I went in on 3/15/2024 at 5:30 pm with my yorkie to get his nails trimmed, the lady in the register said the groomer is leaving I said they they close at 6 she said said well sometimes they leave early so I said I’ll wait to ask. The groomer didn’t even acknowledged me she stayed walking around pretending she was busy I waited 20 mins then left it was obvious she ignore me on purpose. two days later my yorkie broke a nail because they where to long so I ended in the ER with him…. I only had my dogs nails trimmed and his paw pads cleaned up but the girl (I unfortunately forgot her name) was great! Sge did a nice job and was also very personable ! Keeps me coming back!!

Came here for grooming our dog yesterday (9/2/22). We had booked a 12:45 pm appointment weeks in advance. When we arrived, the person checking in took my dog and then told me that "we're really busy today, so it will be about two hours." What?? How could dog grooming, which normally takes less than thirty minutes, take two full hours? She also told me that they would give me a call in advance of finishing up, so that I would have time to get back to the store and not make my dog wait long in their kennels.A full 2.5 hours later, at 3:22 pm, I get a call saying that my dog was DONE with the grooming and that I should come pick her up. No call in advance, no notice, nothing. They said she did really well, and I understand that they may have been overworked that day, but seriously; HOW is it possible that grooming a dog takes 2.5 hours? And what were they doing with her in the meantime? Was she just sitting sadly in a kennel for 2 hours while they faffed around grooming other dogs? I'll remind the reader that we made an appointment for 12:45. I expect appointments with businesses to be honored, and that includes the length of time such an appointment lasts.When I did finally arrive to pick up my dog, the cashier had the absolute gall to ask me if I would consider tipping my groomers. A curt "no" was my response. My dog was very anxious and shaken by the experience, but she recovered after a long walk and many pets.I would not come back here even if the grooming was FREE. They did a good job with the actual grooming but everything else was awful.

We’re new in town and Kaylee helped me out by giving my little stinky a wash and even showed me a better brush for him! She was sweet kind and courteous! Will definitely keep coming to this Petco for my Lincoln’s care

The customer service was terrible, she was rude, condescending, and not at all professional. The hair cut was not completely done when our dog was put in the dryer so she could start another dog and then come back again to ours. Our dog kept whining and crying. It honestly felt like torture, an animal lover would never let a pet suffer like that. I would never come back

They didn't get groomed they had to get boosters. I just wish the dogs had the straps around their mouths because a few of them were act testy and their owners were acting clueless.

I bring in 2 dogs now: 1 giant (English Mastiff) and 1 medium-sized mix who was a street-born stray and is very nervous. The PetCo groomers are so good about greeting the big dog first and letting the littler one see it's safe to come out from under his legs, and then once she ventures out, they greet her, letting her take her time to get comfy with them before they try to separate both dogs from me. I love the time they take helping the dogs adjust to a change in environment.

Missy was very kind to my dog Charlie, she reported he was a good dog (even though I know he is not always easy). She did a beautiful job and gave me some helpful tips such as that I can come in to get his beard and feet trimmed between cuts.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!Took my dog for a normal bath with haircut and teeth brushing and I am truly disappointed. She has a cut underneath her ear on her neck and a whisker was cut!! all that along with a all around terrible haircut. Her hair between her eyes is cut uneven and it’s not even something you can hide it is very noticeable. It’s like the more I pet her and actually look at her it gets worse and worse.

It was a delight to go to the petco in Dedham I met Kat she was pleasurable and professional she aided me and my friend in finding best food for my cat 🐈 Oreo and I would definitely recommend this site over all the other Petcos or unleashed pet stores who are extensions of petco. She gave me sound advice. I got him what he needed was happy with purchase.

My baby Charlie loves the TLC that your girls give her each time i take her she knows the place as soon as i open the door she ready to run into the store and is so happy when she sees the girl's we go just anout every 2 weeks for her nails an the then to get her the works full grooming i tell any and everyone who stop and ask where do she get her cut i tell the the Dedham PC love it Thanks for takeing care of my baby girl and she only 8 months and know what she likes.
