It's a very solid hotel. Everything was clean, shower worked well and all the amenities worked as described. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Good location with gas close by and an inside restaurant. The only negatives were that they charge for breakfast which is unacceptable in my opinion especially at that price point. There were noises coming from the pool area as well during the night. Outside of that I would certainly recommend. It was a good $50-100 cheaper than the Marriott property next door. Nice place!

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden for a weekend ski trip with my family, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.First off, let's talk about the location. Despite being further away and pricier than other options nearby, I decided to book this hotel because it advertised a pool and hot tub, which I thought would be perfect for my children after a long day on the slopes. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find out that both the pool and hot tub were closed indefinitely, with no prior notice given either on-site or on the website. This was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable, considering it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others.But the disappointment didn't stop there. When we approached the staff about the situation and asked for a refund or some form of compensation for our inconvenience, we were met with a total lack of empathy and customer service. They brushed off our concerns and refused to offer any solution, leaving us feeling utterly frustrated and undervalued as paying customers.Overall, my experience at Hilton Garden was nothing short of a nightmare. From the false advertising of amenities to the appalling customer service, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodations elsewhere that actually value their guests and uphold their promises. Trust me, you'll thank me later.Rooms: The room is good.

Overall the rooms were nice, breakfast was nice. Staff were very rude not only during checkin but also at checkout. Was rudely awaken by the upstairs family running around, stomping, banging at 5am both nights during my stay and the staff I had talked to about it just said that they cannot control noise of other guests and that kids will be loud which I understand and tolerated during the day but didn’t understand why it was allowed during the “quiet time” that they had listed throughout the hotel. Also the pool and hot tub were both unapproachable since there were kids jumping off the ledges of the pool and hot tub into 3ft water splashing everyone close to them, as well as children snorkeling in the hot tub. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely try to find a different location to stay.

We went here for my sons Birthday weekend. Shantel the operations manager went above and beyond to make sure they my son felt special and celebrated. It is rare to find people that will go above what their jobs are to not only accommodate but to make you feel special. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and can not say enough good things about Shantel.

Most of our experience was positive. The location is convenient, just a couple of minutes from Route 2. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and offered a mini fridge, and microwave. The lighting was adequate, and my family and I didn't have a bad experience with other guests.The only negative experience was during our checkout. I went to the main desk around 5:45 am to checkout of our room. There wasn't anyone around the check-in desk. I waited for several minutes before I decided to call the desk. The phone down the hall didn't work, so I used my mobile phone. I could hear the phone ringing in the office behind the desk. I let the phone ring at least 25 times, and there was no answer. I tried again, and after 25 more rings, still no answer. I walked behind the desk into the office and discovered the front desk clerk was in a deep sleep. She was streaming a movie, or television show on her phone, and fell asleep. I nudged her to wake up, and she responded after the 2nd attempt to wake her up. I told her that I'd like to check out. She picked up her phone, and immediately started checking her text and voicemail messages instead of addressing me. After she checked her messages, she seemed like she was in a daze, and she asked me what I needed from her. I explained again that I needed to check out, and needed a receipt. She finally gave me a receipt, but never apologized. When I walked out of the door, I discovered a set of keys outside of the entry door that looked like they opened the doors of a commercial building. I brought them to the clerk. She looked at them, and looked back at me with wide eyes. I believe they may have belonged to her, maybe they were keys to the interior and exterior doors of the hotel. She thanked me for bringing the keys to her. I don't plan to stay at this hotel again after this experience.

Long time Hilton rewards member attempting to talk to sales at Devens, Ma about booking a block of rooms. Left several voicemails in the past FIVE WEEKS, no return calls from Chelsea Coates. Front desk says I can talk to other sales reps, call them and they tell me I need to talk to Chelsea Coates. What has been a very simple task at other hotels has been impossible at Hilton Gardens.

Room was a bit tired but it appeared clean at first which was fine with us - my teen was most excited about the pool. Location was convenient to an early sporting event in the area the teen was participating in. THEN I found an adult bed bug crawling next to me after adjusting the pillows while watching tv. (For better or worse I had the presence of mind to snap a photo before killing what at the time, to me, was an unknown flat red bug)Front desk offered to change our room to another floor and actually provided breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience of the bug when I went to the front desk.The next room had something squished on the wall and possible bed bug casings and larva on the tv stand (because now I had googled flat red bugs and realized what a bed bug looked like and things to look for). The option/ hotel’s solution was to move to 3rd room. We worked through canceling and refunding the trip which needed the assistance of the third party I booked through, and texting the pictures as proof for the manager to “approve” cancellation and refunding my money. They checked at least one person in without saying anything while this was happening.We then had to scramble to find another hotel in the area at 9pm.I’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before and found them to be satisfactory. Hopefully it’s addressed immediately, but felt it was important to share.

We stayed in a bridal suite at Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common for our wedding and it was a wonderful hotel! The suite was comfortable, spacious, and the perfect size for my bridal party and me to get ready in with our hair & makeup stylists. We made welcome bags for our guests and they graciously made sure everyone had one. We hosted an after-party in the lobby of the hotel with catered pizza and everyone loved it! The event coordinator Ashley, was fantastic to work with. She was so timely with her responses and answered every single question I had, and I had a lot! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The room is nice, bathroom a little small, especially for my 6'7" teenager, but that's every hotel bathroom with him.Had an amazing hamburger at the bar downstairs. Cooked to perfection, and the meat was high quality. The fries were also cooked just right. Friendly service and met a soldier from the nearby army base. She, too, was very friendly and had some cool tattoos!Definitely recommend a stay if you are here.

We had a great time staying here at the end of December 2022. We only stayed for 1 night as a mini getaway with two kids. The pool and ho tub were very nice. Everything was clean. All staff were nice, helpful and warm. We loved going to Ruby Donuts twice in town while we visited and the Mexican restaurant across the street was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A really nice hotel had a small birthday party for my daughter there they have a nice library with a fireplace and big table they let us use for the party, a nice restaurant right at the entry and a pool with a hot tub which the kids loved particularly given how cold it is. The kids had a blast in the room which was very spacious and quite nice and had a pass through door to our room which was really helpful so we could keep an eye on things better. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating the whole time. It really was a great experience.

We ordered king room and were stuck with 2 queen bed room with explanation that we changed our order, which is not true and that they don't have kings anyway. We said OK we will live with it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the breakfast was $19 per person, and one of the key didn't work not to talk about the barking neighbors, chihuahua. Yup, as my husband said the more we pay the less we get. Our friends were in Mariott and they were much happier.

Jim, that i had the pleasure of meeting, happened to be working at the front desk at 1:00am on 8-4-23. I have to say, I wish every encounter with a late night Hilon Hotel service provider makes it this nice and easy for weary travelers. I had a wonderful experience with this hotel for my wedding. The two women who helped me coordinate the room block were extremely helpful and responsive and added more rooms for us multiple times. They also helped us coordinate lunch for my bridesmaids, an after party with food for my guests, and a private breakfast the next morning. The food was all great and each event was extremely punctual.The bridal suite was amazing! It had a two sided fireplace and a jacuzzi bath tub. There was plenty of space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready and it even had two bathrooms! The junior suite was a very good size for the groomsmen to get ready as well.I would highly recommend this hotel for wedding events!

We had an out of town wedding and needed a hotel room block. The Hilton in Devens was excellent! The staff was friendly and were able to help us with anything we needed while we were at the hotel. The Jr suite had plenty of room for me and ladies to get our hair and makeup done. The pool and hot tub is lovely and the perfect spot to wind down after our wedding. They had 24 hour access to their market and rumor has it hot pockets were acquired around 1am. We slept in late but plenty of our guests enjoyed breakfast at their in hotel restaurant. The coordinator who helped us manage our room block was excellent as well! We were so happy to stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We stayed 2 nights and 2 rooms and one of the selling points was the indoor pool. The pool was freezing cold. Kids including our own did not want to go in. So there ended up being 12 kids In the hot tub.Rooms were ok. Need updatingResturant was good and fitness center was adequate

Reception was really a struggle, had to wait for staff to complete some personal interactions before serving the guest. The rest of the stay was Hilton quality, always top notch. One concern I had was that there were no USB ports in the rooms.Safety: I felt safe in this facility, the back doors actually retired a keycard to gain entry.

The pool was always full with kids jumping off the sides and much smaller than advertised. The restaurant/bar service was AWFUL with few selections and an absolute disrespect to the customer. I paid for breakfast when booking yet had to return to the front desk to get the vouchers as they were not given to us when we checked in. I was under the impression that we would have access to the FULL breakfast menu but would be charged extra for the items advertised to be included. Just simply not worth the money. They should limit pool time until 8pm for children so the adults have a couple hours to enjoy some quiet time to themselves.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. But I am giving 5 stars because of kindness and courtesy of the staff I interacted with. This team goes above and beyond to ensure its guests are satisfied. I left an important item at the hotel and Jennifer was so attentive, supportive and made sure my item was shipped back to my home. Truly outstanding.
