Vast array of foods and wines! Incredibly fresh produce, seafood, and meats. Baked goods, especially bagels, are very high quality. Customer service is always with a smile, and staff goes above and beyond to accommodate customers! Immaculately clean store! I highly regulated this store! It's one of my favorite stores to shop! Staff makes me feel like a top priority!

Wow. It is a big store. A bit on the pricey side. However, the variety is incredible. Great sushi, sandwiches, cooked meats, seafood, specialty meats and cheeses. Very large produce section with some organic (could be better). Pharmacy section is great. Plenty to choose from in pastas, chips, beverages, soy sauces, kitchen utensils, frozen assortment, dairy, specialty cheeses. Loved the bakery! A lot of fun too with samples available and a toy train which runs on a track above the dairy section in the back of the store (a highlight for me). I would love if they had a place to have a snack or lunch- whether initially upon arrival or to take a break. There is so much to take in that you will need to make sure to be fueled up. You can grab items like prepared sandwiches to eat but you will have to walk while eating. I didn't see any tables/seating like Central Market/Heb, Fresh Market or Whole Foods does.

This Wegmans location is huge. Definitely take note of where you parked/came in at or you will get lost. It was kind of hard to get by in the aisles because there was ladders/boxes and containers everywhere unattended. I also had a very negative encounter with the man running the wine shop upstairs while I was looking to find an exit. He proceeded to raise his voice at me.

I have never been let down with any visit to Wegmans. Each experience has been clean, with happy associates, a wide variety of choices & selections -- yet not overwhelming ~ thanks for keeping the Red Velvet, sushi, hot bar, desserts & salads fresh & tasty!

I have loved and hated this store for years. Love it for the generally excellent produce they have (main reason I go) and for the overall civilized shopping experience, as long as you don't go on the weekend. Hate it for the ever-increasing prices that are through the roof on many things. Nowhere near as bad as Roche Bros, but I've definitely found myself gasping when looking at a price tag on more than one occasion (hot bar today was $15.99/lb, smallest soup $5.99!). I've also watched prices creep up like 30% over the past couple of years on items I frequently buy (4 pack of bakery croissants went from $6 to $9 all at once, which is 50%). I'm also unhappy with them adding more self checkout so we have to do the work ourselves, but not showing that in a reduction in price since they don't require as much staff. Today, as I stood in the cattle call line down the aisle by the sushi area, a woman corralled us each to the self checkouts like we were children ("MOVE BACK!" MOVE BACK!!"). How about not making us wait in an aisle and hiring more cashiers ... and not shouting at us as we stand in line to do a job that makes the company's profits higher?

I was in a hurry so I needed to find some cheeses I was looking for fast. Helpful well informed staff showed me where they were immediately and I found them fast and checked out very fast.

I used to come here for their sandwich bar and halfway decent vegan options in the meals to go section. The sandwich bar is all online (aside from pre-made) and the vegan options are near non-existent after a perceived store revamp. Not surprising local locations are closing. Sad; this store used be a fam favorite. It used to be an experience.

My wife and I have been frequenting this establishment for the past 6 months and we must confess it is quite a pleasant place to shop. They at one point had a exquisite display of exotic fruit which I did not dare to try.

One of the best groceries, better than Whole Foods. This is regional chain so their source is mainly local. Always fresh fish, seafood and produce. Helpful staff.Pro tip: done days they do not display oysters buy they have at them back. Ask for them. They can shuck them for you.

Very nice floral department. The Asian section has a great selection of items. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings in the Asian section. The bakery has many delicious items to choose from. I like the signs in the produce department that show the local farms that supply Wegmans.

This wegmans are racist. I was looking for sesame seeds. I asked staff they didn't know nothing. The staff there have microfone and a ear piece. I was over looked and he most likely said; I was asking for strange thing the manager he's a racist. He makes dirty faces he continues to stare make you feel uncomfortable. Trashy situation. They're pricey. I'm a shopper that makes you money. Trash đź—‘ They don't have a sign outside that says white people only! I didn't break any law.

this is not a rating against Wegmans, it's about this location, too cramped to get a full Wegmans experience. Isles are tight and full of instacart guys that don't know where stuff is located, so they park their cart in the middle of the isle blocking it while they take their sweet time to search for the items they need to fetch. I guess the small size doesn't allow them also to have proper stocks, but it doesn't take a PhD in logistics to understand that if coke zero is always running out of stock and you have plenty of other coke variants, maybe you have an issue with your inventory system. and this is just an example, it happens with a lot of other products. other pain points: people at the register are way less efficient than in other stores: if somebody is not busy, they should not come and have a 5 min random chat with the guy at my register, unless they are helping with something e.g. bagging. Also, while I sometimes appreciate the convenience of pre-sliced deli products, I don't need to be reminded every time that they have grab-and-go packages... if I want 1/2 Lb of ham freshly sliced I should not be asked to get a full pound of pre-sliced that had been sitting there for I don't know how long... I still value Wegmans quality and maybe i was spoiled by their Natick location, but the reality is that this place is not up to the standards and there are plenty of other options without the need to drive an additional 20-30 min to the next nearest Wegmans

Wegman's is an oasis. I always find quality groceries and nearly anything else at this one stop shopping experience. Prices are competive and reasonable with so many choices. Visiting wegman's is an adventure. I travel a distance to shop at wegmans.

Update: it's been a few years since my original review. They've mostly dealt with their staffing problems. The biggest change is the extreme prevalence of Instacart shoppers who are universally polite but very busy. That's a tough job! It's a Wegmans, which means the center store (nonperishables) are inexpensive and the prepared food is ridiculous. But it's small and crowded and hard to navigate and they're more likely to be out of items or have the occasional rude staff member Jan any other Wegmans I've visited. This night be the worst Wegmans...which doesn't make it bad, just doesn't mean it's exceptional.

I ordered pick up groceries. When I arrived all the pick up spots were full with people not in there car. I parked two spots up and annotated that in the pick up instructions along with my phone number. After about ten minutes my wife texts me and tells me they keep calling her (she was at home taking a nap as she is delivering our third child tomorrow). She tells me that I need to call them. So I moved my car along side the cars parked in the pick up area and called the customer service number. The customer service rep tells me that the pick up people are on it. His response to me sharing that I was told to call was, “They are working a lot of orders. They will get to you”. Almost as soon as I hang up someone I assume was the manager (paramedic jacket with the name Joe on it) comes out and immediately jumps into telling me that i was parked wrong and was blocking people in (the people who aren’t in there car and are parked in the pickup spots). Felt very affronted. I moved my car to the front of the building. Happened to see an employee out front with a bunch of groceries. When I went to tell her the situation she told me she had been calling my wife and immediately jumps into how I was suppose to have called her. Honestly would have kept this to myself if one employee had either taken a second to either say sorry for the trouble or took more then 5 seconds before jumping into telling me how I was handling the pickup wrong.

Who doesn't love Wegmans. It's pretty much a Trader Joe's for our Israeli family members and I love it. The late hours are great for me. The store brands are cheaper and most of the time better value. The customer service are the best and the cashier never over pack your bags. I would recommend to lower the prices of paper bags or asked us before double bag our groceries and charge us for both bags. 🤷🏾‍♂️

The bakery section of Wegmans Chestnut Hill is my little haven. Last time, the aroma of freshly baked sourdough was heavenly. A chat with the baker about the ingredients transported me into a world of hearty breads. It’s the homely essence amidst a vast grocery expanse.

Wegmans is a nice supermarket. Too bad they closed Natick location. But please hire people who can cut jamon or teach them. I couldnt buy any last time because the guy had no clue how to cut it properly.

Personally I find this Wegmans a bit crowded/cramped feeling and not as easy to navigate as some other ones, but ultimately it has everything you'd expect from Wegmans, and I really appreciate how late they're open compared to other grocery stores around here!

I always love shopping at Wegmans. They have everything from, prepared foods, fresh foods, wine, beauty, and a health food section. It definitely has more than other Stop and Shop and Star Market. It has a more family feel. They just notified me that they no longer make sandwiches on demand, you have to order ahead on their Meal to go app

This is a great store. They have a lot of fresh produce, deli and bakery items. Their ready-to-eat options are extensive, with a lot of Japanese options like shabu-shabu and sushi.

I dropped in to pick up a few things today, on my way out the creepy security guard made a lewd comment to me. I have never been more creeped out by a security guard. Iykyk. I will not be going back so long as he is working there.

Wegmans is a great grocery store. It's a bit pricier than other local options but they have great selection, and also a great selection of store brand items, which the quality is very good. This Wegmans is smaller than other area Wegmans but the selection remains good, and the quality of the food is also great. Parking is a bit congested, but spots turn over relatively quickly. Also helpful there is a garage there.

Great selection, especially in produce. Lots of excellent private label items, much like Trader Joe’s. Quite a few are healthy. Far better than Stop & Shop and Star Market. The prices seem reasonable but I always end up spending at least $100 and I live by myself.

Sorry Wegmans, you may be #1 in the Northeast, but having grown up in Florida, Publix still reigns supreme in my book. These pictures summarize my growing frustration and disappointment with Wegmans. This is not an uncommon site at the Wegmans location - shelves empty throughout the store, departments (e.g., seafood) closed early, not enough staff, etc. I really don't get it. Publix the day before Thanksgiving wouldn't look like this, despite the droves of people. A grocery store, like a restaurant, should not start closing down and cleaning up before the posted hours. For example, if the seafood department is open until 10 pm on Sunday, then 10 pm is the appropriate time to start breaking down the displays and cleaning up. The same goes for the rest of the departments and the store in general. No one likes to be eating dinner at a restaurant while chairs are being stacked around them. On a number of occasions, there have been skeleton crews several hours before the posted closing time. The shelves and the service should remain the same no matter what day or time I decide to do my shopping. And for the coup de gace, the produce, which is one of the reasons for choosing Wegmans over the local competition, is starting to slack. For a company that touts "Every Day You Get our Best", this seems anything but...

I am horrified by what happened to me today at Wegmans. I bought some food and needed to heat it up in the microwave they have there. By coincidence, there was already some food inside and no one was around, so I placed it on top of the microwave and put my food in to heat. When I was already eating, an employee came up to me and said, "Excuse me, but next time, please don't touch my food," among other things. I found this employee's behavior disrespectful and it caused me great embarrassment. I hope Wegmans improves its employee training on how to treat customers.

Bad layout and flow compared to other Wegmans locations. Aisles are narrow and cramped, parking lot is a mess.
