I cannot say enough good things about their dog grooming! I have a mini dachshund who is very fearful of anything grooming wise and the staff was so kind and courteous and instantly put me at ease. Coco left there so soft with a beautiful trim of her coat, a nail trimming, and a cute little bow in her hair. The store is also so nice. We shopped a little after picking Coco up. I 100% recommend Hot Diggity and we will definitely be back!

Wally and I love Hot Diggity Dog Wash! Amanda groomed my sweet baby for his first time ever. She was so gentle with him and came back smelling and looking wonderful. I highly recommend it here.

We brought our 6.5 month old puppy, Lumi, in for his first spa day today. Krista was our groomer and we cannot say enough about what a positive experience our pup, as well as ourselves, had. Lumi is part Maltese and his hair was very long and crazy!! Krista did some sort of magic, we swear. Lumi looks and smells AMAZING. His fur is SO white and shiny!!! She trimmed his nails, and ear hairs. We were even given a keepsake frame that says "Puppies 1st haircut" and includes a clippi g of Lumis hair. He got a lovely "report" card too. Even a 4th of July themed bow tie!!!I would recommend Krista and the lovely people at Hot Diggity Dog a million times over.

Amanda at Hot Diggity came highly recommended and she was excellent!!!. We just moved from NJ and I needed to find a groomer for my Standard Poodle, Stella. I have Stella in what is called a modified bikini clip (yup, it’s true). Definitely not your standard, Standard Poodle Clip. It’s a clip that takes a lot of attention to detail, Amanda was able to complete the clip and Stella looks beautiful! When I met Amanda she was a very good listener and enthusiastic about taking on the Stella challenge! Stella came home, happy, relaxed and looking stunning! It’s so nice to have a friendly shop right around the corner with skilled, caring groomers! I could not have asked for a better experience! We will be back!

Love that I found a local place to walk-in and self-wash my dog! Even provided a nail trim when walking in on the off-season. Awesome experience and will definitely be returning regularly

This place is way too slow with this new girl that works there now. She told me 10 minutes to get into self wash I ended up waiting a half hour with my dog pulling on me when absolutely nobody was in there. They charge $22 plus $6 for soap now to wash your own dog and everyone else gives you a full bottle of soap. Your paying $6 additional charge at least have it full right. She gives me a half bottle mind you I have a huge dog and that just doesn't cut it. She's not very friendly and borderline rude... I liked their old staff.. the lady who does the nail trim is super nice but Even that went up to $17... I get them done for $5 in mashpee it's just too far of a drive. They used to charge $15 which I thought was high but now $17 I just think it's too expensive for 5 minutes of work. I used to come in once a week for a self wash but now I come in about once a month because of all the hikes in price. Water doesn't cost extra money.. disappointed

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else! My dogs can be a handful and I know it, so we appreciate how handsome they always look after a visit! We also love the snacks they keep in stock, we always leave with some good treats for later.We took our newest rescue for a nail trim and even though I told them he can be nippy for trims, they tried anyway! We didn't successfully get a cut but it meant so much they tried to help. They even gave us helpful tips to try again another day 😊

12 out of 10 experience - 5 stars!Krista not only groomed my dog to perfection but also created an extremely positive experience for my pup (& me!) She took the time to sincerely listen to my laundry list of concerns.I have a double coated young female that was severely clipper burned at a different salon. This led to post clipping alopecia. On top of that, after the different groomer my dog became fearful during baths (which I frequently give her). So, I tried Hot Diggity this time.Krista went above and beyond to comfort my dog - baths are no longer an issue. Truly a night and day experience between the two salons. Krista educated me on the proper haircut techniques for my dogs coat, groomed her beautifully (puppy cut with scissors no clipper) AND made my girl feel safe / have fun. I can’t thank Krista enough. Highly recommend.

All the unique items you could imagine for your pups! They also carry some great natural foods, treats and some raw food options! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and super helpful. Every time we go in they love on my pup and offer him a yummy a natural treat. We love all 3 locations, but frequent Dennisport most as they also have grooming and an amazing self serve dog wash! The shampoos are all natural and smell fabulous! They help you get your pup in and out of the tub if they are nervous about going on the ramp. We also love to go to the Mashpee Commons location as it's a fun walk around the Commons with your pup on a not too hot day and they have a huge selection of collars you can't find any where else! My ultimate favorite dog store ever!!

We are new to the Cape and no one was taking new customers for dog grooming. But Hot Diggity welcomed us and did an amazing job on our little dogs. Perfect cut, beautiful smelling shampoo, lovely staff. Awesome shop with great treats, beds, sweaters.

Had used the self service previously but took our whippets in for a groom and nail trim. They were so amazing and helpful and went above and beyond to make the dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. When I picked them up they were super happy and sporting cute little bandanas which was a nice touch. All the staff here are lovely and caring and take a lot of pride in their work. Jax and Archer will definitely be back!

Such a great place! One of my dogs loves a day of beauty the other loves being clean, but isn’t a fan of being dropped off with strangers (extreme anxiety) solution = Hot Diggity! I was able to make an appointment for Pixie to be groomed, and stay there with Moxie to take advantage of the self service washing station at the same time without as much dreaded anxiety.This was our first visit and I know we’ll be back! When you walk in, you’ll notice how clean and organized everything is, the setup is great- treat samples were high enough away from nose reach of my large buddy who otherwise would silently help herself to all the samples. The staff is so incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - they make you & your dog(s) feel comfortable and welcomed. They walked me through the self service station to ensure I understood how to use it, picked my dog up and gently put her into the bath for me and came by every now and again to check in and make sure everything was okay with her. They offer plenty of clean towels; brushes/curry combs; variety of high quality shampoos; a waterproof smock for you to wear and you have the option of using their blow dryer to really dry off their undercoat. They also don’t appear to have any time restrictions, with more of a take your time mentality to make sure you aren’t rushing & getting your dog as clean as possible. Moxie loved having her human there, and leaving as soon as she was dry without caring about her friend Pixie being groomed in the back room.Pixie was ready for pickup about an hour later, she was so excited to show off how pretty she was after getting beautified by Emily. She was the softest she’s ever been & smells sooo good!!! She can’t wait to come back, two paws up! 🐾💕

Made an appointment in the beginning of July for my dog to be groomed. I got a call back in the beginning of August for an appointment. Then I got a follow-up text confirming the appointment and a confirmation call. During the confirmation call which was the same week as the appointment, I had asked the person I was speaking with at Hot Diggity Dog what was included in the grooming and the prices she asked me if he was a small medium or large breed how many pounds then we discussed how he just needed a trim because he's half husky and half Australian Shepherd he does not need a big cut she understood this breed and even went as far as to say we will trim around the pads of the paws and his pants area and I said that sounds great she said it would start at 55 and up that they would be able to better tell me when I got to my appointment. I arrived here for my appointment on a Saturday at 11 a.m. from Two Towns away only to be told that I was only booked for a bath and that they did not have time to fit me in for grooming! Then the groomer says oh I know who you spoke to and continue to tell me some excuse about an employee who had given me incorrect information and was inept at her job. They said the best they can do is give me an appointment for October, 2 1/2 months away! So it was negligence on the part of their employee, a waste of my time and they did nothing except tell me to come back in October very unprofessional very unorganized!

Becky ( my groomer) for years was wonderful. My puppy Leon adores her and so do I. I should have explained it yesterday, but I think $75.00 for a small dog is far too much money. I don't spend that on my own hair. I will not spend that much money again. Leon just had a trim.

Fantastic grooming shop. You can watch them groom the dogs. Christina and Angie do a super job. They are very busy, especially around holidays and in the summer. They open at 8am. So make your appointments way in advance!

I have a Papillon Chihuahua mix and he can be sensitive to nail trimming and hair cuts. My anxiety about him possibly biting while getting serviced kept me putting off his nail trim. Boy was I wrong to do that! I took him today and was so pleasantly suprised by the staffs kindness and willingness to take him in. I warned them he might bite and they were abosolutly wonderful with him. He didnt need a muzzle or a cone and he didnt even growl once. They trimmed his pad fur and cut all his nails in less then 7 min without needing a muzzle or cone and I got to watch them work without my Sebastion seeing me. I left there so pleased and had no anxiety. I'll be back regularly to have his nails cut and thank you so much for a fabulous service, friendly staff, very well trained staff, viewing windows, and providing both myself and my doggie a superb, anxiety free service!!! And all that for $10!!!! Im on cloud 9 seriously thank you thank you!

Christina and the entire team are absolutely wonderful! It is clear how passionate and loving they are about all their doggie clients. We bring our labradoodle Lyla there and Christina always does an amazing job. Lyla always comes home looking and feeling fantastic - and with a smile!! :) Lyla loves everyone there. We originally went to Hot Diggity on a recommendation of another labradoodle owner and we're so pleased that we did - you will never be disappointed!

We asked the groomer to groom my maltese and do his nails, it took 3.5 hours and his nails never got trimmed, and they didn't even trim the hair on his head when they groomed him. 0/10 would not recommend this place to get your dog groomed.
