Went to drop off my Amazon return. Person told me they are no longer accepting Amazon returns, even this being an UPS return. They have the freedom, as per UPS to accept or not certain returns. I have also changed pharmacy since I had a horrible incident with the pharmacist years ago. They should close this CVS store.

Don't deal with this pharmacy. Totally unprofessional. The lady threw a mini fit over ringing up 2 Gatorades. Then wouldn't even give me a bag. Sad & pathetic!! I'm so glad I don't live in this town. 👎🏻

Don’t order delivery from here unless you wanna run around like crazy trying to give someone who doesn’t speak any English directions. My address is SO simple yet it took this guy forever. I’ll never order delivery again. Not trying to be one of those people, but if you’re gonna have delivery drivers, you should have them be able to speak a small amount of English for when they get lost. Next time I’ll be sure to walk to cvs because that was unbelievably stressful and wasted my time

Pharmacist had a mental breakdown and closed the pharmacy early because the customer in front of me had an issue with their prescription. She closed the metal gates and yelled, "Come back tomorrow!" Waited 30min and still wasn't able to get my medicine that was ready. Unbelievable. Avoid this location... They're just terrible.

My fiance and I were at the pharmacy tonight and the woman at the drive through, Dixie, was what customer service is all about. Incredibly polite and she is what every place needs!! We spoke to someone over the phone prior who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us. Thank you Dixie for your amazing customer service!!!!

FINAL UPDATE:We switched to Rite Aid down the street and it's been amazing. I had no idea what I was missing. Today a doctor's office sent one of our scripts to CVS by accident. When I called CVS about it, the man on the phone hung up on me mid sentence. I guess it's an improvement since they actually answered the phone, but they're still awful. I can't recommend Rite Aid enough. Save yourselves!Another update! If you would like your life saving medications held hostage by people who do not care e if you die, shop here! Updated review. Still one star. If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that. The pharmacy is now routinely closed or so understaffed that there are no less than 12-18 people standing in line for their MEDICINE THAT THEY NEED. Obviously this is not the fault of the people working in the pharmacy. Something is rotten at the top it seems. I have decided to switch to Walgreens, and I would urge everyone to do the same.

First I called an waited 30 minutes on hold with no answer. So I decided to go into the pharmacy.Went to pick a prescription. The manager Mike I believe was his name attended us. Our prescription was having an insurance issue we were told, so we said that we would pay out of pocket. He said we could not, so we asked if they call insurance companies and he said no. Which is not true because they have called my insurance company before. So we then proceed to tell him that we were disappointed in the service and he told us he did not care that he had a line. And gave us his name and told us to call the cooperate office. He told us not to come back and when we said we would, obviously come back to pick up our prescription. He proceed to scream at us “Is that a threat” “Is this a threat” and ran behind us with his camera recording us. And told us to get out of his store! That we could not come back! Not very good customer service! I realize everywhere you go everyone is short staffed but we were not expecting to be treated that way especially by the manager! If you can get your scripts somewhere else you should. We always have a problem at this CVS Pharmacy.

I have given this company so may chances and still they do NOTHING! every single month I get the same script and every single month they cannot produce the medication. I tried calling spoke with two pharmacists (so unprofessional both of them) I was told that they were too busy to help me! I work in health care and if I ever said to a patient I cannot give you your medication and sorry I can't help you find it because I don't have time, I would be fired. My other favorite is after a long day of work standing in the line to get scripts at least a 30 minute wait if not longer every time. The window is still "broken" for pick ups. I have seen the pharmacist eating while working at her station and also was too busy playing with her small child while we were all in line watching her. I have asked numerous times to speak with someone and I am always told that there is nobody to talk to. This company is the worst and I HATE that my insurance is tied to using this pharmacy when it's so useless to me and our community as a large. Something should be done to fix this.

The first time I got a prescription filled I was in and out. Wish I could say the same about reoccurring refills. Will be switching pharmacies. Poor customer service, absolutely absurd wait times on the phone to speak with someone. If you can go elsewhere, save yourself the headache.Editing to add I confirmed a paid claim per my insurance portal. Cvs automated system also confirmed prescription was ready for pick up. Finally get to the front of the line to be told it isn’t filled? Seriously? 45 minute wait. For one prescription.

Pharmacy does not answer the phone. I called multiple times in the last week. My insurance company couldn’t even get a hold of them.They gave me paperwork showing that one of my prescriptions was rejected, and the paperwork detailed I was entitled to a 4 day supply while I sorted it out with the insurance company, but they failed to offer it or fill the 4 day prescription so I am completely without meds now.This CVS is absolutely awful and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There are serious problems happening with the pharmacy, and not just one time things - these issues have been present every single time I have gone in in the past year and a half. Nobody answers their phone in the pharmacy. It is not uncommon at all to wait in line over 30 minutes to pick up a script. At best, the staff is unpleasant and annoyed, and act like you’re bothering them when you ask questions. Will be switching for sure.

The worst pharmacy. This morning they opened late because the employees needed to finish their conversation about Taylor Swift tickets. Then the tech was rude when I asked if the script had been run through my insurance. Never actually looked at me. When I reported the issue the the supervisor I came to find out he had been back their with them complaining about the tickets. His response when I voiced my concerns was silence. No wonder they are having problems.

They’re honestly SO rude. It’s unbelievable they let people work at CVS pharmacy like this. Its every single worker at the pharmacy not just one. The kept hanging up on the Doctor who was calling from Emergency Vet to place my prescription. I will be reaching out to corporate, I don’t believe this is fair treatment, would love to know is CVS condones this behavior. Had to reach out to a CVS 20 minutes from my house because this location wasn’t cooperating.

I have used this pharmacy successfully for the past decade. I have had several vaccines through their minute clinic. The actual workers are great but the scheduling system is poor. You can schedule a vaccine and when you arrive you may find they don't have the vaccine and don't know when they will receive it. If you try to call before going than the menu driven phone system is torture. CVS doesn't appear to want to actually talk to their customers.

They have poor choices of brands. The cvs brand is not good, very cheap I’ve found!Selection of greeting cards is terrible. Rite Aid has ample selection!You’re much better off visiting Rite Aid which is nearby on the same street. One unique thing about Rite Aud is that they have magnifying glasses on aisles to you can read the fine print! This is extremely helpful! No other drugstore does this!Forget cvs and go to Rite Aid!

Seems like every time I need a prescription filled, they don’t fill it and when I get there they tell me it will be a half hour. Today my son had surgery, so I called ahead to make sure it would be ready. The lady I spoke with assured me it would be ready in half an hour. Two and a half hours later I arrive and they tell me it will be a half hour. What’s the point anymore. I’d rather park my car and walk into target CVS pharmacy, they’re always on it and have amazing staff. CVS in Clinton is frustrating and not worth the trouble.

I am giving five stars to Stacey who went above and beyond to help me and many others in the store. She multi-tasked like a champ assisting a family at the photo center then coming to help me at the coupon kiosk, then going back to the photo center. During checkout she helped me find and use the correct coupons. She truly has great customer service skills.

Full of arrogant pharmacy staff, not only talks rudely, I was told to pay full copay. I spoke to my Insurance co. and understand they did not apply for adjudication and authorization was not taken, I asked CVS pharmacist to talk to insurance company, they process it after speaking to them but kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Staff needs training and counselling to do their job properly. I am transferring my meds to their competitor. .

I came to the CVS Pharmacy for my COVID-19 vaccine booster eight days ago. I reported to the pharmacy desk as instructed on my confirmation email, and from there was directed to a small partition in the middle of an aisle with no visible signage. The clinician who administered my shot entered my information with the wrong gender, and i am still working on having this corrected. Had they either checked my state ID or asked me, they would have received accurate information about my gender but they guessed instead. The staff were friendly.

Update: 6 months later I'm still getting the same issues and they have had me on hold for 2 hours so far. I'm on my third try to get a human being. Unreal, hands down worst customer service experience at this store I've ever had. If there was negative starts I'd give them -5.It's always a problem to get my prescriptions filled at the same time they're always either out of at least one of the meds I need, or it's in stock, but there needs to be a prior authorization! (So basically good luck you can wait 2 weeks for approval) or cash is like you got to rob Peter to pay Paul just to get some medication. Unreal how hard it is to get a doctor's order read it and execute it I've had the same medication for a long time now it's not rocket science it's not nuclear fusion I don't get what's so difficult about making a phone call and getting it right the first time.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They never have the drive-through window open and are terrible at communication. I’ve had them fill prescriptions at the wrong times and neglect to tell me when their computer system isn’t working right so the prescription never went through anyway. The workers have been rude and whoever is the manager of the Clinton location should be replaced.

The pharmacist here looks like they have ptsd from whatever has happened behind that counter. The baskets are overflowing with scripts, the line is always woven into the isles; godspeed if you have a question or your stuff doesn't ring up right. Some of the techs are past the point of caring about pretending to be nice to you, the others are trying but you can tell they're one mistake away from a break down. There's three other pharmacies on this road, so, unless you have to, I wouldn't with this one

Horrible service and a bad first impression. My family just moved to this town from the North shore and switched our whole households meds over to this CVS. The ppl working in the pharmacy where rude, unwelcoming and very unprofessional. My mom who has a plethora of meds decided to just keep her pharmacy and have the meds mailed out to her. It’s disgusting to lack customer service in a pharmacy. I could here the pharmacist on the phone with a customer being rude and rushing through the conversation. It must of been an elderly customer for the fact the pharmacist kept repeating “Don’t come here we will call you” over and over again. Ive gone back a few times and it’s been the same greeting, rude and unprofessional. I’ve asked them to call my dr to have my script refilled and they never did nor followed up. My daughter who is a type one diabetic never got her prescriptions filled. I had to go back several times to ask them to please refill her insulin. It’s just insane and sad to have to deal with this type of nonsense.

On hold for the pharmacy for 43 min and 22 seconds before I hung up. I called the front store asking about it. The person who picked up: "I don't think the pharmacy is open" "I think they closed at 5 because the pharmacist had to leave"I asked him to go check.He said "I think they are closing now, I really don't know what they are doing back there (small laugh).Are you serious? Awful customer service. I understand they are short staffed but this is unacceptable. To laugh at someone trying to get a medication.

I came here to leave a bad review for these clowns, and I see everyone beat me to the punch.Made an appointment for vaccines before traveling. When I arrived the place was mobbed. no prospect of talking to a human. The appointment check in kiosk had no record of my appointment. Came back a few days later and was brusquely told to make an appointment, something they apparently could not or would not do on the spot.Terrible service. Avoid.

I don’t know the name of the older checkout employee, but he is a real gem!! He was so friendly, kind, efficient and professional. AND I had a $20 credit in my account which my other CVS store never told me about…and they are NoT very friendly. I’m shopping in Clinton from now on!!❤️

A prescription was sent in for me at approximately 10:15 AM this morning. It was for something that could be taken off the shelf and the label attached. No pill counting at all. They still didn't have it ready at 6:30 PM. This is an on going issue and time to move to a different pharmacy. It is really pathetic that people who do not feel well have to deal with this horrid service.

Prescriptions are never ready when they’re supposed to be. There’s usually several people behind the counter that aren’t doing anything too. It’s rare that you see such a nonchalant approach to customer service. If you think you’ll get your script faster going through the drive thru, say, because there’s only one car in line, you should still be prepared to wait 40 minutes for that car to be served.Today, they gave me the wrong meds. I told them what I needed and handed them the doctor’s order. They wrapped the wrong meds in the shopping bag and rang me up. I only realized it 60 minutes later after I had taken them. I brought the rest back but they wouldn’t take them. Then they refused to even sell me the right ones after seeing the doctor’s order again and admitting it was their mistake! I’ll go to the Walgreens down the street from now on.
