The dark skin woman in charge is extremely unprofessional and not respectful to the customer. She actually slammed the door in front of me when I was talking to her without a reason. Worst experience ever. Such a shame to the brand. Couldn’t even talk normally when she slammed the door.

I was in the store & simply attempted to purchase a Versace perfume with signs stating it was $8.99 the lady , cashier, started it was$ 13.99. I ripped all signs off and brought them to her. She was uncommunicative & not listening or attempting to assist me at all. Fire this ridiculous lady. Terrible customer service.

Ed the store manager is amazing -helpful, personable, always positive! I live in Florida no one at Walgreens knows my name even though I shop there frequently. In one week here on cape cod Ed knew my name and welcomed me at each visit! What-really? You are lucky to have him!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 I shop at this store because of his sincere kindness! Switched from CVS because I thought I would receive better service. Rushed from work to pick up my two daughters from childcare and make it to the pharmacy by 6pm before they close. Walked in at 5:55 , literally running in. A girl in a rush with her sunglasses on passed me IN A HURRY as I was walking towards the pharmacy. She had closed the pharmacy EARLY and could care less. She was also the manager. The associate up front gave me a sad look and told me to call or email CORPORATE. I sure will!

This is the very best Walgreens store I've ever been to! They have such an amazing team of helpful, enthusiastic and hard working people and Linda is an incredible and very diligent team leader. Just go to CVS. 💀Seriously avoid this pharmacy. 💯 I don't blame the Cashiers, let me make that clear - I worked there from 2018 up until a few months ago. This fully falls on the Manager (Jon) and District Manager, with only a fraction of it being due to not enough people wanting to work for minimum wage.I was fired - even while not receiving a single write up or warning. The reality is they were waiting to find something that was punishable with "up to termination" because I had to call out due to my seizure disorder (& firing me for that out right would violate the ADA.)They complain about a "lack of staff" while firing an employee that could quickly put away the truck, and knew the photo lab like the back of my hand.As a result of their shrinking number of employees, you're unlikely to find anything you need because all the products remain in the totes vs being put onto the shelves. The manager cares so much about payroll that he won't schedule enough people for the store to run properly.The store was much better a few years back. The mix of...•Poor management: They have NO idea what's needed to properly run that store.•Being understaffed and not scheduling the people they DO have often enough.•Lack of knowledge in regards to the photo lab - now that I've been let go.•Long wait times for meds, and products likely aren't even stocked...Just go to CVS in Patriots Square. 💯

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!! I called twice yesterday and was on hold a total of 40 minutes between the two calls. When the pharmacist finally answered, I asked to speak with the supervisor. She just hung up on me. I then called and spoke to the store manager, and he transferred me to the pharmacy supervisor. I told her the story, and she made excuses as to them being understaffed and blamed the hang up on the phone. No apology, nothing. Now I know why the pharmacist acted the way she did. The supervisor was just as bad. I went through the drive through and again, so rude, no thank you. Just horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Staff are always extremely helpful. Though they are a FedEx drop site I need additional mailing assistance. Immediately I was provided the address of the nearest FedEx facility from an employee who over heard my inquiry. Always outstanding service.

It is very hard for them to get your prescription correct, could take weeks.To get a refill, is even worse, forget about it. They cancel them, they put them away after 1-2 days. They keep there phone off the hook, and the walgreens app doesn't work at all anymore. How there even still open in beyond me. They have always been horrible, but since the Pandemic they are pretty much non-existent.. Do you're self a favor, and go somewhere else. They also get pretty upset if they actually have to do something.. This is woman running the world, thought it would be better, 🤔

Just to answer negative reviews: there is a severe staffing shortage on the Cape, worsened by the influx of newcomers buying up property which would otherwise be available for rentals. If people can't live here, they certainly can't work here. This situation is widespread - not unique to this particular store.

They have the stuff you need, idk why people acting like karens in the comments saying I want my detergent or the pharmacy took so long. They selfish & don't care about the hard working staff and covid. I'm a local and never have problems here. Seems like people need to be thankful the war isn't here. They sell chill pills 💊

This pharmacy is literally the worst. I’ve tried multiple times over the past 2 months to get a refill on a prescription and they keep telling me they’re going to order it and it never comes in. I was also supposed to pick up an antibiotic for an illness I had and they never got it to me. I tried for weeks and nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They did not give me the proper form of laundry detergent they stated was in their weekly sales paper, I tried and I tried to get the correct detergent to no avail, not even corporate would help and I WAS a regular customer.
