This review is for the online grocery pick up order team. I only order online for pick up and have been doing so mainly at this location for the last year. I have never had a problem. All of my groceries are always packed neatly and organized (frozens together, produce together, dry food together, etc.) They actually do a really good job picking out my produce which is huge for me.

Had to go to this grocery store in the area. It’s quite large and had everything you could need. They also have a Starbucks! If a grocery store is needed, would recommend checking it out. Good prices as well.

So in my opinion, this store has recently improved by miles. They renovated and polished it up much better. In general you can’t beat this location, but during the summer the store and the shopping mall it’s in can be very busy so plan accordingly..!

The Bakery is amazing. The manager Ms Boske is always there and the Bakery looks fantastic. Def 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All self-checkout,not even ONE actual cashier available at 11:30am on a Tuesday in September. Prices are outrageous ,and after checking out on your own pay for two paper bags that you fill yourself. This place is a total disaster

To the people that are complaining about the cashier and the sale prices being an x cashier of this company because now I'm retired. We have no control over what is put in to the machines at all. So if something didn't come up for sale, that is not the cashier's fault. That would be the mean offices fault. We have nothing to do with that. That being said, I know how to override the system myself because I done in a million times but since I don't work there anymore I don't have to do it. The lady that was complaining that it was 5 minutes of 10 and an employee said go get what you need really fast. Yeah 5 minutes of 10. They don't change the times on the website. They do post it on the store doors. The hours will change in the spring. It'll be 12:00 in Dennis and it is 11:00 in Yarmouth. So please don't be upset that the you know yes you shouldn't have. Somebody should not have been rude to you, but think about it as a learning curve. You know I worked in retail for 45 years. I went through the pandemic. I went through the very beginning of the pandemic and I hated every single solitary second of it because all the customers did was yell and scream it. As because we didn't have this we didn't have that prices or high. We have no control over any of that at all so please be a little bit more considerate to the people that are waiting on you and those stores and stop complaining about it. Put yourself in their shoes for a change. Thank you

Unhinged self checkout experience. The self checkout system required an assistant to manually key in items, rescan, and override errors for every item in our cart. Ineffective only begins to describe the “new” self checkout machine. I was there for so long that I began to wonder if I accidentally agreed to be an employee. Be sure to allot at least 8hrs to checkout your groceries.

Great selection, and decent prices, in the heart of Dennis. Good customer service also. I purchased some bread and hadn't noticed that it was starting to become a science experiment. The staff agreed to an exchange, no questions asked.

We frequent this location but because of the rude and poor service we receive we are trying to shop at other food market's. If your looking for fresh produce, look elsewhere. The value and the quality in the product should reflex in the high pricing of the products. All employees will actually go out of there way to avoid any customer service. Most block your way to the item we are trying to purchase and with an attitude that we are in there way. This store needs NEW management who actually pay attention to staff and quality of goods. The one star is only for the occasional cashier who go out of there way to be amazing. We are willing to travel for another market.

there is a lot saying but i m just warning people to be more aware of when they buy something on sale. the cashiers always making this stuffs big problem, we went to ask for help at the customer service lady didn’t want to help us at all what a shame!!

I pulled in to the grocery pick up space and before I could even pull my phone to call, I had an angry employee rapping on my window and say very rudely "you can't park here unless you're picking up groceries." I literally just pulled in to the spot so I'm wondering how she even knew if I was there to pick up groceries to be able to give that much attitude to a customer. I turned around and left. I don’t need to spend money on groceries at a place where the employees are rude. I get that it's hot but there's no need to be rude.

I was visiting my friend on the Cape. We went to Stop and Shop to pick up a few things. The variety of produce, deli, fresh fish! And, the store is enormous!! Who needs a gym when you walk all over the store!! Got a good workout!!

Many self check outs, food is organized by brand not type, one open register with a cashier. Expect an experience where most product comparisons are impossible unless you want to shop for hours.

If your from off Cape you shouldn't expect any of the prices to be better than what you get where you live. During holiday weeks/weekends the place can become an absolute nightmare since it is also the busiest supermarket for locals. The parking lot is massive so you'll always find a spot but may have to walk a quarter mile. The meat counter isn't always stocked as well as you might like if you're looking for a sale item that is in the circular. Update: inventory is even worse. UPDATE 2: 10 cents per paper bag now.

Hands down the best stop and shop in New England. It's always been the most reliable stoppy there is whether it be product availability or customer service. There's always a ton of friendly faces willing to greet and help you with whatever your needs whether it be finding a certain item or putting in an order for you to pick up on your next visit. A wide variety of products throughout the entire store which is amazing. The shelves are always fully stocked looking flawless even on the busiest of holidays. Example today is the day before 4th of July one of the busiest times of the years and the store looks immaculate! Amazing job to all the workers at the patriot Square stop and shop for setting a prime example of how a store should run. To all the managers running the store thank you for keeping a tight ship ! A huge thanks to the union for keeping these workers under fair working conditions.

it's the big grocery store in the area. if they dont have it then you wont find it most likely. big full aisles well stocked even after the tourists have past through. large parking lot so no worries there. they even have a UV robot irradiating the store as you shop. the kids loved it. seasonal items are overpriced so find them anywhere else.
