By far the best experience I've have with a business in years! Henry was fantastic! He went completely out of his way to help me with my Christmas gift. I can honestly say I will be looking for any reason to buy more stuff from his establishment in the future based on my experience with Henry. What an amazing experience. Came in to buy two feeders as gifts with very limited knowledge of feeders. Henry immediately acknowledged me as I entered and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was unbelievably personable, educated, and his showroom was neat, clean, and beautifully organized. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience. He brightened my day with his demeanor, his customer service skills and sales skills are top notch. The gift recipient was overjoyed as well! I will certainly be back. Not sure why others are deducting points in reviews from a place that closed a showroom during a pandemic (like a million other businesses)? I had zero issues with ordering curbside. In fact, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I could see everything I wanted through the window. Incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone that loves to feed birds!

Great selection and personable, knowledgeable staff. Went by after hours and found them still open due to an onslaught of customers. Was happy to help me with my selections and never felt rushed. Helped me bring large bag of birdseed to the car. Left at 7:15. Henry is happy to stay open if you can't get there by 6pm. Just call! This was my first visit there and it won't be my last.

Highly recommend. Henry is very knowledable and is always so helpful with advice on food, species, nesting etc. Always a pleasure going in, and I get mailed coupons which always keeps me going back. It's more expensive than other normal stores that carry bird stuff, but the stuff there is very high quality. Worth it for suet that doesn't melt away in one day.

Offering what amounts to drive-through service, call and order and pay on the phone, and they have it waiting for you when you arrived and will bring it right out to you. Highly recommend, ask for Henry!

This is great store, run by a responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable owner who is always ready to answer questions.I witnessed disgusting exchange with person that complained about not being allowed into showroom, and threating to go elsewhere, and henry displayed his care for his neighbors and community by not buckling to pressure to do the wrong thingKUDOS!!!!!

I wish everything in life was like dealing with Henry at Wild Birds Unlimited in Danvers! He has worked incredibly hard during covid, protecting his customers by doing only curbside deliveries. The work involved is difficult to imagine. When the store is open, it is the most beautiful, clean, well-stocked, brightly-lit, enticing shops in existence. Henry is forthcoming, informative, courteous, and knowledgeable beyond belief. If I could, I would give WBO Danvers 10 stars.

I bought a character birdseed for our yard a week ago. I really don't know what the seed is, no birds would eat it and it fell apart in a few days.Its still on the ground,mice, squirrels,fox, coyotes, skunks,crows, seagulls etc won't eat it!!! Very dissatisfied customer,a few years ago I bought a few and all the birds especially the woodpeckers loved them. Not doing it again

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and has answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. They have an extensive selection of bird houses, feeders, feed, and all sorts of fun "stuff". One of my favorite stores overall. I highly recommend them!
