I visited last week when everyone was having internet issues, but the staff who was there that day was super helpful and friendly, chatted with us, and my partner and I had a great time spending $$ on our little pup on a huge assortment of treats. I was really impressed with the selection and WIDE ARRAY of options. The no-hides are awesome, happy to finally have a safe option to give my dog. The merchandising, displays, and colors, etc were all very well done. Great space!! I buy my dog only polkadog treats these days, and was happy the in-person shopping experience was just as fun. Absolutely visit if you can! Great prices too

I love coming here with my dog, a rescue GSD. The staff are so kind to him and friendly and helpful to his human counterpart (me). Prices are reasonable. I like getting my dog beef and lamb lung because they’re healthy treats for him. He loves it too!

Awesome store! Can’t recommend enough - Lucas was great, he gave us different samples to try (we later bought all of them) and he was very patient and informative. Great variety of dog treats and really nice store layout. Another thing I really liked about the store is they have several things locally made - super cool store that I would recommend for any dog owner. Our dog loved it too!

My puppy won't eat any other treat than the chicken chip from PolkaDog. It her routine every evening at tea time she is busy munching on some healthy chicken chips.

There was one girl in the store. She was very informative on different products in the store. I also told her about my struggles to adopt a dog because of not having a fenced in yard. She has 3 dogs , and gave me a site to check out!!!T he store had so many unique treats , all natural to choose from. It also had dog accessories. Stop by, you'll love it, so will your dog!!!!

My dog seriously loves this place. Whenever we go to Legacy Place, he drags me to Polkadog for all his favorite treats. Highly recommend the lucky duck bits. My golden also loves the sweet potato wrapped in duck jerky.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I informed them my dog has a specific allergy and they were aware of such issues and knew which types of treats to avoid and which he could have. They gave us samples and treated my dog as one of their own. Treats can get a little pricey but they are worth it, quality is high, place is always clean.

It's so fun to see all the visiting dogs! Great selection of high quality dog foods, treats, and toys. It's pricier than what you might find at the supermarket, but worth it for the quality of the food.

We love Polka dog and are so happy that a store opened in Dedham. We seem to see the same girl working at this location most times we go and she is always super friendly and nice. The prices and quality are so much better than other pet stores. They also have an awesome rewards program. Polka dog is by far our favorite pet store!!

Went in and asked for a recommendation for my golden who devours a bully stick in 5 mins. She’s been working on this chew for a while and has a ways to go! I didnt catch the employees name, but he was great!
