Has some good items and deals but some terrible staff- not all, most seem to be pleasant but today the 2 guys stocking I ran into were clearly in a bad mood and blocked me 2x- wouldn’t let me pass to get items I was shopping for- had to go down the next aisle and go around while they acted irritated that I was getting what I came in to buy- WTH? Won’t be back for a while- not worth putting up with people like that.

Worst place ever I cannot believe how downhill this store went from when first opened order online. They offer you $10 off. I order high schedule to pick up. Go to pick it up. They order canceled insufficient. Merchandise whatever that is then I see my credit card still pending. Call the manager to find out what's going on. He knows nothing. I end up getting a very upset walking out. Worst store ever worst place? Close it down or get new management task that should show on how much business you've had lately. I'm sure cause there was nobody in the store when I first got there.

Jonathan and Chris were the most helpful they helped us in every aspect of purchase between the measurements and loading the couch onto our truck in addition to telling us about the awesome 15% off discount if you entrance information and get the big lots key code thank you again you guys it was the most helpful!! We now have a great couch for a fraction of the price!

I was in there earlier today to grab some things and heard the older female employee Tonya making extremely inappropriate and antisemetic comments under her breath. I don’t think she knew I could hear her, and she wasn’t talking to anyone in particular, which was even weirder. But it made it very uncomfortable to shop there and probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Great place to go if you loved Christmas Tree Shops. Great prices, people, and cool items you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Awesome selection of dried fruit, snacks, and nic nacs

They don't carry a Cape Cod atlas.I've also seen shoppers walk out the door with their carriages full of items. They load up their car and bolt. Workers are not allowed to go out and get so much as a license plate number. So wrong to let these thieves get away with this behavior.I won't go back after seeing these robbers get away with this.

Big Lots was just Great. I needed twin sheets got 4 sets .fit perfectly. Also got Ghiradelli chocolate. Coke. I would recommend Big Lots

There are so many items in this store. I finally found a replacement pan for my home. Had one for a while and this is a 30qt non stick less than $40 love it. Will definitely be back.Went in because it was way to hot to stay outside. Found a few good deal10/4Went in to take a peekn see. They have things you can't and don't find anywhere. I absolutely love that store.5/2/23Just looked around found some awesome deals on sweatshirts at 50% off good find today.4/25/24Went in to look for double chair pads for porch chairs and they had a ton of them. Bought two at a very reasonable price 20$ each. Also needed a pair of pants for myself because I failed to pack enough of them. I found some took two pairs to the register and what a surprise they were on sale for half the cost of what the tage said. I'm very happy with the way they fit and what a nice find.

I just left this new location and I’m very impressed with the store and the employees. I called ahead to put an item on hold until I could get there without kids. The manager, Greg, was so accommodating and super nice! The girl who rang me up was very personable and another employee helped me load my car! 5 stars well deserved!

Friendly staff..good deals and store seems to be stocked and clean..Love it I recommend to all...Warning to parents may buy the kids recliner.Dangerous cup is not sealed and my son's hand was stuck inside and was wedged and bent if I would of pulled it could of been badLucky wife ripped the side down.The maker of chairs out of business do noone to warn or tellFYI..BOUGHT ONE BEWARE OR FIND WAY GET CUP HOLDER NOT COME OUT..OTHERWISE SON LOVES IT BUT SCARY...

I had a problem with placing a PICKUP ORDER, that should have been 15% off. I showed them on my phone that I could not do a. Check out. They were very helpful in giving me the discount, however the order was not a ready pickup, I had to go through the store to try to find items. Some were not available.

An alternative to the Ocean State Job Lot a half mile away. Their stock has improved since it first opened but the prices aren't always better than other general retailers or grocery stores.Worth a walk through once a month or two.

One of my favorite places! Amazing stuff at great prices! They carry a lot of stuff! Furniture, household goods, decor, linens, cooking stuff, carpets, rugs, groceries, art, office and work supplies, pet supplies. Great place to just stop by and wander, I always find something I was looking for!

Big, clean store but it needs more merchandise to make it interesting. They need to send out flyers because people don't think to go there. I was looking for a particular item, Googled it and sure enough Big Lots had it. Employees were helpful. Only complaint is the store is too empty.
