Staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable here! I mostly use the self wash bay for my 2 dogs and it is always clean and the package price they have is a bargain. I have also bought supplies based on their recommendations and have never been disappointed!

Have gone there twice to have my dogs groomed, and I couldn't be happier. I have to large Akita's, one is long coated as well and they have been groomed to perfection. I also appreciate how they work with the owners. Both of my dogs are dog reactive and I've had no problems with the grooming my dogs solo.

Love this little store and all the staff there! I have a very picky, older IG who is missing quite a few teeth, and I am able to find a great variety of canned foods here that she loves- not easy when she used to prefer the cat’s food to her own!

Their groomer is wonderful and sweet and I still drive out of my to bring my little ones to her.This particular location tends to deal mostly in food, especially for big dogs. But the staff was helpful when I needed crate bedding.It's also in the middle of a maze of highway offramps, so if it's your first time, good luck.

We love this place from grooming to pet toys...Very animal friendly🙂🐶👍!!! However, Unleashed a littlemore competitive with customer rewards program!!The groomers at this location in Beverly are top notch!! So glad they opened in our neighborhood!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Although it's a convenient place to bring your dog for a bath that is not in your tub, they really don't offer everything that the website states . We went in and the room was dirty, we had to ask for shampoo and conditioner as the un labeled bottles were empty. Thankfully I had my son with me and he was able to ask for help. The staff seemed rather uneducated on pets and unprofessional. They even stated that they didn't typically work at this store and didn't really know what was what. Overall it w as rather crummy service.

I’m not sure if both associates working were having bad days, but it was probably some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced. It’s to bad, because having the ability to have a self washing dog area seemed not only like a great idea, but super convenient. I will certainly never be back there, and would never recommend the place.

Took my dog to Petlife for grooming. Groomer was rude when we were not able to pick up my dog right away. Overpriced fee was $75 without tip for a cocker spaniel. After his visit he started shaking and brought him to the vet for meds. Vet thought maybe he had a bad experience since it started right after and judging the character of the groomer I worry he was not treated properly. Stay away too many great groomers to deal with them!!!!

Excellent products, customer service and prices. Nikki, the groomer gives my poodle a fantastic cut while being so kind to her. Highly recommend this store for products or grooming.

The groomer who consistently clips my dogs nails allows me to hold him and put the muzzle on him while she clips his nails which makes for an efficient, easy experience every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for dog food or grooming products

Loyal companion danvers is my new favorite store for all of my pet needs. I have been going to places like petsmart and petco for years, but no one could ever answer my questions or find a food that my picky eater would eat. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable about dog food and recommended a food that was good for my dog, and my dog loved it! Her and Belinda were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location!

Stopped in to lots companion In Danvers today place had everything we were looking for and a super helpful staff. I wish I got the gentleman’s name who assisted me (younger had 4 cats). He was amazing and super helpful and so kind.

The groomer Quiana was absolutely amazing she took awesome care of my dog i couldnt ask for a better groomer i highly highly recommend Quiana petlife is lucky to have her as there groomer
