to provide me 10 FREE samples of different foods to figure out what my pup likes best. Please please please support this small business. My first time visiting and I am very happy to find a new feed store! This local business was very convenient and they were so helpful! They brought the 50lb bag of Chicken feed right out to my car and also had some very modestly priced antlers for my dogs. They thanked me multiple times for my business and they also had a kitty on staff that made my day! Very impressed!

I find myself always going to the generic petsmart or petco for my pup supplies. I don't know why because it's always a hit or miss on finding what I need for a diabetic dog. Today I stopped in to a petsmart and low and behold they were out of her favorite... chicken feet. So I decided to stop into Pete's to see if they had any and not only did they have them but a variety of different single ingredient treats and foods. The owner was incredibly kind. I found out her mother hoped on a boat from Greece to the U.S. with 5 dollars in her pocket and a dream. A dream she accomplished in opening a pet supply business. I have so much admiration for the entire family and will without a doubt be back. I also think its important to spread the word about a gem like this so we can keep wonderful, small family owned businesses like this in our community always.

Awesome place! I used to get hay from them to cover up my plants for the winter. They sell lots of dog and cat food of different varieties. Have free samples of cat food. The owner is a very nice person.

The people that run the place are incredibly helpful and nice. Great selection and good prices especially for a mom and pop shop. We mostly buy the dogs' toys and bones here, but they have stuff for cats, birds, and farm animals too.

They are very friendly and helpful. Just the way it used to be when shopping a small run business. Reasonable prices on livestock feed. They also ordered feed I was looking for that they didn't carry but the distributor had it. They got it pretty quickly also.

Rude service. Anna at front desk is confrontational. Anna attempted to claim not all parts of a UHaul rental were returned. Anna then admitted they ”hadn’t looked” after much back and forth, finally admitting they never gave us the “missing” part. Speaking with others, this is a repeat issue with Anna. Anna’s demeanor through the ordeal made it clear she was just trying to get some extra money.
