Rented a trench digger, great experience, had everything I needed to complete my job. Ryan was excellent. Price was very fair. My go to place for most rentals. My only request would be make the wiring to hitch on trailer longer

Rented a brush hog that didn’t work. Called to have it fix in the Feild and was told to bring it back. Once returned I was charged full day rental even though the machine didn’t work. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. Total rip-off!

Standard hardware store. Semi-cranky staff that are so-so when it comes to helping you find stuff, which is typical for the Cape. They had what I needed but a smile and a greeting would be nice if I am choosing to spend my money here.

Purchased tool marked at $13.99. Receipt showed price at $22.99. Brought tool back and asked to have tool sold for price marked. Manager refused. I asked for money back on this item and other item purchased. Very poor customer service. I visit area every summer and do a lot of business with Ace Hardware affiliate at home and expected some consideration. Not Ace’s fault. This is a regional hardware chain. Very poor customer service on Manager’s part. Will not be back to store.

I dealt mostly with the manager (Marcus). I had a great experience from start to finish. I was shopping for a professional chain saw but i am not an arborist so i had lots of questions. He was patient and knowledgeable. I did not buy the saw that day, and he had no reason to suspect that he would see me again. The weeks later i had a few more questions and he and his staff were very friendly. (I purchased the saw- husky 372xp) great saw, great people. Cheers

Fantastic experience they found what I needed and even sweated a copper pipe for a push fit bath spout. Highly recommended. Last year they helped me out too when they were open on a Sunday for plumbing supplies. Great selection

Best local hardware store there is! Always has what I'm looking for in stock at reasonable prices. Some prices are a bit higher than home Depot, but worth the difference to avoid the Hyannis nightmare!

Called the afternoon before, can I pick up my rental at closing time for the next day? Yes I’ll have it ready for you...picks it up just before closing has it back 11:20 next day gets charged for full day.... dahMaybe a little more info when I called would have been helpful, might only be 20 bucks but they lost me.....

New layout in the store. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. Everything you need with a typical slight Cape premium price. Quality tools. A bit thin on major plumbing and electrical but plenty of the small doodads.

They had a lot if various equipment, including a good selection of Christmas lights but not the small part I needed to fix my friend's hot water heater--a little piece that the timer's supposed to have so that it knows to turn on. According to my Dad any hardware store should have it, but not this one. The sales associate tried to tell us we had to buy a whole new timer to replace it, but a Google search confirmed we can order the part online for a few dollars instead of shelling out over $100, so my friend still has to turn her hot water on manually for a few days.

This store is in the perfect location.This store Is easy to notice fromThe main road. No public bathrooms that I saw. Staff was amazing to call or speak in person very helpfull.There Prices are decent..Good size parking lotHand I cap access and parkingFull selection of products inside for all trades.The best part in My opinion Is the rental service dept.They have it all from Tools to equipment.Dunk tanks to cotton candy machines.This place is great.Need something that day call true valueThere truly valuable to us I bet they will be to you as well.

I was locked out of my house after the storm. I went there and told the clerk that I needed something with a hook that was thin metal so I could squeeze it in through a crack in the outside door and pull the latch down to open it. He said, " I don't think we have anything here to help you". IT'S A HARDWARE STORE. I went looking through the aisles and another clerk found something! I thanked him many times!
