Nice selection of produce with some good deals. Well stocked and clean. The issue the last 2 times I've been here is there is only 1 register open! They're trying to force people to use self checkout. They aren't paying me to work for them, but the wait in line is long. Trying my very patient nature.

They have a lot of good stuff, good prices, gluten free products. This would be the main store I go to on food shopping. But they don't accept coupons though. Usually one needs to wait in line when done picking stuff. There is one bathroom for men and women.

Store brand is good, prices are far lower than the other grocery stores but beginning to rise a bit. 10-16-2022 just had a bad pound of bacon...95% FAT

I've it been inside Price Rite at this location. I haven't needed any of the other establishments yet. I have no complaints about Price Rite.. The lot is laid out well with more parking options than it actually needs. That's a compliment, NOT a complaint!

This store competes with the local Aldi in my opinion. Both stores have competitive prices, though Price Rite has a much better selection of items. You have to watch the produce when rung up because sometimes you get charged more than the advertised price on the signs. I guess they don't update the signage when the price changes. I've gotten overcharged many times. Usually I bring it to the attendant's attention and get it resolved. It helps if you take a photo of the signage with your cell phone before going to the registers. You have to bring your own bags, but that's not a problem for me. Big Y does the same practice. You can purchase plastic bags at checkout, which is OK. I'm not trying to hurt the store, but I feel it is my civic duty to warn the public that I experienced seeing a fairly large RAT scurrying by me on the floor. Almost a foot long with the tail. YIKES!! Hopefully someone will do something to alleviate this problem quickly. My advice is for patrons to wash their produce very well before preparing it. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this experience but if so, they should also post it. I've never experienced this in any other market in my entire life. By the way, it was the store in Chicopee.

Great prices, but the produce is hit or miss. Clean store. Friendly associates. Great place to buy baking supplies like flour and sugar! Prices are always good. Overall, a good store to shop and save money.

Good clean store but always short on registers. Self checkout limit 25 items but than who has more than 25….have to stand in long lines because it’s only one or two registers open:/

The store ha s great deals. But it remains difficult for those with mobility issues. They have electric carts but they are hard to access. There is also, no indication as to where a customer can find them. I tried walking through the store for approximately 20 minutes or so, before I ended up falling while in line. Then an associate came over with an electric cart. So I went through that for no reason.

Experience was fine. The hold up was when an item did not scan to be on sale. So instead of me running back to grab the sign for the staff like I offered to do, they seemed to pass the buck, asking every employee to see if it was on sale. Each one searched through the same flyer and finally, after everyone had read through their flyer and had no idea , they sent someone to go to the laundry detergent aisle and grab the sign like I offered to do at least ten minutes prior. The person did not come right back up to the register where there was a waiting customer (me), they took a detour and did who knows what- possibly helping another customer -further delaying the nonchalant employee from bringing the sign to the cashier to charge the sale price for the product I was purchasing from them.

This Price Rite is great, their variety is great fruit and vegetables fresh. Meat selection has good selection of no antibiotics and good prices compared to other supermarkets. They have their own brand bread and bowl which products are generic but very high quality. Definitely always get money's worth here

The app needs some serious work! It is not easy to use. You need to log in and password every time. My info is not stored. My digital coupons are never saved! 😡Tonight, when checking out, the staff was most helpful in making sure I got my coupons and discounts.

Nice large clean store. Wait times @ checkout are minimal. They don't have all brands or specific items bt great for buying your pantry staples. I don't remember the last time my groceries were this low!
