I was looking for a pharmacy to get my latest covid shot but had no luck in my local area. The only way to describe my local service was confusion and hurry up and wait. So, I decided I needed to find a better pharmacy.After reading the reviews of the Rite Aid pharmacy in Clinton I was convinced that this is where I wanted to go; so, I took the half hour ride; and to say it was really worth it was an understatement.The first thing I noticed was a huge parking lot; very easy to find a spot. Next, I walked into the store, and it was spotless, organized and every person that worked there made me feel welcome by going out of their way to say hello. I had to check my pulse I thought I had died and gone to heaven.I went to the back of the store to get my covid shot and again right away “hello sir how can we help you?” I gave the pharmacist my covid paperwork and as soon as he put in the data they took me.It made my day to see that there are still businesses in this country that take pride in their work and how they treat their customers. What a pleasure.

I was looking for a medication that has limited availability right now. Rite Aid had it! They quickly and easily transferred my prescription from my current pharmacy. The staff was super pleasant over the phone, something I can’t say for many of the pharmacies I had called.When I went to pick up the tech was the most friendly pharmacy tech that I have ever encountered! I had to drive a bit to this location but it was worth every minute.

I'm always impressed when I visit the Clinton MA Rite Aid. Being greeted with a smile and having the staff call me by my first name without needing to ask makes for a really nice experience. The pharmacy team is top-notch. Even when they are clearly super busy, I never feel rushed or as if I am slowing them down. There is clearly a "culture of caring" that is important to that team. Every single staff member is a part of it. Good people and I appreciate them greatly,

I haven't used them yet, but I have a new subscription that seemed to be unattainable, I called Walgreens my usual pharmacy and was told it was backordered and they don't know when it will come in. I called CVS and the lady was an absolute you know what. Probably thought I was a junky or something. Then I called rite aid knowing it was probably a no. She was really nice and helpful and it turns out they had it in stock. That alone was worth 5 stars. Now I can finally start taking this med that I should of been on years ago. Great job.

I never leave reviews but after the experience I have had here for 4 months I was forced to leave one.The pharmacists here are literally the best I have encountered in 22 yrs of filling my meds. (Mainly cvs prior to this and they were awful)It means a great deal to be at a pharmacy that actually wants to help you and are always friendly. Being clean and orderly is a bonus.It’s sad that this common sense of civility has been lost in other pharmacies as well as much of society.Thank you for being what every store should be.I will be a loyal customer and refer all family and friends.

I switched pharmacies after a year of waiting for CVS to get it together. Rite Aid made it so easy. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and knows what they're doing. I don't know why I waited so long.

My family used to get our prescriptions filled at CVS. One time, they didn't have my wife's pain medication in stock and it wasn't expected for two days. So, we had to use Rite Aid. It was such a different experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist took the time to explain things that were not in the doctor's instructions.We've been loyal to Rite Aid ever since.It's a good feeling, knowing that the people who are filling your prescriptions, care enough to make sure that you won't have any problems and understand everything you need to know.

Rite Aid inclinton, ma. Is a great pharmacy. The pharmacist that work there are knowledgeable and very Helpful. If they don't know the answer to your question they will find out.
