Really impressed with how friendly and quick my service was today. I called and Justin answered and was able to help me get exactly what I needed. He kindly answered all of the questions I had without making me feel silly for the things I wanted to know. The tires I needed were in stock and Justin informed me he would get them ready while I was driving over. I arrived about 10 minutes later and waited in the waiting room while all 4 of my tires were replaced. Richard replaced my tires and performed a free alignment check and a complimentary vehicle inspection. Something I really appreciated was that Justin informed me of the buy 3 get 1 free tire deal that was going on for the tires I needed without me even having to ask about it. I felt like I was getting the best deal and everything seemed very transparent. From the friendly employees, to the quick service I was provided, giving a 5 star rating is a no brainer. I highly recommend checking Pep Boys in Dracut out for your car needs. I know I'll definitely be going back when I need help with my car again. Thanks again Justin!

I can’t even begin to explain how corrupt this location is! I’ve spent thousands of dollars here on problems my car still mysteriously has…they keep coming up with different reasons and explanations of why work that i have paid for that’s still under warranty cant be fixed unless i pay for it all again???? I have never dealt with more fake smiles, lies with warranties and sub par mechanics in my life. This place should be investigated! I highly recommend anyone in need of work on there car stay as far away from this location as possible!

Absolutely horrible experience. Never doing business here ever again. I called 3 days in advance and made a 9am appointment and was told 1 to 2 hours and I told them I needed the truck back by 12pm. I was told no problem. Here we are at 12:40pm and just now got started on the alignment. Now I need to cancel my plans because evidently appointments are the last priority. Go to Salem 66 auto and pay half the price and get it done faster. Terrible experience.

Jonny, Luis, & co were incredibly friendly, thorough, and helpful with the array of issues my car had this week. I thought I only stopped in for tires, but they identified and physically showed me multiple safety issues that were actually causing the excessive roadnoise, which quite a few shops weren't able to diagnose and could have led to a severe accident without their expertise and assistance. They were also extremely helpful with the bill, given the large amount of work and parts needed. They have a loyal customer in me, thank you all!

Before I complain, I would like to say that the front desk associate that greeted us was a really nice man. He found our appointment immediately and got us checked-in really quickly. The work done was also really good. My wife can notice a difference in how the car drives and significantly less vibration after having added an alignment to our tire change service.Where I do have a complaint is when I got my car back, there was a huge mud stain on our driver side floor mat. It was so noticeable, almost as if someone walked through a mud pit and wiped their feet on our floor mat. That was seriously a let down after having had a great experience in every other aspect of this service. All in all, I'd still recommend this Pep Boys to anyone wanting to get work done on their vehicle.

Lake View Avenue Dracut Pep Boys. Very disappointing. Took My car for alignment, no difference on how the ride felt. I went back, they suggested that I buy new parts then align again. New parts put in, now car starts making noises that were not there before, it's screaming on the highways, alignment still off after 2 attempts and new parts. Reported the problem to them, got an appointment then had to wait 3 hours for someone to check the car. The most shocking thing is that even after the third alignment, my car is now pulling to the side, alignment is off, spent more than $1000. I have unlimited alignments with them but trust me I Am not going back there. The staff is nice to you but the work done was shoddy. Now I have to take my car to Toyota to have it fixed for the new problems that developed after taking my car to pep boys. They could be OK with other repairs I hope BUT, won't trust them with alignments!!Not going back there anytime soon for anything even for a free service.

I brought my car in last Friday for squeaking when i would back up. I received a call from them to alert me of what repairs were needed. He stated it was my back brakes and they were going to charge me $650 to repair them. i responded that i had gotten a quote for $450 and was told “oh ya the higher price is because i wanted to get your car fixed today with the parts we have on hand.” Interestingly enough he was able to lower the price to $450 AND fixed my car the same day. Fast forward to a few days later. My car had been sitting in my heated garage for days and I go to reverse and the same squeezing occurred. Then i drive my car and hear a jingle in the back and grinding. So i again call and explain the situation and was told to bring it in again. i work from home (so i don’t need my car emergently) and was able to bring it in a few days later. i get a call that the parts they installed were defective and they would replace them under the manufacturers warranty but NOW my caliper was frozen and that i would have to pay an additional $450. I then inquired how it could freeze in a heated garage and was told “it happens sometimes”. When i questioned the price i was put on hold and told now it would be $285. I asked if they could just replace the defective parts and was told they could not without now having the caliper replaced. My entire family utilizes their services and are completely disheartened over this experience. And now have a vehicle i can not drive.

I cannot believe the great service I got at the Dracut Pep Boys. I went in late in the day and told them I was having a problem with my battery and it needed to be replaced. I already had an appointment for the next the day, but they took me right away. I believe the person that helped me was Johnny,,,, had my car done within an hour. First class service. They have a new customer in me. Will always bring my cars there. Thank You for the great service.

Came in to get new tires placed in my vehicle and an alignment. They charged me 99.99 for the alignment, which wasn’t an issue, and then I paid 11 to install each tire no big deal. However, I was then charged 17.99 for each tire for balancing. With everything together including tax I spent 220. I feel like I was ripped off, last year I for the same thing I only spent 143.99. I can’t believe how much it cost just to install tires. I should have gone to Dracut tire

Great experience! After leaving another tire shop after an hour and a half with them telling me they didn't have the tires I need, I came to Pep Boys. I ordered the tires I wanted at a reasonable price online and booked an appointment. I called them to see if they had any availability sooner than what I got online, which they did. Because of my previous experience at the other place, I was skeptical. Are you sure you have these tires in stock? Are you going to honor the price I was quoted online? Yes and yes! I dropped my car off before they opened and they texted me a couple hours later to tell me my car was ready. I picked it up later that day, so grateful for this smooth and positive experience. And, the price was $30 cheaper than online! Look no further, you found your place! Avoid Mavis at ALL costs!

Called tues. they tell me wends 8am, sat there till 9:15 before they took my truck in. Three people walked in at least 15 min. After me. They talked to them like old buddy’s. Took them right away 2 of them were gone before my truck even was looked at. At 9:15 all I need was oil change an tire rotation. They finished at 10:37. Never again

Great experience. This location is very busy, but their staff provides excellent customer service. I went to Pep boys around closing time on a saturday. Got a huge nail in my tyre and was in a difficult position. The staff helped with the fix very swiftly and with a smile. Definitely, i will bring my bussiness back here.

Recently went there to have a full synthetic oil change done on my wife’s car and appointment was for 9a m. Thankfully they took me on time and they were done in 30 minutes. Their 25% off coupon was great and made the oil change extremely affordable. Thanks and definitely will be going back!!
