This Petco is usually pretty good. However, I showed up with my dog at 410 for a nail trim and I was told they don't do nail trims past 4 on Sundays because they close soon. ? Grooming is supposed to close 50 minutes after that??

We brought our kittens to do a first visit with the Veterinarian. Everything was great! All the staff were very friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and gentle. They took really good care of our babies and explained everything we needed to know about the vaccines, foods, treats, even gave us a guide of how to take care of them. I strongly recommend this place.

The picture can speak out, but having my dog destroyed was not enough the attitude and rudeness from the groomer was worse I paid to destroy my dog missing work because it took 6 hours for me to be able to pick up my dog, when I was told three hours but what is worse the part dog was groomed everything was destroyed. His body was never cleaned.

I was really happy with the selection of cat food/products, including for senior cats, which can be hard to find. My cat tried new kind of food "Tiki Cat Silver" that he really liked! Unfortunately, the store didn't have a particular dog treat brand I had been looking for (a smoked chicken jerky stick), but the staff person I asked showed me something sort-of comparable and said if our dogs didn't like them, just to bring them back with the receipt for a refund. Very nice policy though I didn't test it; our dogs liked the treats but they were just a little hard on their teeth.

I am so disappointed with the grooming service they provided. I brought my dog for a bath. First of all, the lady at the counter was not friendly, she ignored me when I came in, and only after a couple of minutes finally decided to talk to me. After that, I told her that I needed a bath and a trim for my dog. And she rudely rejected my request. She said that they do not have time to do a haircut for my dog, however, I did not ask for a haircut I asked for a trim. In another Petco location, the guy always does a service I ask him for. And he is working there by himself, at this location there are like four people working and they do not have time to do a trim! They do not care about customers' satisfaction. When I picked up my dog, she was shedding as crazy! It never happened when I brought her to another Petco location. They did not do anything to my dog, they just washed her, they did not even brush her I assume since her hair was everywhere. I will never come back to this place!

Best VETCO location I’ve ever been to. I just came from there, the whole staff is so energetic, organized and nice, everything is so neat. Dr Brown was extremely attentive to every detail and beyond patient to explain everything I asked. Thank you so very much VETCO team!

A gentleman helped me, I don’t know his name but he said he was new to the store. He had a manager vibe but I don’t know for sure. He went out of his way to help me look for something. He was kind, patient and very helpful.

I had a great experience today! From the receptionist to the tech to the Dr, everyone was wonderful and knowledgeable.I was worried today that my Chorkie had a UTI. Her vet for the past 4 years moved over an hour away and it just wasn't feasible to get out there.When I saw that Vetco had a coupon for a free first visit, that was a huge bonus on top of having so many close locations.Was by far a great decision for me and my pup to choose Vetco. We will definitely be following up every year for annuals, shots and questions / concerns.

Products are fine, although creeping litter prices seem unjustified. Getting to the litter, which is now hidden is awkward. I walk with a cane and the extra steps and turns are also awkward. Likewise, the new checkout layout is hard to get to.

I could not complete my transaction at one location online. I contacted Petco and the representative pooled resources and fufilled my order. A combination of instore pick-up and delivery. Resoulved in 4 hours. FANTASTIC!

Absolutey horrible conditions the live animals are being kept in at this Petco. There are three guinea pigs squeezed into a hamster cage at this location, clearly agitated with each other. Shame on this store for claiming to care about animals and providing the most horrific conditions. They should not be allowed to sell live animals…

It's sad to see the parrots at the back of the store. They're conditions seem neglectful. How can I trust my pets there when they animals you're selling look like they are in bad condition? Also what I needed was out of stock and so were the alternatives.

Terrible. If I could I would do 0 stars. I brought my dog here for grooming, and ten minutes later I get a call from them saying that my dog was “biting, and we needed to go somewhere with a muzzle.” When I went to pick him up, they shaved the top of his head, and left the fur dangling! We had never had this “biting” problem before, and I was skeptical. So, I brought him to pets mart, and they said he was a great puppy, and didn’t bite, and they didn’t need to use a muzzle! If you need to get your dog groomed, DONT COME HERE!!!! They don’t really care about your pets, unlike they say in their motto.

I'm very greatful to a professional who's name is Chris! He came up to us right away when we stepped in to the store and not only helped us to find what we were looking for, but also gave us lots of great ideas and advice on how to work with our new members in our family!!! Recently we adopted two dogs: Italian greyhound (2 years old) and a bulldog (3 years old). Also I find out from others that Chris is an amazing trainer with dogs. Planning to reach him shortly!
