I have gone there many times. I even bought my wedding cake over here for a fraction of what usual wedding cakes cost. The prices considering the quality of the ice cream and gelato a reasonable.There is outside service during the warm periods. And there's always inside service. Their product has sold in bulk and individually. They are too glad to offer you a sample.They also have an array of ice cream cakes and ready to go.There's free parking. Maggie's is easily visible from the road and easily accessible. Today, there was a long line of people waiting outside to order.I think in this community, there is no second to their products. The times when they are open is fairly convenient to the public.I recommend products very highly.

Delicious flavors! First time here and with pregnancy cravings we will be back many times! I got the seasonal orange pineapple ice cream and it was so good. The waffle cones taste delicious as well I love the little holders for the waffle cones.

Mad Maggie's ice cream is great! The ice cream is made onsite and rotates flavors allowing them to offer many varieties in a limited space.

I used to go to this location for ice cream way back in the 80s and 90s when it was Treadwells. Came back after 20 years and wowza, this ice cream is way better than what I remember of Treadwells! Nice creaminess and interesting flavors, nothing crazy mind you like lilac-infused beetlenut ice cream or the like, which means they focus on solid ingredients and do what they do well. So happy this ice cream location has survived over the years, my fav so far is Mass Mud! Thanks also for letting me do a half/half pint so I can try more flavors!

If you love ice cream, this place should be on the top of your list of places to visit.. Lots of flavors, friendly staff, ample parking and always it has a long line outside..I love their banana splits. :)

On the way home from a family cookout my wife was in the mood for ice cream. Stopped at Mad Maggie's. We each got 1 scoop in a waffle cone. She had Coffee Toffee and I had Black Raspberry Cookie. The ice cream tasted great as well as waffle cone. For $10.50 expected a little more ice cream plus tip made it $12. Used to some of the other local places that are more sparing with the product. Will come here again when in area.

Classic New England ice cream place. In the summer they have homemade waffle cones and soft serve too. The flavour selection is heavy on chocolate, nuts, peanut butter and coffee rather than fruit. The ice cream is good and they also have gelato.

Great ice cream stand, have been going here for years. In addition to great flavors for cones and cups they offer made to order ice cream cakes that I've been very happy with. Candy store floor and apple cider doughnut (seasonal) are two of my favorite flavors!

Ice cream is good. Prices are decent. My complaint is the way they don’t compromise when someone wants dairy free. My friend wanted a banana split but with the dairy free ice cream. He was willing to pay whatever extra but they were so quick to say no. They made such a big deal over it my friend no longer wants to return.

This is very very good ice cream! The soft serve best I’ve ever had. The chocolate sprinkles are the REAL DEAL.I only gave 4 stars due to my most recent purchase of a small or single scoop. Even this size is twice as much as a person can eat! I wish there were a $2.00 scoop with a half size cone! LI purchased peppermint stick because the soft serve is shut down during winter, and there was an over abundance of candy pieces. My own opinion, less is more!Notwithstanding, Thank you to owners and staff for a good product!

Fabulous location being able to look at the little planes coming in. My family reported their ice cream was excellent but I took a star off because the dairy free ice cream was not great. I always appreciate places having a DF option but it tasted way too much like coconut instead of the black Raspberry flavor I was hoping for. I will try again though since the experience is worth so much to me.

Always been very good ice cream. Their ice cream cakes are amazing too. One thing worth noting is that they don't pre-scoop pint/quart containers, so you may have to wait a bit if you want to bring some home.On the bright side, you can get gallon sizes of Richardson's (which I believe Mad Maggie's uses for their base) at the Butcher Boy across the street.
