Just got home from Shaw’s in Cohasset, I was having a problem with the app and could not pull up my digital coupon for the rib roast on sale. Two people tried to help me and then along came Tyler, I believe he was a manager and he took care of me so quickly and politely I just wanted to send this message because I believe in positive feedback when you have outstanding customer service. Thank you Tyler.

Staff will do whatever it takes to help.Bakery is better than most bakeries that have been around for over 60 years, cheaper and fasterThe quality is wonderful.Nice to see the same people working in the store for years. Much better attutude than the union workers at another grocery store in Cohasset.I'm treated the same in this store in my suit and tie or dirty coveralls. When I used to go to the other grocery store, I was treated differently depending how I looked.

This store has no gender neutral bathrooms. This is not only unfair to people but it also makes for dirty bathrooms and unsafe children.

Not a big fan of Shaw's, lately. Prices are still too high. Also misleading sale signage in produce. Of course, Customer Service was closed at 11:30 am so I didn't have time to bother trying another way to resolve it.

3.9 solid store, good vegetable selection, great wings bar, we stop every now and then. Then again so doesn't Fruit Center1) No one beats Wegmans2) Stop &Shop gas rebates just too good to miss plus discount3) Shaws nice, clean, good solid shop.

First time here and probably the last. Went to self check out and it malfunctioned when I walked up. It just kept saying to remove bagged items even though no items were on the scale. The light was flashing for a good 5 minutes while I stood there and made eye contact with two employees who just looked at me and walked away. Also saw who I assume to be the GM being scolded by one of the employees. The employee said “I’m about two steps from walking out right now, and I’m not coming in tomorrow.” So eventually I got sick of not being helped and went in stood in line at one of the 2 open registers and just my luck the GM went and fixed the self check out right after I left so that other customers could use it. Overall unsatisfied and left the store feeling like my time was wasted.

Charles is always a really nice clean place to shop they have very good selection of foods whenever we're up in New England we usually make that one of our first stops in order to be able to get food for the time that we're here we always pick up enough food for be able to eat for the time we're up here and we make secondary stops as needed.

Great Staff! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤❤️🧡💛💚💙💜❤️I locked my keys in my car after getting a bunch of groceries. All of the staff went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Jean especially was beyond kind and gave me a ride home before all my food got spoiled. Eventually AAA came and unlocked my door. But I would have lost 200 worth of groceries if it wasn’t for Jean’s help. Thank you!!! 🙌🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️

They always have advertised items available and there is always someone to help if you can't find someone. Never had a problem. Been shopping there for years. I frequent the Cohasset store. But have also been to the Hanover, Massachusetts and Weymouth Massachusetts store. Same results. Also, they are wonderful to their employees. Great place to work.

I would normally give this store 5 stars. It is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I used Instacart from their website. They delivered my order very quickly and the shopper did a very good job. The problem is that they did not have a lot of the items on my list and nothing to substitute . I received my order but was not reimbursed for all the items they they did not have. I have sent 3 emails so far and have not received a response. I am finished with Instacart and Shaws market .

Shaw's is always good in a pinch. Some products are excellent. Some okay but they usually have what we need. The butcher counter's ground beef makes delicious burgers!

Very nice looking store for a Shaws. I don't normally shop at Shaws because there's none in the area I live in, but the ones I've always been to have been older, more run down, but this one was actually quite nice and very busy.

I went in to show my 79 year old mother how to swipe a card, and the jerky woman at the self checkout at 1045am on 11/15 accused us of trying to steal eggs. when we asked that the register be cleared from the previous customer, so we could ring our stuff in , she said she could see the eggs n that she wasn't going to clear it, I tried to show her what was on the register was a dozen eggs and what we had in buggy was 1.5 doz. and she wouldn't even look, told her to go look at the camera and she said she "wasn't doing THAT" but thx for the 1 dozen price for our 1.5 dozen eggs. smh I'll never go back again

One of the larger grocery chains, it still feels local and friendly. Good selection of organic foods and an excellent bakery. If you need a big store, this is the one.

Shaws is one of the cleanest well stocked supermarkets.Always I'm impressed with the scented pine cones for those of us who cannot afford or deal with christmas trees it's a cheaper way to season home for holiday. Loved giant box of russell stover

Vary on experience here. Friendly staff but produce can be hit or miss. Most of the time we end up going to stop and shop down the street. Prices are about on par with other stores in the area. Self check out usually works with no problems.

Things are conveniently located in sections which are easy to see. Everything was in stock and orderly. The store was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and polite.

1 star only because of the restroom now sharing with men. I was there today and it was so disgusting. I hope they change it back to women's restroom. I did not use the the restroom after seeing how disgusting it was.

It's OK but the Cohasset location is a rip off. Way more expensive than other Shaw's we frequent... Just sayin, if you can avoid the Cohasset location, avoid it or just be prepared to spend about 25pct more

Well stocked store, excellent sales... Like to see the attention paid to keeping the number of shoppers in the store to a minimum. Line outside store moves quickly.
