Partner’s sister introduced me to this cafe and so glad we went! we tried their signature cloud foam coffee, iced americano, avocado chipotle chicken grilled cheese, and cinnamon caramel croffle.i got their cloud foam in hot and it was delicious. it was definitely on the sweeter side for me (maybe bc i got it warm?) as i’m not a big sweets person but still good nonetheless. americano was smooth and not overly acidic (she said it was the best she’s had in the boston/greater boston area since she’s been in korea). avocado chipotle chicken grilled cheese reminds me of a delicious & creamier version of panera's chipotle chicken melt — they didn’t skimp on the avo 👏🥑. it was my second time trying croffle and we loved that it had a chewiness to it, the ice cream was a nice touch too. if you want something with a little crispier crunch, definitely try their vanilla croffle that comes cold. it’s subtle in sweetness and a lovely complement to the coffees.wished we lived closer!

I will never not come to this place when I'm at the Chestnut Hill Mall.Lizzy described the grilled cheese and I had to order itSour dough and 3 different types of cheeses with a marinara sauce and chips!I'm in love with the lattes: chai and vanilla are my go to!Also I the banana nut bread hit the spot!!

It was by far the best cafe I've ever been to. The clean environment, friendly service, and above all, the coffee taste was surprisingly delicious. I usually like coffee, but it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had. Perhaps the boss and employees are well versed in coffee. If I have a chance, I would sincerely like to visit every day.

I often stop by this cafe when I go to Chestnut Hill Mall. They sell Korean-style croffles, waffles made from croissant dough, which are rare to find in the US, and is operated by a kind Korean owner. The croffles were perfectly cooked, and the warm latte made with Fazenda beans was perfectly steamed. While it's slightly lacking in coziness due to its location inside the mall, the modern interior and frequently wiped tables made for a pleasant visit.

I have been searching for coffee that is as exceptional as the kind I had while living in Korea and Glazed Bytes is IT. Omg the Cloud Coffee is EXACTLY like a perfect vienna coffee, and the waffles are bite size perfection. Crispy, sweet, with little dots of custard for pops of flavor. I can’t believe this hidden gem is tucked away here in Chestnut Hill! The Cinna-Dulche coffee, too, is a must ❤️❤️

Delightful spot! Sat down with our coffees and it was so nice we ended up getting a grilled cheese and mini croffle, which were both delicious. Wide walkways allow for wheelchairs and strollers, we saw outlets at every table, and staff appeared to clean tables/straighten chairs after every party. They even had a little stand with hand cremes to use as you wait since it’s getting cold outside - how cute is that? Definitely coming back.Kid-friendliness: Have a high chair, apple juice, orange juice, and small snacks available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide walkways, tables and chairs can be moved/reconfigured for comfort, and flat entrance from mall into store. Both restrooms appear to be (and are labeled as) wheelchair accessible.

Amazing Cloud foam latte and BBQ bacon melt croffle. Great addition to Chestnut hill mall. So happy that i now have a high quality go-to coffee place near my place. Croffle is also very filling and tasty. Love the savory options.

Great service, very friendly staff.Pour-over was delicious. Very smooth, not overly acidic or bitter, and I can actually drink it black.Sweet Strawberry Croffle was good overall. I was expecting some actual strawberries, but just strawberry sauce. The Croffle itself was slightly disappointing, but not necessarily the fault of the shop. It was a croissant-like dough pressed inside a waffle iron, so it did not have the fluffiness of the croissant. The Croffle was also hard and difficult to cut. Perhaps the hot Croffle applications might be better, such as their Croffle Pizza.

The coffee here is really nice quality and the food was surprisingly delicious. I’ve never tried a croissant waffle before but I'm glad I tried it here. I tried they’re Maple Spice and Caramel Cloud Foam lattes. I’d even say the coffee here is up there with some places I’ve tried in Salem, MA.More people need to try this place cause it is incredibly underrated for how good the food, coffee and service is here

It was alright, i got the sweet cinnamon sugar croffle and it was drier than I expected, really had to cut down hard with the knife but still yummy. Portion is big enough for two people so I would definitely share it with someone, too much for one person.

This cute spot has a really simple but stellar menu with perfectly prepared caffeinated beverages, really nice snacks, and plenty of seating space. The owners are very sweet as well which adds to the overall ambience. 10/10 definitely recommend for coffee enthusiasts 😊

My third time coming to this coffee shop and I love it! The owner and workers are very welcoming and have great service. They always go around asking how the food or drinks are. The iced lattes and snack food are super tasty as well. I like a good blend of espresso flavor and sweetness in my lattes. I highly recommend trying the croffle! This is becoming my favorite go to coffee shop on the weekend while doing some light window shopping. I've already almost filled out my rewards card 😊

OBSESSED with Glazed Bytes. Olizzie and James along with their staff are absolutely amazing and super nice. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the musical vibes are chill and relaxing. The food to me is on another level that's definitely not your Mothers Starbucks. The Grilled cheese with pesto is my favorite with a cruffle on the side and my sweetened iced black tea with lemon made just how I like it. I would 100% recommend this place and take a delicious bite out off the plethora amount of food Glazed Bytes has to offer. And while you're therr take a walk around the mall or just stay and enjoy the vibe.

I’m so glad I found this place. I have been long looking for a cafe with croffles and here it was. They have the best croffles I’ve tried so far. Everything about here is top-notch; great customer service, luscious croffles, high quality coffee and tea. If you are looking for a peaceful and cozy cafe, I highly recommend Glazed Bytes.

BEST coffee shop in town. The cinna-dulche is so yummy and light, and the nutella croffle is amazing as well, so moist and crunchy. I love the ambience as well, good place to study or do work!! Highly recommend.

Really good comfort food. Very calm atmosphere. I work downstairs and there hasn’t been a coffee in the mall for a while. Glazed definitely filled the shoes of Starbucks. Actually even better in my opinion. I’ll leave that for you to decide. Pepperoni basil grilled cheese is my go to for a quick bite.
