This company as a whole really needs to do better. I just spent $2300 on fencing materials and $800 of my order was never even delivered. And this was after spending nearly 45 minutes trying to process the order. Had to get another employee from a different department to start the order for us because the only person in the whole building that could even put the order in for delivery was at lunch. How they could have only 1 person to do such a task is beyond me. Then the person that was at least trying to print out our order got in trouble for leaving their area for not even 5 min. It’s not like they weren’t working. The fact that they care more about someone manning a completely empty station than actually helping a customer, no matter what area they need help in is beyond me. It’s not that hard to page someone. When I called to say that a major part of my order was never delivered, I was told that I had to wait for someone to call back and also have to wait days before the rest can be delivered. People with businesses and paid workers have to wait on completely unprofessional and inadequately trained people.

I’m really new to shopping at Home Depot but the staff have been wonderful! I Mostly find what I’m looking after someone tells me the aisle it’s in, so do ask for help! JAIME was super helpful, informative and professional and really restored my faith in customer service.

I went in for some sale items but they were few. Loads of parking here. It can be tough to find an item you're looking for, and just as tough to find someone to ask. Associates are friendly. Prices are good.

My order was split between two different towns. Communication about how two different stores could not deliver my website order were no believable. My order was supposed to be left in front of my building to no avail. Two storage containers and a gallon of paint. Paid 9$ for delivery and they couldn’t honor my order. Really! I called a canceled the whole delivery. No more ordering through website after an 8 hour wait.

Was able to find everything I was looking for. Only problem I had was picking out the wrong size item. Had no problem doing a quick return with the receipt so I could get the next size up. Works perfectly now.

Home Depot be careful when you tell your people to buy Electrolux appliances they don't back their warranties. My brand new freezer still under a year warranty was broken two weeks before Thanksgiving I am still waiting for it to be fixed I will include the parts in picture form that have been sent that are the wrong ones are broken and now they tell me that they're going to try it again get the right part and I have to wait 2 weeks broken freezer rotting in my cellar really makes me think twice about buying products through Home Depot

My go to place for anything construction related. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable as far as where what is in the store. Besides that, they really don’t know much…so don’t expect them to give you any construction/building advice. The pro desk also makes material invoicing a breeze, when your a business owner. Would recommend! 👍

Very disappointed in the way I was treated today. I received an email letting me know my order was ready, I went to pick it up, wait in line, lady struggles to find my ready order, and finally finds it. It was in isle 26, she tells me someone will bring it in a moment so I wait around 20 minutes, and noticed how busy everyone was so I kindly asked if it was okay for me to grab my order in isle 26 and they kindly said said yes.After wards after walking a mission to grab my order which is 10 packs of wooden mulch, and bags of rocks, I had to pull that all the way to the exit… here comes ERIC rudely stops me and ask me where my paper work was, and I said I have my order email…. He then says that’s not good enough, and wants me to pull everything back inside to service desk… I tell him that they told me this was ok, he tells me he isn’t letting me leave even after showing him the email with my name, and products also my products were labeled with my name on them, I said I can wait here while you call them… he was so rude to me, even though the mistake was on their end and not mine. I showed him proof that the products were bought and were mine but he continued to treat me so poor as if I were stealing everything.I’ve never felt more humiliated. All this to tell me I was right all along.

My husband and I came to cash in on a 15% off in-store coupon we received and saw that this location had 11 units of a discontinued Home Depot-exclusive POLYWOOD chair that we wanted.Mary-Kate from the Customer Service desk helped us and was able to find only 2 chairs up in aisle 8. Unfortunately, we wanted a total of 6 so either the system was incorrect (as most retail stores' systems are) or the other chairs were unable to be located. They then tried to help order 4 more chairs online to ship to us but the system wasn't allowing them to since it is discontinued. They tried calling for a Manager on Duty but, like MODs at any company, they were unresponsive.Another associate, Luz, joined in by reaching out to another store in the area. We really wanted to give the sales to this location since they had spent so much time bringing down the chairs and since the system said there were 11 chairs at this location. Another associate, Kathy, came to help and was actually able to find 4 more chairs!Thank you thank you thank you for those who went to incredible lengths to help out! I hope someone from management sees this because the team was persistent, collaborative, and just phenomenal.

Had what I needed but the customer service made me cringe - and it isn’t the first time at this Home Depot. I hunted someone from garden down to help me with a pallet of cinder blocks that needed to be forked down from an upper shelf. It was hard to watch as he asked coworker after coworker to help him by driving the forklift and they kept saying no and to find someone else. In the end he found someone who got it done, but the overall attitude from his coworkers was shocking and clearly embarrassed him. However, if you want a discount on damaged goods, ask Guy from Toronto. He hooked me up with $10 off of a dented chimney pipe.

Is nice to visit a store that employees greet every customer and asked you for assistance. I thought that kind of service was gone from stores but not for this store. You feel welcomed when you are greeted many times as soon you walk in and asked for help from associates numerous times. Do your self a favor and visit the closest Lowes and you will be able to tell the difference between both stores. Great Job to every member of the Home Depot team of Chicopee, MA location because it shows that you care.

I was at Home Depot and could have scored a good price on a breaker. I guess my cautiousness made me not do it. I was talking to a customer service representative about a breaker. He explained everything and walked away. I was looking at a breaker when a man, photo attached, approached me and offered to sell it to me for less. I was hesitating as he looked dirty and smelled bad. I told him that I buy everything from Home Depot because it is safe. He told me that he will give me this exact item. I hesitated, but decided not to go for it.

I love Home Depot. This time I went to buy plants & boy did I buy them. I think I bought 9. I few hanging, a few succulents, I even bought a ficus tree. They have a great selection of plants. I'm looking for a peace lily, which they didn't have, but around Easter they will. You can get everything at Home Depot...I suggest you go & take a look for yourself, you may find something you like.

By far one of the worst locations. I received a call my order was ready for pick up on Thursday of 34 cases of pergo flooring. I showed up Saturday to pick it up and they can not find it. No manager has answers told them to refund my money another manager Josh says they can't refund my money until they find what happened to the floor. So I'm out of money until they figure out what's going on my job is not getting done and I have to order floor and wait from Lowes now. This is un acceptable. You look up the complaint almost 4,000 complaint in a year with home Depot . I e contacted cooperate no one knows nothing. Only that they remember seeing it but no one knows where it is. How do you tell a customer you paid for merchandise and we have it but we lost it and can't refund you until we find it. So just keep costing me time and money. None of the managers are helpful by far the worst experience in my life dealing with any supply store. Now I know how they became a billion dollar cooperation by taking our money.

The store is much more organized than a year ago. Better staffed than it used to be, with the staff being more proactive in initiating interaction with customers. Their in stock merchandise has improved as well. Will go back to utilizing this location rather than driving to the home depot in the next town.

Love the home Depot, have even done a couple of jobs at this one. The staff is always great!!! Would be 5 star but last time I was in an upper management type woman was speaking very rudely to what appeared to be a sub contractor or something like that. It's hard enough doing that type of work without getting flack from the management you are there to help. If that's how it's going to be there I hope I'm not going there soon. Otherwise wonderful store.

Pretty good home depot staff are always friendly and know where things are when you ask. One thing i dislike about home depot is how hard it is to find something but its because the inventory is huge

Went to get mulch. The amount available listed on the website did not match the available amount at the physical store. Had to get a different color. Mild disappointment. Otherwise they have what you need as promised. I blame this situation on the fact that the mulch was inexpensive and trying to keep up the numbers on the website in real time is near impossible. Will continue to shop here.
