Customer service here is the worst, twice I’ve come past 8am opening time and the store has been closed. There was an incident where they had placed some items under the wrong price and instead of apologizing they get angry with you like you did something wrong. Terrible customer service.

I like the store and the deals but when ever you buy anything that expires be sure to check the date before you buy. I wanted a small bag of chips but had to get a large bag because EVERY small bag of chips in the flavor I wanted had expired. And the last time I was there I bought (without checking first SMH) a candy bar that had expired over 2 months ago.

I brought 2 balloons at 2.13, went to my car and one balloon blew away from the tape, the string was still in my hand. Went back inside, they made me buy another balloon and said it's my fault cause it happened outside. Talk to the manager and he said the same thing. I will never come to that store again or recommend it. Very bad business and customer service....

The assistant store manager Anthony was completely rude and threw my things that i was trying to purchase on the floor. I've tried numerous times to contact cooperate and as well as the store manager but to no avail. He was very rude and had very aggressive behavior in front of my children and mother this should NOT be tolerated in any location under any circumstances and will still follow up on this incident at your dedham location

This place sucks. If you going to visit this place with your backpack on, prepare that one of the employees will ask you to leave it before you enter the store (which is of course illegal demand). Avoid this store, they treat customers like thieves and criminals. If you have a backpack - you definitely look like a criminal and of course you gonna stole something from their sh*tty store (nice logic Family Dollar).

I absolutely love this place it's like a hidden gem. They always have surprisingly nice clothes and great deals and prices on there stuff to. This is actually only the second time I've been there and it's great lol I didn't even know about it until one day I was driving by and I needed a break and noticed the signs bc the store itself is pushed back and you would prob miss it if you didn't see the sign.

Normally customer service is distant but a few days ago my daughter and I were disrespected by the manager. We thought we left a bag at the store and approached the manager who was our cashier and asked if we left it there. He rudely said no and said that he would have to check the cameras. He acted like we really drove all the way back to steal $5 worth of productS from him. After he checked the cameras, he said that we owed him an apology. He showed us the footage and told us next time not to waste his time. I get it we made a mistake but his attitude was disrespectful from the very beginning. Color profiling at its finest. Never shopping here again and we reported him to the corporate office.

Very deplorable employees and management. The store is never stocked with Staples like milk and bread. The employees are never there on time to open the store at 8 am. The district manager is not concerned at all.for bad customer relations.

Pretty standard Family Dollar store. The location is definitely a little odd, but they have plenty of parking, and the first row is even covered so that's a bonus when it's raining.The prices are fair, and it's usually pretty clean inside.

This store is well stocked with all kinds of things. It is the only place I can find the right size dish basin and strainer for my double sink.

They let someone bring a dog inside and run around without a leash. It was not a service dog nor restrained in any way. Unbelievable!

Anthony's the manager kicked me out because some soda fell over and I tried to pick them up swore at me a dropped the f bomb as I was picking them up a threatened to call the police if I didn't leave all I was doing was picking them up horrible experience terrible people skills I'm a nice easy going guy and I got treated like crap
