Just wanted a bath & nice Trim for my Miniature Yorkie Bailey. 95 % trimming I did, All his soft warm tub baths, with his 4 stair steps he would jump in on his own. mostly I WAS UPSET BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL & He will scream 24/7 when he is put in any crate. He loves to be loved 24/7 lap dog & will put his paws on the steering wheel we you drive & look to the left when we are stopped. FYI, !! 10:15PM & he still honestly freaked out, I could hear him in back room, his eyes did need more cleaning / trimming. Dogs are #1st. stay in call touch with owners asap, I know & seen all the furry pets there, honestly, I reward you all for taken care of all our Fur Babies.

Store is huge, at good location and maintained clean. Store has cat adoption service in store.Was Surprised and equally happy with Aqua collection. Great friendly and helpful staff. One Stop store for pets!Note: They get fresh delivery of fish on Tuesdays.

We had our dog, Raymo, in for a full grooming by Janelle and it couldn't have been better. She is fantastic. Just over an hour and he was done perfectly, without emotional trauma. And of course he looks great.

I love this place so much I got my chinchilla from here I love my chinchilla so much she's the best chinchilla ever but the prices are expensive but they still are good but and they're good quality so I like it but just the prices are a little bit expensive

They're the only ones who have the prescription dog food we need, but they're more interested in making sure we pay money for the prescriptions at the connected Hospital, than the health of our dogs. It is food, not narcotics

Love it here! Always great & competitive prices! Great selection of food, toys, supplies. Grooming is also great! The store is always clean & well organized. Jeff, one of the managers, is very helpful and so nice! Definitely recommend - much better than the competition down the street.

Location is very cool for me when traveling home from work.They have the selections I need in stock.Gave it 4 stars because compared to Petco, they have the same selection.Don't like that if you're not diligent on the prices, you could end up spending more.Online shows a lower price and available in store, but they want you to order and pick up.However, if you go to the store and shopThey will honor the online price at the register, but you have to ask for the online price andcshow them on the website.Unessisary waste of time.

I come here all the time for my pet supplies. The place is clean, and the reptiles and animals are healthy looking. Their habitats are clean, and they look taken care of. The employees are super kind and helpful.Absolutely my fave pet store.

We were given a 75 gallon fishtank and we got everything we needed here to set up. Also went back and got 3 bala sharks an angelfish and a pleco. Only had them about a week but they are doing awesome!

It's great. I used to go to Petco. Until I got tired of them not having things I needed for my guinea pigs.So I tried PetSmart and I've been goi6there ever since. They always have new animals and recently started having Chinchillas. They're great...!!!

Had everything from start to finish for puppy beginners and puppy experts!! They have a wide variety of products and several different types to choose from! For cats also, they have all the necessities and essentials to take care of your furry friends with high end brands on all products. The only con I can truly vouch is the pricing, its very pricey but on another note, with anything you always get what you pay for!! So be prepared to spend a pretty penny in pet supplies here. (A reason I sometimes prefer to just go to petco or amazon) Nevertheless, A Huge Pro, on thier app, you can actually play a game that allows you to win 10% 20% or the highest amount 30% off your next purchase.. so thats helpful!!

Emily B from the grooming salon of Petsmart is amazing! My dog gets very anxious at the groomers but Emily was very patient and attentive to my dog and her needs. She took her time and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible and even wrote down a very helpful and detailed report card for her so I knew exactly how my dog did and what works best for her. She suggested the best service to add on and what to do at home for my dog’s dry flaky skin. Emily is very nice, understanding and has great credentials!! You can tell she really cares for the animals and is great at her job.

Very clean store, lots of parking, very friendly employees. When I first went in first thing I notice was a variety of pet products, from cages, tanks, food etc. Most amazing part is the different pets available are out front which automatically caught my attention and my children ran to different directions lol. The floor reps were very respectful and helpful. Some were extremely informative about the pets which I found super because the information given wasn't asked, instead just provided. The guy even helped load the huge tank we bought. Very nice people. They help us everytime we come here. Thank you PetSmart. I would rate a 10 if I could. We love this store.

They sell live crickets by the piece. Perfect for me since I only need about 4 small per week. Their other feeder insects are mostly alive, unlike at the Petco down the road. Staff is very friendly
