We have used A Pet’s Pleasure a few times now for our crazy golden and we love them!! My dog was there today and the owner just called after we picked up to check and make sure everything looked good and they didn’t go too short and I thought that was so incredibly thoughtful! I appreciate people that work with animals taking the time to connect with owners and have patience with a very energetic boy! He always looks and smells amazing and is so fluffy and clean after! Definitely recommend!

I've been bringing my cat there for years. She gets a lion cut and always looks perfect. Everyone is very friendly and they are reasonably priced. My cat is now 18 yrs old and would not trust anyplace else with her.

My husband and I recently adopted an abandoned shepherd/husky mix from TX. He needed a nail trim but we discovered he is very dog reactive. I was nervous to disrupt a grooming place with my dog's behavior (out of respect for the groomers as well as any other nervous pets that may be in there). Some Dracut folks recommended A Pet's Pleasure for my dog and his current situation. My husband called and talked with the owner. She was the sweetest, most understanding woman. She met our dog outside and was very transparent, understanding, and helped calm some of my nerves. Best of all, my dog was so good with her! She made sure to bring us in at a time when it was quieter in the shop. My husband took him in and he did GREAT! Once we get him started with training, we plan to take him back for all future dog grooming needs. I am so thankful for such professionalism, transparency, and kindness from this grooming business. We plan to be forever customers! Thank you so much!

The ladies who run this grooming establishment are some of the most professional and best in the business. My dog is a hairy breed, not groomed for 6 months due to medical isssues, and these women did such an amazing job for such a fair price. They treat my puppy like he is their own and he comes out so happy and looking sharp. I highly recommend this establishment for your pets next grooming needs.

I have taken my cat Piggy to A Pets Pleasure everytime he needs his nails trimmed.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.They have scheduled my cat toward the end of the day so there are not as many dogs to scare him.The place is very clean.I was in there recently without a cat carrier and my daughter was telling the woman how the cat went to hebathroom in the car. They offered us to use a carrier of theirs, if we need one.I highly recommend a pets pleasure to anyone looking for grooming.

I love taking my pets (2 cats) to A Pet's Pleasure for grooming. They do incredibly fine work, but they're also very patient and take their time with the animals. I have one very nervous cat and they actually let me stay with her to keep her calm. The prices are reasonable, the work is excellent and staff are friendly and professional.

Pet's pleasure did a wonderful job grooming my cat. The owner who did my grooming was really gentle with him. She obviously cares for each of the pets that come in very much, and it was very comforting to know that my cat was in good hands.

Zero stars!!!!!!! would not recommend!Employees were miserable and rude as soon as I walked in it was very clear all these people were aggravated. I still proceeded to get checked in....They took my info down on an index card lol. And left me there waiting and I had time to look around and such.The entire Place was gross. The opposite of their name A pets pleasure lol.Even then, i still planned on getting my cats nails cut there since i was there already until the owner gave me unnecessary attitude bc SHE misunderstood me over the phone when I made the appointment.Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My husband brought our sheep dog here for the 1st time today to get groomed. He was told not to bring back. They were told of his past experiences with groomers of being mistreated. They did a great job of  grooming him  and it turn out awesome. But its a shame they won't give him a chance to gain their trust to continue being groomed by them

Seriously! 💯% recommended a pet's pleasure. Two of my little ones had gone here for 8 years. A super anxious Bichon and an easy going Shihtzu both were extremely comfortable and very relaxed when I went to get them. These Ladies are amazing. I now have a Beautiful bulldog mix that only needs baths and nails done she is only 15 months old and has been going for 8 months. She is bigger and stronger than both of my other dogs and they are equally as amazing. My other two were 13 and 14 and passed within a year of eachother. A pet's pleasure was super sweet and compassionate. They are amazing. They are kid and patient too.

They are the best!! My dog Baby is a rescue dog and he took to them right away and that's sayingsomething he doesn't take to most people he bites them. Not here he loves them. Beautiful hair cutalso.

My sheepdog came for the first appointment the manager came out for The first appointment and was abused by Petco and another groomer from Dracut I was happy that someone would work with him he is my BFF and care about him Alot when I picked him up he looked great bit he wasn't allowed back because of his issues from past abuse from groomers They told me my dog wasn't allowed back because of the abuse from other groomers that's not fair he just met you guys and needs to meet you it's very unfair ok I explained he was abused by other groomers you need to build a a trust I just feel disappointed

First cut good, second cut not as well, then 3rd cut they did the worst job i have ever seen, told them cut a little shorter and the trim all the body, left spot uneven wont be bringing my dog again, now i have to wait 4 to 5 montns so the hair grows again 😠😠😠😠😠😠 and they charged me 60$ expensive fir what they did,,,,

They only cut the back paws of his nails and left the front uncut then charged me now need to have another place finish the job .
