I love this store, The Natural Dog! We go a few times a week, as all the staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and know as well as understand you/ your pet. I rely on their advice more than others. Danny at Natural Dog is so helpful along as knowledgeabl about everything I have ever asked and even local places to go w your pet. I highly recommend going there for all your pet needs. Great decorations inside and outside just a friendly location inconvenient parking We can’t wait for our next visit. Thanks to everyone at The Natural Dog Store! .

I was impressed with the Natural Dog in Danvers! My new favorite place for my pup. Danny who was working the first time I went in is amazing. So nice and so knowledgeable about all the products and was able to recommend some wonderful products to me. My new go to pet store for my Shadow. I’m very impressed with this store and again Danny is amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

The only place I go for my kids. I know all of their products have been vetted so i can trust the quality and safety of everything I purchase and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable on all the products they sell and are just the nicest most helpful people. Awesome customer service

I have been to every location and the Danvers one easily has the best customer service. The friendliest staff and most clean and organized store. I will never go to the Hamilton store ever again since this one has opened. We gave them hundreds of dollars of business for them to act inhospitable to us when we go in there & the worst part of it all is I think the lady is the manager! Danvers, thank you for being so kind to us, our pups & keeping your store clean. One of the staff members realized the Hamilton store hadn’t been crediting our rewards account for our purchases and went back to backdate all of our rewards. They always give free samples at this store as well! If you’re in the area, give the Danvers store your business you won’t be disappointed:-)

We recently visited the new Danvers location with our 5-month old puppy. What a great store with so many offerings! We appreciated all of the helpful tips and advice on selecting the right dog food. I highly recommend the store itself and the welcoming staff, who sent us home with some amazing samples as well!

My little English Bulldog Vegas and I LOVE this store! When we walked in Vegas felt the Love immediately and was instantly hugging Gina as she greeted us! She was AMAZING and SOOO knowledgeable and helpful! Vegas is the pickiest when it comes to food and treats and Gina figured out very quickly what treats and food he loved! I recommend this store to everyone! And it is downtown danvers which people automatically think there is no where to park but it is located directly next to the parking lot downtown so there is plenty of parking😊

10/10 recommend! Visited the new Danvers location this evening with my 5 month old Samoyed, Yuki. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, and Yuki instantly made friends with Jeff after he gave her a treat. Loved the selection of treats, toys, and food. We ended up purchasing some frozen marrow bones, a turkey neck, and a durable leather toy. Jeff and the other manager (whose name I don’t remember 😭) were both super friendly and knowledgeable. They even sent us home with a welcome goodie bag full of treat samples, food samples, a whimzee, and a no-hide chew (Yuki’s favorite )! We will definitely be back before Christmas for some of the adorable holiday themed cookies and toys, and many more times after that. I think I’ve found one of my new favorite stores!!
